There aren't many dining options in Tamasopo. We looked for a restaurant at 3:00 p.m., and some were closed. In Villa del Mar, we ordered some Huasteca enchiladas with cecina, which were delicious.

Pasamos a desayunar, pero el servicio fue muy lento. Solo había un señor mayor atendiendo y se veía bastante estresado, ya que algunos comensales parecían ser muy exigentes. Los alimentos tardaron demasiado en llegar y, cuando por fin los trajeron, los frijoles sabían agrios (pedimos huevos con jamón, que incluían frijoles). Además, la porción era muy pequeña. Debido a la cantidad de gente, los platillos no llegaron en orden. Las otras dos personas que venían conmigo tuvieron que esperar más tiempo para comer, porque el señor no recordaba cómo se había pedido la orden. Tampoco fue agradable que, cuando le pedí que rebajara el café porque no me gusta tan cargado, respondió de forma molesta diciendo que no podía hacerlo. Considero que, ante la demanda de clientes, deberían contar con más personal de servicio e informar a los comensales si los platillos van a tardar en salir. Personalmente, no regresaría.
