Everything was so good! The plantains remind me of how my Mom used to make them... and there was so much food we took leftovers home. Will definitely be back for another Cuban sandwich!

My wife and I have many favorite Latin American restaurants, but this one absolutely blew us away. The breaded steak was the actual best I’ve ever had. It was so tender that we only needed a fork to eat it. The breading was also flavorful and crunchy. The rest of the plate was great as well. A large variety of food and we will definitely be coming back next time we’re in town

Oye pero que RICO! This place is a little hidden gem. Reminds me of La Teresita before they started adding buildings. I grew up with the best Cuban Mami y Papi & we would go out to eat there. I'm instantly reminded of my family @ Plato Latino! 💕🙏Gracias y dios te bendiga 🙏 💕

If you are looking for authentic Cuban food, this is the right place. They are conveniently open at 6:30am. The food is delicious, and the staff is extremely friendly and willing to assist you and educate you on the variety of food options. Thank you! We enjoyed our breakfast.

I used to love coming here to eat breakfast, but my last 4 visits to eat with my kids my food has not been made correctly and the ladies attending the front counter and making the food were rude. I asked for extra item and I don't get it but still get charged for it. The quality of there service has gotten very poor. I think that it's a shame that if you order something and you're willing to pay for it you should get it exactly how you want it so that you can enjoy it. Don't think I will be visiting here anymore.

Great breakfast and super fast and friendly service! I was very impressed with the wait on a Saturday morning. I ordered in and took my food to go. The place was very clean and well kept. Food was delicious and café con leche was amazing. I will definitely be back to try some other menu items.

A small authentic place, the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Never reall croweded, its honestly a hidden gem. If you live near it or even have to drive a few mins it'll be worth it. Only critique are the business hours. More often then not when we crave it, it turns out to be closed. So we take advantage anytime we are near and see that its open.

Well, if I go back to try more things, this may turn into 5 stars - now it's not fancy or atmosphere, but the folks that served me were really nice -means a lot to me - and no worries: the pork I had, and it's juice, yeah really good along w/ yellow rice and green beans for a pretty nice price! And it was big enough, at least for me, to eat it about 1.5x more! This is a find, again, nothing fancy, but pretty much homey cooking - worth a try if you're up that way, which I am quite a bit. Yep, I'm going back!

Fried fish had a good crunch to it, not dry. Portion was huge, though pricey for lunch. Rice and beans tasted great, not old or dry. Will come back.

The coffee is delicious but their to go cups absolutely suck. The lid is never on straight almost like it doesn’t fit properly and it feels like Im going to puncture the cup if I grip it too hard. I always end up with coffee spilling in my car or on me. One time I spilled it all over my arm as I tried taking a sip because of the cheap lid. Yes, it did hurt spilling hot coffee all over my arm but I didn’t take it back because it wasn’t the first time I’ve gotten a cup with a lid not tight from there. I’ve had food from here before and it tasted like it had no seasoning but it wasn’t horrible. I’ll probably still come here for the coffee. I’ll just make sure I pour it into my own cup before I get into my car though. With all that being said, the employees are nice so I feel bad leaving a not great review. I don’t think it’s their fault the cups are like that but I do fault them for the bland food.

I had the guava empanada. The cashier had to ask the kitchen if they had any. It was very awkward. The empanada was oily and lacked flavor. There was only a tiny amount of filling that was more cream cheesy than guava. My wife had the coconut flan. It was extremely small and also lacked flavor. Definitely won't be going back here.

I used to like this place but this time was a sticker shock. I got the beef stew with black beans and rice and it rings up over $16 plus a tip (which I didn’t need to because no one served me) so $20 total. I had to ask for Cuban bread which should have been offered (at that price) The portion was less than most Cuban restaurants. Food was good but nothing outstanding. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I’m used to a reasonable price and large portions at this type of restaurant. Maybe it’s just me

The food is just okay. Nothing special. They weren't busy but all the empty tables were dirty. I had to ask for the spilled food to be cleaned up before we could sit. The person just used a rag wet with water only. No cleaner. Seemed unsanitary.

Only rating the food as I ordered delivery so don't know about the service or atmosphere. The food was bland and tasted old like it had been sitting for a while. No flavor whatsoever. I was truly disappointed. Won't be ordering here again.
