This is the closest El Pollo Loco to my house, and I go there almost every time. The cashier's service is always excellent; everyone is very friendly. The place is always clean: tables, chairs, benches, floors, bathrooms. The atmosphere is very cool, calm, and family-friendly. There's a separate children's area. There's almost always parking and a wheelchair-accessible entrance. As for the food, it tastes excellent, has ample portions, and has great sides. The fries are wonderful. There's a variety of combos. This Pollo Loco is far superior to other locations. I recommend eating there.

Very courteous you are the boss ! They will fix your plate the way you crave for. They have beans and cole slaw, topos ( chips) a good helping of food. If you are not too hungry they can still help you.
