The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! The service was wonderful everyone was friendly and attentive. The coffee was delicious and the cheesecakes were absolutely amazing creamy, fresh, and full of flavor. The only thing I didn’t love was that the latte came in a water glass instead of a proper coffee cup, unlike the cappuccino. It would feel much nicer if all coffee drinks were served in real cups.

We went there for our 1st anniversary with my husband. Food was great and the server taking care of us was very nice. His name is Evan. He even told us if we told him before, he could write happy anniversary on our cheesecake. Thank you. It was our first time there. Good experience overall.

Had been here today and had great food, absolutely loved the cheesecakes. We had ordered Tiramisu cheesecake and raspberry cheesecake. In food we ordered Stuffed mushroom and Flatbread. Overall a very good experience.

Beautiful place. Plenty of parking. Easy to enter and very welcoming, ready to escort you to a table. Food is amazing and plentiful. Price is $$$. But worth it.. Family shared a little bit of all our food in the table. It was my birthday and I would go back even if it not my birthday. Delicious⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Came here to celebrate Father’s Day with the family. Despite it being a pretty busy day, our party was seated pretty quickly. Despite being stretched a bit thin with multiple large tables, our server was attentive and quick with all of our needs. For appetizers we had the hot wings and dumplings. Both were good, the hot wings were a bit small but packed with flavor. For my entree I had the cajun salmon with mashed potatoes and corn, everything was cooked to perfection. The portion size was great and left me full and happy. Everyone in the group enjoyed their meals, and several from our party ordered cheesecakes to go. Everyone left with full belly’s and happy hearts, this was the perfect vibe for our Father’s Day celebration.

Love cheesecake factory. Ate here in multiple locations in FL, OH and TX. They always have the consistency everywhere. We always enjoy our food here. Loved the Carne Asada Steak. Grilled to perfection and the char on was amazing. Family liked the food. Was wondering if the fried zucchini we had long time ago was different to what we received this time. Service was great as usual but i have to acknowledge that.

Had a craving for cheesecake & was working in NW Austin so I HAAAAD to run in and see what was in the case. I stopped on the Lemon Meringe cheesecake & O M G. My gawd. MY. GAWD!!!! Theres nooooo way Im gonna be able to discipline myself knowing this exists. Im seriously going to have to try making one bc $12 a slice is gonna get expensive @ the rate I fear Im gonna consume these!!

You know what your getting when you come here, consistency. The food is good, the bread is great, and the dessert has endless choices. Recommend the Chicken Madiera and this time of year the Peppermint Cheesecake is a can't miss.

It's a beautiful place to gave a nice dinner or lunch. Drinks are creative and tasty. There's no baby changing station which is disappointing when people go there for family dinners and special occasions, i.e., birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Hopefully one day soon they'll relook at thinking about the customers as a whole and add one to each bathroom. Our waiter was wonderful and accommodating I wish I could remember his name, but he was AWESOME! Customers service 10 🌟's.

We went there for a dinner on a Wednesday. Food were delicious and the meals were big. Service was great and the waitress answered all of our questions about the vegetarian options. The music was loud and they dimmed the lights after 8 o'clock but we enjoyed it very much.

We decided to go to the Cheesecake Factory for my boyfriend's birthday because cheesecake is his favorite and he had never been here. It was very busy for a Thursday night. We loved al of our food - the complimentary bread and butter, warm crab dip, Chicken Parmesan "pizza style" and Sesame Ginger Chicken. My only area for improvement would be the service. Our server was very friendly but you could tell he was clearly swamped and needed help. We were there for over 2 hours simply because of the long periods of time waiting for food. We didn't get the birthday cheesecake either so we just ordered to go. We will definitely come back and try again soon. We love the menu and the food!

The food is good the place is amazing but i dont really like the server name viktorija k. She’s kinda not really nice to me since she saw my id when i want to order a beer and im not from usa. She’s not fill my drink up, she filled my friend drink but not mine. Kinda disappointed w the service bcs im a visitor here so its one of a bad experience.

When we dined at this location exactly two years ago, we ordered fettuccine Alfredo and two cheesecakes— the Mango Key Lime and the Oreo Dream. Everything was delicious. This time around, we ordered fettuccine Alfredo, clam chowder, and two cheesecakes. The clam chowder was good, but the fettuccine Alfredo was way too salty and had an odd aftertaste. We ordered the tiramisu, which tasted like expired coffee, and the Mango Key Lime. The Mango Key Lime tasted way too bitter so we looked at the picture we took two years ago and realized that we were brought the wrong cake! Our server brought us the Key Lime instead of the Mango Key Lime. Luckily, we had a great server who was able to switch out the cakes, but the Mango Key Lime still tasted much different than two years ago. I remember the cake tasting like actual mango, but now it tastes so artificial. They no longer use real fresh fruit! The cheesecakes are going down in quality. It would be great if they could use natural and fresh ingredients again. Three hours later, when we got home, we all had bad stomach aches. Something about that food did not agree with our stomachs! I have been coming to this Cheesecake Factory since we arrived in Austin in 2012 and I will not return.

Do not get the strawberry shortcake. It was awful. The "cake" part was oily and stale it was inedible even though it looked great. On top of that the complementary bread was hard. It was not soft or fluffy. A bizarre cheesecake factory experience

I was very disappointed… the restaurant is so DIRTY. The menus were filthy & greasy, it even had a hair on it 😭 almost lost my appetite.. my mother definitely lost hers. She had the same exact issue. My water glass wasn’t even properly cleaned either 🤢 I don’t like how the table’s are presented with the silverware placed directly onto the table without any napkins placed underneath them.. the portion sizes are great! but $50 just for the meal we had is a little insane. They don’t have to worry about me coming back for a long time ✌️

It's my favorite restaurant that I've been going to often for over a decade, but today's food was truly the worst. Out of the six plates, the pasta was too salty to eat, and the two Louisiana chicken pasta had completely burned out and couldn't be cut with a knife. My son was so hungry that he even burned the pancakes he ordered again. What happened to the kitchen of this restaurant? I didn't have to pay for the food they burned, but my family had to leave hungry after wasting time and money. I'll never go again.

Yesterday evening (Friday night) we placed an order from your restaurant for our family. We have three children, my husband is sick, and we were all waiting for the food. After about an hour we suddenly received a message saying that the order was canceled because the restaurant could not fulfill it. We called DoorDash and they said they did not cancel anything and that the restaurant canceled the order. When we contacted the restaurant, they claimed DoorDash canceled it. In the end we were left without any order, with three hungry children and a sick husband at home. When I spoke with the representative, the only thing she said was that if I want the food I should come and pick it up, even after I explained that I cannot come to collect the order. This was extremely disappointing and showed 0% customer service. If there is any sense of responsibility and understanding of customer service on your side, I expect an appropriate compensation for this situation. Just to clarify, this is not about a refund; it’s about the lack of accountability and the poor customer service we experienced, which ultimately left us without food.

We visited this Cheesecake Factory location on a Sunday evening, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown—especially when compared to the Toronto branch, Orlando branch, which we’ve enjoyed multiple times and it was our favorite place to go. I ordered a burger that was completely tasteless. The bun was supposed to be crispy as described in the menu, but it was soft and soggy. The lettuce and tomato were low quality—definitely not fresh. The worst part was the sweet potato fries: they were soggy and stale. I asked to have them replaced, and the second batch was over-salted to the point of being inedible. We also ordered the glazed chicken pasta, and it was disappointing as well. You could barely find any chicken in it—it was mostly noodles and sauce. Honestly, both meals were far from what we expect from Cheesecake Factory. We left unsatisfied and disappointed. I would appreciate it if management could contact me regarding this experience. If you want us to give this location another try, I believe the least that should be offered is a complimentary meal so we can experience the quality food and service Cheesecake Factory is known for. As it stands, we won’t be coming back based on this visit alone.
