There's no parking; it's supposed to be a place that has established itself among tourists and foreigners over time. As for the dining experience, it's not great. The food is a bit pricey, although the portion size makes up for it. As for the taste, the food leaves a lot to be desired, although it certainly satisfies your hunger. We didn't feel like ordering dessert, as we expected more from the place, especially given the prices. Visit it and try it; maybe you'll like something there.

I don't recommend it. The service isn't the same as it was five years ago. The waiters are incredibly slow and reluctant to serve, and they tell you they'll issue an invoice, but even after a thousand calls, they never send one. The woman in charge of billing kept me waiting for over two weeks, repeatedly sending the invoice, and I still haven't received anything. I don't think it's fair that they behave this way. Above all, there should be quality service and customer care, and besides, you pay for it. Think twice before eating at this place!

I hadn't been there in years, and I remembered it being much better. Starting with the terrible service and poor attention from the breakfast buffet lady, who served us reluctantly and gave us food as if we were asking for it for free. The food was bland and unappetizing, with no variety of dishes. It was a buffet of nothing but egg dishes, and apparently it's like that every day because I overheard one of the guests saying they were served the same thing again. The waiters take forever to serve you. I asked for coffee several times, and there were only about five tables at most being served, with several waiters. I don't even want to imagine how they must be when it's full. What a terrible time we had. It was a very bad choice to make on my last day of vacation; it wasn't worth what I paid. 😡

TERRIBLE SERVICE, AWFUL ATTENTION, BLAND FOOD, AND A PATHETIC MENU. We arrived after 4 pm for lunch and there was no one to greet us. We went in and sat down at whatever table we wanted because the place was practically empty—there were only two other guests in the entire restaurant. We waited more than 10 minutes for a waitress to come and give us the menu. We waited another 20 minutes for them to bring me a cold carne a la tampiqueña, cooked to a degree I hadn't ordered, so I sent it back. They brought me poorly made guacamole, with some hard pieces, badly cut, and completely tasteless, served on a bed of wilted lettuce. My son was very hungry and started eating it anyway—which is why I didn't send it back. They brought my meat, but the conditions were the same: very well-done, even though I'd ordered medium-rare. It arrived like that, and I was met with the sad reality that it was a piece completely full of skin and gristle, making it impossible to cut. During this entire time, not a single waiter came to ask if we needed anything. My son had to get up and go to the kitchen entrance to order another dish because the waitress had disappeared. They brought it 20 minutes later in the same condition: a cold beef alambre, with tough meat and vegetables, completely greasy, and without any salt. Finally, after waiting a long time and despite the bad experience we'd already had, my mother wanted dessert—a strawberry cheesecake—and my son wanted a frappé. We ordered them, and after more than 10 minutes, they brought a chocolate cheesecake and a latte. Obviously, I didn't accept them, and the waitress justified herself by saying that in all the years she'd been there, they'd never served frappes and that they didn't buy strawberries for their cheesecake, so they just put chocolate on a cheesecake and that's what they served. She also said it was too late to eat and that after 4 pm they don't like to prepare anything in the kitchen because it makes a mess. We're talking about a hotel restaurant supposedly open 24 hours. Their prices are way too high for such terrible service and attention, awful food, and a poor menu. Please, don't come to this place!!

There's a queue for the buffet that's over 30 minutes long, and it gets awful when guests leave and there's only one person serving. It's a shame because something so simple to fix makes the service terrible.

Terrible service, I waited over 3 hours to be served. It's the first place in the world where I have to ask for the menu... and they never even came to my table to take my order. I absolutely do not recommend it.
