The white barbacoa is delicious, very similar to my home state of Hidalgo. I was very surprised by the flavor, which was as true to the state of Hidalgo as it gets. I highly recommend the white barbacoa.
I've never received such excellent service. Don Miguel, the owner, not only has exquisite cooking skills but also an incredible life story. Highly recommended!

The most delicious barbecue in Tapachula, original white barbecue flavor and excellent service
Bad. Unlike the common beef barbacoa they make here, it's passable, but it's actually bad compared to the barbacoa at Hgo. The broth, with so many vegetables, is like Tlalpeño broth, and there are tons of flies and mosquitoes. I won't be back.
