La verdad es un lugar lindo, elegante, temática italiana, bueno para ir con familia, muchas pastas y es muy buen lugar. Para ir de a 6 personas y comer dos postres en total y un plato de comida cada uno está bien. Más o menos cada plato valía entre 16 o 30 euros. Después todo bien, el lugar está bien decorado con cuadros viejos, luego además de eso por lo que baje una estrella era debido a que una mesera no nos trató con buen humor, le preguntamos el tamaño de una hamburguesa y nos dijo que era tamaño hamburguesa pero lo que pasa es que no soy adivina para saber el tamaño de una hamburguesa de las de ahi, además de que si llegaba a saber por lo menos si se refería a una hamburguesa de tal lugar capas que sabía, después cada tanto venía a decirnos que si ya nos íbamos y cuando comenzamos a pedir nos dijo que si queríamos se iba a dar una vuelta y se quedaba al lado de nuestra mesa mirando y preguntaba si ya estábamos. También otras cosas que quedaron por recalcar sobre la empleada o cosas del negocio como que los muebles se veían medio viejos pero debia ser estética después el lugar estaba bien esta elegante y limpieza medio medio pero estaba muy bien. Tiene para reservar y cuando entre estaba lleno de empleados caminando de acá para allá por todos lados. La zona del negocio es una zona en una plaza donde se ubican juegos para niños. También tienen postres y el lugar está buenísimo. Cabe aclarar que cuando me levante de mi silla había un pedazo de planta atrás mio y parecia como si la acabarán de romper. En conclusión, es elegante, apto para niños, discapacitados, las cartas estaba en diferentes idiomas, muchas bebidas, y comida rica, ubicado en una buena zona y muy grande el lugar.

We had dinner here and chose to sit outside on the terrace, which is right on a lively square full of energy and people-watching opportunities. The waiting staff were genuinely lovely friendly, attentive, and quick to help. The menu offers a great variety, and I really appreciated that by scanning the QR code, you can instantly see everything translated into multiple languages. Super convenient. What stood out most were the unique dishes you don’t usually see in a typical Italian restaurant. For example, they serve a hamburger wrapped inside pizza dough a creative twist that adds some fun to the dining experience. Overall, a nice spot if you’re looking for good service, variety, and a lively atmosphere.

What to say about La Piemontesa? I never expected to be treated so well at a restaurant in Spain because, at least in Barcelona, good customer service is not a priority, so it was a breath of fresh air to have dined at La Piemontesa for lunch. It must be the Tarragonan air, or something, but I'm so glad. The decoration of the restaurant is amazing, really transporting you somewhere else, and back in time, too. The food was superb, from the simplest fussili bolongese to the more complicated seafood salad. And the focaccia sticks were simply delicious. I highly recommend it.

Day 1: Great food and drinks, the counter is very friendly and made an extra arrangement to separate out the prawns for my partner who is vegetarian. They even gave the prawns to me! Great and detailed coordination. Tiramisu is Perfecto! Update Day 2: went back second time for dinner takeaway, ordered the medium rare Angus beef burger with foie gras. It was delicious; every mouth taste like heaven! The staff was very accommodating and friendly! They gave me cups seeing that I've bought some beer as well. TL;DR: I think I've found a gem of a food place. This place deserve 5 stars! Must visit if you're in the area!

We've been here a few times now, and since Covid-19 kept us away from our last visit in 2019, we were delighted to get back this year. A trip to the Costa Dourada is enhanced with a day or two in Tarragona, finished with meal here, the ambiance and decor is classy and relaxing, the food fresh and delicious, and the desserts are lovely. Excellent value for money too. God willing we will return.

Baked beef was not possible to eat, it was changed to pizza, but when we got a check there were pizza and beef included. Another dishes was good.

La verdad, bastante flojo. Pedimos una burrata: no sabía absolutamente a nada, muy muy sosa. La pizza del niño: con mucha masa y poco condimento. El queso brillaba por su ausencia. El rissoto de sepia era SOLO arroz. Ni un mísero trozo de sepia, gambas, etc. Eso sí, tinta llevaba... Los tallarines di mare, no estaban mal de sabor, pero estaban tan pasados que se rompían al cogerlos. Se agradecería que hubiera cerveza sin gluten... Por último, una observación: el ruido es insufrible. Desde luego, no creo que volvamos.

We were welcomed and sat inside. We chose tagliatelle fruitta de mare and I chose spaghetti with prawns and chilli. The pasta was excellent bit only 3 small prawns. Very disappointing. The chianti was ice cold not great. The waitress cleared the table and whipped the olives away a bit quick. Observation of pizza extremely thin bases. Prices ok.

me and my friends visited this restaurant on our last night - the food was okay pretty average tbh - the salmon crepe starter was really good and had a lot of flavour but everyone’s dishes seemed to go down hill from there - my friend had pasta that was rubbery and bland - I received lasagne that was not like any classic dish i’ve had before - with not a lot of flavour or layers and then a thin sauce I would say it wasn’t really worth the price - the interior was nice and old school and the service was efficient but I would say that there was probably a better Italian in the area !

Me gustaría dejar claro que no suelo hacer reseñas negativas pero esto ha sido demencial. Fuimos 6 personas a comer, mis primos, mi hermano y mis abuelos. Sus platos eran lo que puedes esperar en este tipo de sitios. Platos mediocres con porciones minúsculas por un precio desorbitado. Pero el problema llegó con mi plato. Desgraciadamente pedí rigatoni carbonara. Puedo llegar a entender que no le pongan "guanchale" porque estamos en España pero no saben ni freír bacon, más que bacon eso eran piezas de jamón crudo. Pero lo que realmente colmó el vaso es que usaran nata en vez de huevos para la carbonara. Encima tienen la poca vergüenza de poner en el menú "Carbonara al estilo tradicional" cuando cualquier italiano se hecharia a llorar al ver ese plato. Puedo asegurar con la mano en el corazón que es la mayor insulto a la cocina Italiana que he visto en mi vida, no tenía ni un solo ingrediente común con una carbonara real. Es deleznable que te vendan por 14 euros un plato que se cocina el universitario promedio en temporada de exámenes. Para ser justos me gustaría añadir que los postres estaban bastante buenos, eso sí por 7 euros.

De lo peor, una cosa tan sencilla como un plato de pasta lo convierten en una cosa incomible, la salsa aguada. A parte de no tener ni una parte importante de la carta, en este caso nada de carne, pulpo etc. para no volver ni ir por primera vez . Personal sin educación ni GANAS. Antes era una cosa, ahora no sé qué ha pasado que va de mal en peor.
