I asked a worker and she said she didn't know the store number to place my order through the app. She said she didn't know, and even inside and outside the Starbucks, there was no sign indicating the store's address. This wasted my time because there are several Starbucks locations in different areas of San Bruno, and it's confusing for a tourist. I hope you can resolve this. Thank you.

Rating has nothing to do with service or quality. No seating, no bathroom. I wish they would come up with a label for these so I wouldn't waste my time going to them.

I’m honestly so disgusted. I ordered a drink today and when I picked it up there was a dead fly stuck to the lid. Totally unacceptable. I expect better hygiene and quality control from a place like Starbucks. I had noticed the fly after drinking half of my grande coffee. Definitely makes me think twice about coming back.

I usually love Starbucks, but this particular location has some issues with service. I ordered just two items, and unfortunately, both were prepared incorrectly—even though the café wasn’t busy at the time. Hoping this was just an off day, but it was definitely disappointing

Starbucks in this area has been tanking for awhile. Drinks have been mediocre at best, def don’t follow the request that are being paid for, kids hot chocolate shouldn’t be steaming hot. I can honestly probably make my drink better than they do. And when you tell them your drink is incorrect they give the worst attitude, not my fault you can’t do your job correctly.

I believe they renovated roughly a year ago and the layout of the Starbucks changed. It looks amazing but they removed a crucial aspect of why I loved this Starbucks and that is the removal of the bathrooms. Any on-the-road workers, travelers and blue collar people should avoid this Starbucks if they’re hoping to have access to bathrooms. 😔

Disappointing Experience at Starbucks Towne Center My recent visit to the Starbucks at Towne Center left me deeply disappointed. Despite its convenient location at 1212 El Camino Real, San Bruno, CA 94066, the service and management were sorely lacking. Upon arrival on a Saturday, I was informed by an employee that the wait time for a simple drink would exceed 15 minutes. This unacceptable delay reflects poor staffing and management decisions. While the location itself is promising, it’s clear that operational improvements are desperately needed. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this Starbucks until significant changes are made. It’s a shame to see such potential wasted due to mismanagement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to provide a better experience for customers in the future.

Staff are not friendly and restrooms are always filthy no one bother cleaning the establishment windows, floors counters all appear filthy. New Update 12/31/2018 07:02am Re-visited this establishment almost everyday before heading to work and always their restroom is out of order. In violation of Health and Safety Laws against their employees and visitors. Do not get your coffee here, (Starbucks they only want your money.) They lack customer service skills and continue violating Health and Safety Laws as well as ADA laws. And if according to Michelle, Shift Supervisor is truthful about the bathrooms been broken, and NOT available either to their respective employees, that have to do an 8 hours shifts without restrooms, then Starbucks is in Violation of OSHA laws and regulations as well.
