Me and a friend go there when we fly. We actually both got spoken to by the manager one day and we ended up getting a free meal! Very friendly staff, good food good service good value.

Visited this location around 10pm had a big order of 4 Munchie meals. Had to park and had it brought to our vehicle. The Employee was Very nice and had a welcoming smile on her face despite being busy. Now THAT'S Customer Service 🥰

I always do the drive thru. It's a jack in the box. Service has always been good. The line usually takes 5 to 10 minutes to get my food.

Drive thru was Fast, and our order was right. If you're going just to try the new cluck chicken sandwich, don't just drive to Popeyes their spicy chicken sandwich is way better.

9 out of 10 orders were perfect, the 10th had an error, but was fixed promply, only complaint is that the drive thru speed was slower than the dine in

Consistently good food and friendly service. My only real complaint is centered more on customers who hem and haw, completely oblivious to the growing line behind them. Big vehicles watch out: Drive-thru is tight, with a near right-angle turn.

Good food and good prices. The service is friendly, and are generally quick with orders. Unfortunately, during my many visits to this one, there have been several times when they have gotten my order wrong or left out parts of it entirely, even when they read the whole thing back to me at the window correctly. It's pretty disappointing to order four Jumbo Jacks for you and your family and get home to find three in your bag. This usually happens when there is a long line at the drive through, meaning that while the employees are great at handling one or two orders at a time, any more than that and they will make frequent mistakes. If there aren't many people there, then this is a fantastic fast food joint that I heartily reccomend to anyone. But if you see a long line at the drive through as you're passing by, you may want to consider the McDonald's across the street. It's not worth a long wait just to likely be disappointed at the end.

I only gave 3 stars for service because it took so long to get our order. I walked to a donut shop across the parking lot, bought donuts, and came back, and my spouse still was in the drive thru waiting to get our order, which was two Breakfast Jack combos.

The food was great. Prepared with everything on it. I got the double Jack. The fry's were good and hot. The staff was nice but seemed like they were kinda on the slower side. Our table was not wiped off and it took about 5 min after we got the food to get our drinks from the counter. This place is not bad, just needs a little more management present.

I like using the drive thru here. The folks working the window are always friendly and thorough. Even where there are a number of cars already waiting, it never takes long to get back on the road. The food is prepared quickly and well. Their burgers are pretty good for fast food.

I'm not a fast food lover, and I probably only get it 1 or 2 a month, but almost EVERY time, this establishment manages to mess up my order. EVERY time. Even when its not busy, and I'm one of maybe three people ordering food inside and in the drive-thru.

Went to Tehachapi location March 6th expecting to dine there as we were previously told they were open. There was no sineage to say no in store dining. Looked like employee and guess husband were dining there but doors were locked. Was told when called short staffed. Don't know ever when they're open to dining as it's inconsistent.

Food is good but make sure you check your order. I always seem to have to go back and let them know they forgot something that I paid for....

The manager had decided to clean up the ice cream shakes machine at 9pm, a whole three hours before closing. Order was correct, so 3*.

Hello, I just wanted to say that the food was quality, but out of the six items we ordered, one of them was missing (the jalapeno poppers). This was very frustrating as the customer should not have to worry about whether or not all the food is in the bag when they use the drive thru. Furthermore, if a customer has to check the bags contents while at the drive thru window, this lengthens avg drive thru times and may discourage others from coming again bc of a long wait time, resulting in reduced business for the location. I hope that these errors can be fixed in the near future.

They use to be great. But lately it seems like they don't care. Most the time my order is made incorrectly. And when I go through the drive thru, they usually make me park in the front. Last couple of times have been a disaster with wrong orders. Today they dropped a small bottle of milk on the floor and picked it up and put it in the bag. Got that corrected but then we find after we have left that a Taco was stuck to the wrapper and it torn the Taco apart trying to get it removed. IDK, understaffed or just neglect but check your orders.

You have to pay for sauces. Went through the drive thru and we had to go out front to wait for it to be brought to the car. They forgot a large French Fry from our order but didn’t realize until we got home.

Not my favorite! Staff is not very friendly and food is less than mediocre. The only thing that is halfway decent would be the milkshakes. Although I don't see myself going in for a milkshake as there are better milkshakes at other places here in town.

Food is okay what's worse is the attitude that this female gives at night. I was making an order and wanted to add something but the chick taking my order yelled what else! In a way to rush me. There was no line but a line backed up since she kept forgetting items. She refuses to give me a receipt. 7/23/21 10:25pm was my order date.

Let me start by saying I enjoy Jack In the box’s food chain, always fresh and fast. I decided to stop by late to get two munchie meals and a dessert for me and my partner, I ordered the meals and was cut short before ordering the dessert when I asked for the churros they were added onto the order and paid for. I was given my meals and we got to our house only to find out or dessert wasn’t included. Just wanted to thank Idayli for the great customer service.

Jessica Sanchez was by far my worst interaction with a fast food employee. Rude from the beginning, and when I asked why she had spoken to me in such a rude manner she replied, and I quote, “Because it you” Like what does that mean?! Is she justified in this? She definitely took this interaction to a racial place.

My wife has a severe tomato allergy, which we told the drive through before the order. After waiting in the parking lot for ten minutes, the burger was covered in ketchup and tomato. My wife tore the burger in fhalf so they wouldn't reuse it for the replacement. The replacement also had tomato. The THIRD replacement didn't have tomato or ketchup, but still had the burger patty that was torn in half. My wife didn't realize until after eating a quarter if it. By then she had difficulty breathing and swallowing, and almost had to use her EPI-Pen.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this place is garbage. They have never taken my order correctly after a year and a half of visiting this location. Egg shell in my sandwich this morning was the final straw. Never going here again and telling everyone I know not to dine here.

I went back to get my order fixed cause they messed up... Came home and they gave us our same burgers that has been bitten off of with the repairs... Im a food safty manager and this contanminated their whole sandwich line. Very insatisfied with the food handling procedures

This place IS HORRIBLE! I've been here so many times and they're always rude and mess up my order. A few months ago my mom tried getting shakes at 9 at night and THEY DIDNT MAKE IT , I went to pick it up and they said " she can get a refund through door dash. I WASNT EVEN DOOR DASH I WAS TRYING TO GET IT FOR MY MOM. This happened twice!!! Another time just recently I went to the drive-thru and I was asking questions like if the egg roll had chicken and they said yes, I asked if they could remove it and they SIGHED AT ME AND SAID WHATEVER. THEY THEN PROCEEDED to give me the wrong meal anyways. I wanted an large buttery jack and they gave me a medium cold sour doe jack that tasted like rubber and didn't even give me a reciet. I tried calling them to complain and they DIDNT PICK UP THE PHONE. This place is horrible and their customer service is a nuisance. Don't go here unless you want to feel neglected and get the wrong order.

We waited for 20 min for our food. When we checked on it they stated it was coming, but that was not true. The young lafy tigured out they bumped our order. Not even sure what that meant. The young lady brought out our food and apologize and stated the manager will be out to talk to us. He/she never be came out. The young lady should be the manager since she has great authority to make things happen in the back and good problem solving skills. I wish I knew her name. She has great people skills and was apologizing to a lot of customers for their food being late as well. The point is the young man just lied be right to our face and said it was coming. I get people make mistake if they would have just told us they accidentally bumped our order it would have been fine.
