I've been to a couple other locations before and it was just ok. I was craving some hot chicken and saw this location just opened, so gave it another try. I was pleasantly surprised this time. The chicken was hot, tender, and delicious. Went for the medium this time and it had good flavor with a little bit of heat. Think I'll go for hot next time as I would have liked a little bit more heat. There was a line out the door when we arrived, but it moved quick and we had our order in after a few minutes. Food came out pretty quick as well despite how many people were waiting. Definitely be back, glad this location is close to home.

Good service, good food. Staff is friendly and it’s a nice quick bite. I got regular size loaded fries and it’s plenty to fill you up. The chicken is good quality + it’s halal which means it was farmed to a high ethical standard. They messed up my order once and I’m not the type of person to complain, because I don’t really care. But they send out the short 2 question survey after you order and I filled one out and explained my order was messed up in a short sentence and they made it right immediately. I went back and ordered for the whole family.

Of course the chicken is delicious but you already knew that. Parking is not bad you got enough space out front. If you’re trying to decide to do the tenders or the sandwich just go with the sandwich.

We were greeted by Darren he was super awesome in suggesting what I’d like by listening to what I was in the mood for. We ate in and he checked on us a few times.I thought his service was top tier! Been there about three times now use the app every single time. My food was always ready on time. My son even made a mistake and they remade him something. Good Customer Service. Of course the chicken is delicious but you already knew that. Parking is not bad you got enough space out front. If you’re trying to decide to do the tenders or the sandwich just go with the sandwich.

Their chicken is sooooo good! I like this better than canes for sure, but the canes sauce is a bit better. This location is big and has a huge outdoor seating. They seem fairly quick with their orders and the staff is friendly. I get med spicy bc the very spicy just tastes bitter and not spicy. I always get the fries with cheese. So yummy! It could be a little cleaner inside, but other than that, foods great and nice workers.

Had to check it out because of the hype. Dave's Hot Chicken is known for its Nashville style spiciness. It's more of a dry cayenne pepper type of heat, so if you are used to sweeter kind of spiciness then this is not for you. Overall the chicken had good flavor, but although the meat wasn't dry, it wasn't particularly juicy either. The tenders were of good size though. The meals are quite filling. Worth a try.

Had a chance to drop by today to try it out. Even though I’m a lightweight when it comes to hot food the IG posts inspired me. This location in Temecula hasn’t been open long but it appears always busy. I called my order in ahead of time which was a smart move ( I recommend you do!I arrived a few minutes before my food supposedly would be ready by the quick and easy online ordering app. My food wasn’t ready for about 10 minutes after that, but they were super busy so no worries. The light mild slider and fries were great, minimally hot, and I’d say fairly priced for the quality. The “special sauce” was particularly good. If you’re in the neighborhood I recommend giving it a go!

Pretty good food, the workers were friendly. Wished the franchise would include drinks with their combos. The extra heat actually had a kick to it so really happy about that.

Tender and slider quality are great the last few times I’ve ordered so I’m hoping this stays consistent unlike previous times. Ordered Mac and cheese today but tasted like burnt milk. Otherwise everything else was great.

Chicken was on the dry side. Sauce is okay but nothing to write home about. I've tried Dave's several times and it's never been all that great.

So naturally you order ahead online with the intent to make a quick stop and be on your way again with a hot sandwich on your lap. Think again, it was an additional 15-20 minute wait. The workers could not keep up with the orders. They were trying their best. It didn’t seem like they had enough ppl. I have been here about an hour. Still no food.

Finally today, when I talked with them, I met with the most unprofessional person. I wasn’t even allowed to talk with the manager. My whole family liked this place that’s why we were ignoring the problems with our orders until today. Most of the times, I used to think that the customers turn into karen but today I found out that behind most of the Karen customers there is a Karen cashier/ employee. I feel bad for the owner that doesn’t know how his employees are taking care of the business. I have noticed that the employees don’t care about the business because it’s not their own but they have forgotten that if this place is closed, they will lose their job and have to struggle to find another one. We have decided not to come to this place anymore, at least not until they learn how to do proper business.

Disappointing. Was certainly not impressed by their food. They include this slice of white bread that looks as if they just bought it from the grocery store and served it straight out the bag. Secondly, I asked for no pickles. I even checked my receipt which read “no pickles” and behold, pickles! A sick joke amount of pickles, which soaked my fries and ruined my whole to-go experience. Solid 2/10.

Well, what a disappointment. We went to Nashville and had hot chicken and boy was it great there, so we thought this would be like that ...but not at all. These folks need to go to Nashville and visit Hattie's hot chicken and then try to replicate that. And the inside and outside atmosphere at this place could use a little work ...it's kind of unappealing.
