One of the best pizza experiences I've ever had. Ordered online, and it came within 15 min. One of the pizzas was a bit off, but after calling, they immediately and apologetically made everything right and had speedy delivery again. Both drivers were above and beyond in their customer service!! Great team on Temecula Parkway! Great management! Great drivers! Oh, and great pizza!!! Thanks guys!
Great tasting pizza; love the seasoned crust. I still remember the days when Domino's pizza was not so great. They sure did turn it around! The order experience online and with the app is so simple. Convenient and economical when the craving hits and we don't feel like cooking.
I'm not sure why others are having trouble with this store. I was pleasantly greeted with a smile. (Forgive me, but I didn't get his name). Without asking or expecting it, he remembered that I had called with a question regarding my daughter's birthday and when I picked up the pizzas, not only were the pizzas ready but included were brownies with a happy birthday note on the box. What an unexpected and much appreciated treat!
I love their location, it's been years since I've seen the store, it looks so good. Love this area of Temecula because places like this Domino's that offer epic employment and hard working community enginuity for great ideas you can get from social gatherings online to incorporate into your business because of personal benefits seen by this Domino's. I just had another great experience with Domino’s! I ordered two pizzas tonight, and one of them came out wrong — I had ordered a MEATZZZA with jalapeños, green peppers, pepperoni, and boneless chicken, but received a veggie version instead. Mistakes happen, and what impressed me most was how quickly and professionally Domino’s handled it. I called the store, and without hesitation they apologized, re-made the pizza correctly, and delivered it fresh and hot in no time. The customer service was outstanding, and the replacement pizza was perfect — exactly what I ordered and absolutely delicious. Thank you Domino’s for the great service and for always making it right. This is why I keep coming back! 🍕🔥

I just want to give a shout out to Will! He made the best Specialty Hot Buffalo Chicken I've ever seen at any Dominos! 😍🤤 It's my favorite menu item and I couldn't be more pleased! Keep up the great work!

I earned 60 points for a free medium pizza. I tried ordering online but was having issues with the reward program. I went into my local Domino’s, and even though it was a super busy Friday night, I promptly had one employee trying to help me, and then the Manager as well. After rebooting the app, it still wasn’t working, and I admit after a long day of work, I was tired and starting to get a bit frustrated. I really just wanted to order my free medium size pizza (damn technology lol). They told me “we got you” and put an order in for a free large size pizza, that made my night!!! This morning I went back on the app, and of course, the rewards program is now working lol. But, guess what? I still have my free medium pizza that I earned. A big thanks to the Manager Nicole, and her crew for all their help. Dominos, you gals and guys totally rock!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️❤️🍕🍕🍕
Just shared a deluxe pizza with my wife and we were amazed how good it was. Im saying that this was an excellent pizza! I've had NY and Chicago deep dish, not saying that it's there but for Temecula it's great!

My rating is in comparison to other fast food pizza's, not compared to restaurant quality pizza's. The three topping Brooklyn crust at $7.99 is the best value pizza in town. Today's pizza was ground beef, onions and mushrooms standard sauce and cheese. Ordered online and was just coming out of the oven when I arrived. Got it home still hot! That makes a difference. This was a good fast food level pizza. For the price it's hard to beat!
I have had some really nice pizzas from here and they usually get my order correct. I have my favorites that I order regularly - the vegetarian and feta & spinach. Sometimes the pizza looks thrown together and the cheese is all on one side but I don't care. For the price and speed of preparation, I will take the occasional oops!
IMO the thin crust pizza is good and the ingredients were fresh Nicole seems to run a tight efficient ship

Very clean and well taken care of, I appreciate this very much! This is strictly take your food and leave, not a sit down place. Not a big deal, just thought you should be aware. Staff will acknowledge you as soon as you enter. Some are friendlier than others.

Disappointed! It took over two in a half hours to be delivered and then it was cold. I ordered it early (around 1:00) and it arrived around 3:45. Usually they’re fast and the pizza is at least warm. This wasn’t a busy time so not sure what the problem was. I did tip well and when I thanked the gentleman he acted a little put out. 🤷🏼♀️ Will rethink Domino’s next time we want pizza.

I'm on the fence here! I don't like giving bad reviews but I do like honesty. I think there are probably some great employees at this location and I've stays had great service with delivery but I pay extra fort double cheese and sauce every single time I order as pizza and I NEVER get it. Most times the extra cheese end up on the wrong pizza. Or both the extra sauce and double cheese are missing. I've written, I've called, I don't know what the protocol is butt they cannot seem to get this right. I wouldn't be upset if I wasn't paying for those extra toppings. Half the time, there's a giant bubble on a quarter of the pizza with no toppings at all. Today I placed an order in the app and decided to call the store and ask that they please put the extra sauce and double cheese on the right pizza because I am always paying for it and I never get it. The girl just said, "Ok". And then silence. I said don't you want to know who I am. She didn't sound very happy. She said no your name comes up with the number. I said ok. She said ok and hung up. We will see.
I usually have a great experience with these guys! But the last time I ordered for delivery it took almost 2 hours to get to me and it was barely warm. The tracker was on the quality check for 40 minutes I figured that they forgot to change it to "on its way" or hit the quality check too early but I guess it really was just sitting there for over half an hour before delivering it to me. Now I've work in food service myself and I know that sometimes you just can't help it and it gets busy but I wasn't ordering on a Friday or Saturday night it was the middle of the afternoon on a Monday!! Maybe the manager should be a bit more proactive and call some customers ahead of time and let them know that you guys a experiencing some set backs and it'll take longer than usual.
I ordered online on Sept 1 and it came out to be $32.59. Cool no problem. BUT TODAY! Sept 3, I got charged for an extra $3!! I don't care if it just $3, do not charge me extra. If it was for a tip yall thought yall earned? Please, yall don't deserve a damn dime after this. THIEVES!!! Definitely filing a complaint about this. Food wasn't even properly cooked anyway.
Always 45min-1 hr delivery or 20-40 min pickup time. Pizzas are dry, poorly made. The last delivery I had took over 45 min and arrived cold and dry.Additionally bought was NOT crunchy, suggesting oven wasn't hot enough when baked. One of the worst Domino's stores I've been to in the country. :-(

Just had a very bad experience with this location. The manager (Hannah) should be ashamed on how she's running her business.
i placed an order at 1:03 p.m. and it showed 25-35 minute delivery. At 1:47 p.m. I called and it was still at store. he stated it was next to go out. online showed the pizza quality check was done at 1:12 p.m. which means my pizzas were sitting there since that time. yet they charge us a fee to deliver? sad. i cancelled once the rep mentioned it was not even out. sad to think that a manager hasn't even called back to apologize. not at all surprised their rating is averaging 3 stars but 2 stars on yelp. well, I suppose I will just drive to Little Caesar's
Ordered at 5:45 said it’d be ready in 40-45 minutes. The tracker said it was less than 5 minutes from being ready. Went into the store to check on it. Employee was extremely rude, was wearing a uniforming that looked as if it hadn’t been washed in a week, told me that the tracker isn’t accurate. He said my pizzas weren’t even in the oven yet! This was 45 minutes after I had ordered. It’s been over an hour, I’m still waiting. Don’t waste your time here.
I placed an order for 2 pep pizzas online an it said it would be ready in 16-21 min I showed up 20 later and the cashier said it would be another 30 min. I waited in the lobby for.40 min. Before the cashier approached me and told me it was going to be another hour I cancelled my order. The worst experience ever the manager was FaceTiming someone while making pizza not sure if she even washed her hands after answering her phone.
I had to work late and didn’t have time or energy to make dinner for my family, so we decided to order dominos, something fast and easy. I placed my order at 7:30. We got a call around 8pm that it was out for delivery and tracked the order in the tracker app. We followed the driver around for a few minutes and saw the driver was around our area. About 15min later we got a text saying the order was delivered...only that we didn’t receive the order. I have 3 young kids that were also waiting to eat. My wife called the store and was told by them that the tracker app doesn’t work and the order should be there soon. We waited another 15min with nothing. I called the store and gave them the run down that we ordered about 1 hr ago and sometimes orders get placed a few houses down. The person on the phone assured me everything was fine. I asked him if he could check really quick just to verify it wasn’t delivered to a wrong address. He reluctantly went to check and said the driver left 20min ago and that we should receive our order but we can call in about 15min if we didn’t. At this point my kids were getting very hungry and restless. We waited about 20min. I didn’t want to be rude and keep calling but decided we should check again. I called again and spoke with the manager this time. I asked him to be honest with me and just tell me if the order was placed at the wrong house and we understand that mistakes happen but we would rather know it was just going to take a little longer rather than waiting for our pizza arrival any minute. He finally fessed up that they had a new delivery driver and they forgot our order. I told him thank you for telling me but asked why this wasn’t told the previous 3 times we called. Finally 2 hours after we placed our order we got our pizza, but it was as cold was cold like it had been sitting in a car for the past 2 hours. We didn’t receive any kind of apology or refund. I’m super disappointed in the dishonesty and attempted cover ups as well as no effort in trying to rectify the situation and t fact that they still thought it was appropriate to serve us pizza that had been sitting out for hours instead of making new ones
Two hours! Waiting two hours for pizza—off the charts unacceptable. Everyone knows Friday night is busy for pizza, but maybe not Domino's. Waiting an hour is understandable and acceptable. Domino’s is in the pizza business and they should plan accordingly to remain competitive. After waiting for one and one half hours we decided to call to see what was taking so long, or if our order had been lost. The online progress bar had not moved since we had placed the order. When my phone call was answered, I asked about our pizza, and what was taking so long. The person on the phone was unapologetic, stating “It’s Friday.” It’s obvious that those working in the store knew it was Friday and taking more than two hours to deliver a pizza is totally unacceptable. In addition when the pizza arrived it was less than hot and our order was wrong and came with no peppers or cheese. At that point I was not going to call and wait for an additional two hours for Domino’s to maybe get our order right. Next time we want pizza we will certainly remember this experience and consider going to another, more customer friendly, pizza establishments in our area. Fortunately we have a wonderful range of several delicious pizza options here in the Temecula area. Not Domino's One star only because a single star is required to post a comment. To accurately rate this experience I'd have to rate it as -2.5 stars. The pizza tastes good, but the customer service is totally lacking.
This is the worst location I’ve ever been too. I was disappointed because if we want cheap pizza domino’s is where it’s at. But this location is trash, yes trash. First visit we did an online pickup order. My husband goes there and ask for his other ranch. Some little girl goes only one with order. Train your staff better! We had two order of wings and it clearly states online you choose one sauce for each order of wings. Which means 2 thank you. Next visit, or should I say online delivery, was worst. I did a delivery order that took almost over an hour to receive. Not even busy there because no one goes there and now I see why…. but anyways. I’m done with this place. Won’t be ordering from here again. I don’t care how good the deals are.
I ordered a carryout pizza and I noticed that the pizza was cold and not even remotely warm when I got it. Also, I noticed I did not get my receipt after I left. The "icing on the cake" was when I got home and opened the box, I noticed that the pizza box looked dirty and overly-greasy as they had drenched my pizza in the garlic sauce. On the corner of the box there were smudges of hardened pizza sauce. I was apprehensive to eat the pizza because the box looked like it just came out the trash or had been dropped a few times on the floor. So like any other person, I drove back and requested my receipt and my pizza be made fresh. The clerk complied and assured me 10 to 12 minutes for my pizza. On a side note (while I was waiting inside Domino's) I observed another customer who drove all the way to the store as there was an issue with his delivery order. Although I did not know what exactly was wrong with his order, I know for sure his pizza was made wrong. The clerk who was helping the guy told him 10 min for a fresh pizza and also gave him a free soda as a result of the mishap. The employee who was dealing with the customer then gave the incorrect pizza to another employee who then sat the incorrect pizza on the ready rack and appeared to take a sticker off the box. After that I noticed that another employee moved the pizza to a higher rack but never removed it from the rack completely. After 10 minutes, an employee yells the customer's fresh pizza is ready and the customer comes to retrieve it. Surely enough, when the customer opens his pizza he immediately realizes that the pizza is still wrong (in fact it was the very same pizza he returned). The customer looked at the ground with a saddened, defeated gaze shaking his head attempting to muster a smile to conceal his frustration. The look on the man's face said it all. The employee clearly sees this and notifies the customer that although he did not make the pizza, he could retrieve the manager to help resolve the situation. 6 minutes later after waiting, the customer angrily takes his pizza and storms out the store, right before the manager finally comes to the front looking for the customer. Fast forward, 45 minutes and a free soda later, my pizza is finally ready. Apparently, they had to remake my original "remake" for reasons unknown which someone had let me know after already waiting 30 minutes. Overall, my experience with this store and its employees has been extremely horrendous. A big red flag I observed that went off in my head the entire time I was waiting was the COMMUNICATION. The kitchen seemed disorganized and the employees displayed lackluster communication both while making the pizza's and taking orders over the phone. I don't mean to be bashful as I never write negative reviews but this Domino's establishment needs some serious restructuring and re-training of the employees and management team. In all honesty, I rarely eat out and usually don't get Domino's pizza and this experience has reminded me why. I'd much rather buy a full-priced pizza from a place like Pizza Hut than pay 10 cents for another Domino's pizza (and I hardly eat Pizza Hut). Last but not least, if the Google Ratings let me give 0 stars, this occasion would certainly be deserving.
The pizza is cold. Luke the manager is a sorry excuse for someone who says they are trying to help. They never delivered the food i paid for theycliterally stole money from me i will be reporting this person. This place will take an hour to deliver and never gave us our 64 breadbites for a huge family. I have special needs children and they only eat certain things and when I asked for a new order to be sent out he flat out refused. Corporate will be getting a call and email. Asap. Do not order from this horrible place. . .I'm Def gonna be making sure this person is fired today
I understand being busy, I don't like how glitchy the app is. The app told me food was done. The food wasn't done. I asked why, the girl I could tell wasn't in the mood to answer and just stated we are busy. The gentleman who explained that the app timer is based on the oven time, it doesn't include orders that are waiting to be boxed. I appreciate him. I won't be back to this location
I ordered one large cheese sausage, 2x 2 liters of coke, and wings. Plus delivery and tip it. was $50. 1. The driver only brought 1x 2liter. 2. 3 guys had 2 slices of pizza (yes 2 slices) one of the slices were cut short. 3. Wings were smaller than frog legs. 4. Called to tell the manager. He was not. polite. 5. Did get my 2 liter on my next order. 6. The pizza did taste good, much better than. Papa's Junk's / Papa John's. 7. $50 pizza order? Never again NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
2 weeks ago I made an on line order. Received a text that it was ready for pick up. Went in and the told me the text is working correctly, that I had to wait 39 min. Tonight I placed an online order that would be ready in 1 hr 20 min. Sent my son to pick it up. He was told it would be another 2 hrs as they were understaffed. Get it together, Dominos!
My partner and I ordered two thin-crust pizzas, one for myself and one for him. My partner's pizza was perfect. My pizza, however, was burnt to the point that I am eating charcoal with the slightest undertones of bacon and spinach. When I called to explain and ask if they could at the very least remake the pizza without burning it, they said no, refused to tell me their name, laughed at me then hung up on me. With inflation, everything is more expensive, but we still pay for the things we want and can't even get what we pay for because people have no respect or compassion.
Ordered Carryout and noticed that a new curbside delivery option was available so figured I'd give it a try. Said that once you arrived simply let them know and someone would bring your order out to your car. I arrived and checked the status of my order and it said it was waiting for me to arrive and to hit the I'm Here button once I parked. I hit the button and got a notification to turn on my hazard lights to let them know it was my car. I had already put in the color, make and model before I placed my order but I followed the instructions. Waited patiently for 10 mins and nothing so I got out and walked to the front door. Walked in and to my surprise saw at least 7 employees standing around laughing and blasting music. They stopped and looked at me and the guy nearest to the register put back on his face mask and asked what I needed. Said I had an order I was waiting on and behold he handed me my order that had been on the table waiting the entire time. Great service guys keep it up.
Slow workers and bad customer service. I ordered my pizza at 2:55pm and showed up at 3:25PM and the employee said it would be another 25 min. Asked for it to be delivered and wanted to charge me. Dominoes went from delivered in 30 to can't even make a pizza in 30 minutes. Not to mention $45 for two large pizzas....SMH
I don't usually put up reviews but man are the supposed manager was very rude. I got out to get my order and he came out saying he canceled it because I didn't pick up the phone when I was right there he didn't even give me 10 seconds to get out of my car. Usually I just be like whatever but he didn't even say sorry and closed the doors on me.They need to screen there staff better especially if that was the manager like he said he was and also they close at 12 I was there at 10 and they called me at 10

We had trouble ordering online it kept giving us an error message and asking to call the store to order instead for carry out. We come frequent and this was the first time we’ve had issues online ordering. My husband came in and ordered exact same thing as online and it was higher by $8. When I told them about it they refused to honor it and basically said too bad. The older guy in the front could care less. Horrible customer service, will not be returning!
The carry out is an entirely different experience. We were charged $3 more on this order, although it's the same pizza as before. Now, it's premium??? We were told 15 to 25 minutes. It's been 50 minutes and we're still waiting. Bummer experience! We just ordered 2 medium pizzas and parmesan knots for delivery. We received the food before it was promised and piping hot. Great job!!!!
If I could I would give this place a zero! I ordered pizza from them for a delivery and it took forever and then they returned my pizza back to the store without even telling me but on the app it stated that it was delivered. I spoke with the manager of the day Hanna and she was rude and was talking about me to her staff while I was on hold with her. She made it up by sending me another pizza and brownies. I decided to give them another try months later. I made an online delivery order for June 28th and my pizzas were delivered to the wrong address. When brought to the staff attention they seem to lack empathy and was just told they will have someone come back out. I declined the offer and just wanted a refund. I will never give this business my money again.

My order was not completed thoroughly. Marinara sauce was spread too thin or had none and little to no cheese on up to 3 slices. You're almost just eating bread. This was ordered with extra sauce. Why be stingy on the toppings to the point of an incomplete order and risk bad marketing? Its better to stick to local pizza restaurants.
Absolutely disappointed in this dominos first workers wanted to argue with me on the name of MY order. Then they wanted to argue again when I let them know I was missing an item. We go to leave and get half way down the parkway and I check the pizzas they gave us the wrong order. Had to turn around go back and get the right pizzas. This whole issue happened because the worker who argued with me was to lazy to put my husbands full name on the order slip and decided hyphenating a very short and common name was acceptable when there was multiple orders with the same name. That particular worker needs to take a training course in customer service I feel bad for their manager having to deal with the laziness, mistakes, and attitude of her staff.
Ordered a couple of pizzas for take out. They were mostly burned, but tried them anyway. Had to stop eating them because they tasted old. Was vomiting the next morning. Called for the manager, Nicole, a few times but was always told she was in the bathroom or she wasn’t in and nobody knew her schedule. Left a message for the franchise owner, Joe, with my concerns. He never returned the call.
Oct 31st ordered food app, did not deliver when quoted. When trying to find out an update. People kept hanging up on me. Then when I got through left me on hold. For over 20 minutes never answering. I hope corporate/management will see this. Unacceptable
My wife and I experienced explosive diarrhea about 8 hours after eating contaminated salads and pizza from this restaurant. We attempted to contact the manager and even the franchise owner but never received a call back. An employee told us the female manager (Nicole?) was in the rest room each time we called. We will contact the Board of Health next.
Absolutely disappointed in this dominos first workers wanted to argue with me on the name of MY order. Then they wanted to argue again when I let them know I was missing an item. We go to leave and get half way down the parkway and I check the pizzas they gave us the wrong order. Had to turn around go back and get the right pizzas. If I could I would give this place a zero! I ordered pizza from them for a delivery and it took forever and then they returned my pizza back to the store without even telling me but on the app it stated that it was delivered. I spoke with the manager of the day Hanna and she was rude and was talking about me to her staff while I was on hold with her. She made it up by sending me another pizza and brownies. I decided to give them another try months later. I made an online delivery order for June 28th and my pizzas were delivered to the wrong address. When brought to the staff attention they seem to lack empathy and was just told they will have someone come back out. I declined the offer and just wanted a refund. I will never give this business my money again.
We had trouble ordering online it kept giving us an error message and asking to call the store to order instead for carry out. We come frequent and this was the first time we’ve had issues online ordering. My husband came in and ordered exact same thing as online and it was higher by $8. When I told them about it they refused to honor it and basically said too bad. The older guy in the front could care less. Horrible customer service, will not be returning!
My order was not completed thoroughly. Marinara sauce was spread too thin or had none and little to no cheese on up to 3 slices. You're almost just eating bread. This was ordered with extra sauce. Why be stingy on the toppings to the point of an incomplete order and risk bad marketing? Its better to stick to local pizza restaurants.
The carry out is an entirely different experience. We were charged $3 more on this order, although it's the same pizza as before. Now, it's premium??? We were told 15 to 25 minutes. It's been 50 minutes and we're still waiting. Bummer experience! We just ordered 2 medium pizzas and parmesan knots for delivery. We received the food before it was promised and piping hot. Great job!!!!
