Clean, best burgers EVER, an awesome soda dispenser machine.

The food was amazing they did mess up our order but when I called them they made it right.

I love this place!! I'm there all the time, the food is addicting. The staff at this location is great, always greets me with a smile and quick service. Even when they are in the middle of a crazy lunch rush I know I can get out of there with my food quickly. Keep up the amazing work!!

Great food and great staff, I've been here twice now and had an excellent experience each time. I have eaten burgers in 50+ restaurants and fast food places in the area and in my opinion this is one of the best burgers (if not the best) in the lake Elsinore, murrieta, Temecula area. I highly recommend you try this place out.

Love this place! The cashier Geneva was very nice and helpful! Burgers cooked perfect and generous amount of fries! Good to see people taking pride in their work.

Don't feel like a sissy when you order the Little Burger. It is plenty big. One order of fries is huge! Our food was super tasty and fresh. I am a new fan.

I just got a cheeseburger there today and it was so good and so we're the Cajun fries! My only complaint is that they are expensive and don't have meal deals, but besides that the food and service are excellent!

I love this place! I only get it every once in awhile for a cheat day but when I do I always enjoy it. Double cheese burger and Cajon fries are my favorite.

I had a great experience, friendly staff, great food, very filling. You can eat some peanuts while waiting for your food, so careful if you have allergies, they are in a big open box around the store for anyone to scoop up to eat. I went in when it wasnt busy around 230ish.

Fresh cut french fries are the reason for eating here! The chalk board tells you where the potatoes are from on a daily basis. Cheese dog is my favorite. Burgers are good too.

For those of you looking for Keto friendly fast food, 5 guys is a great place to get loaded up with a bunless burger wrapped in lettuce. The good thing is all the vegetables are fresh so if you order a bacon cheeseburger and subtract 240 calories for going bunless a 1080 calorie bacon cheeseburger is 840 with less then 1g of carbs if you stay away from ketchup. I also enjoy eating Keto friendly peanuts while waiting for my freshly made bunless burger. It's messy but so worth knowing your working your wat to Ketosis!

I love this location. The kitchen is open and visible. All the stainless steel was shiny, and everywhere looks so clean. Even the wall tiles are so shiny, they seem brand new. My burger was amazing and just how I like it. The cashier was so professional I felt like I was back in the 90's. Keep up the excellent work. : )

I generally love The Habit. This location, off Temecula Parkway, was not as great as others I've gone to... The workers were nice enough, but we didn't get as many fries in the bag as other locations have done, okay, no real big deal, but while they were nice enough to give us Peanuts in little brown paper bags, they were STALE! I didn't even know Peanuts could become stale, how long do they have to sit around for THAT to happen? I don't think I'll be going back to that location.

The prices are pretty steep. $50 for two adults and two kids under five. 2 small burgers, 1 regular sized burger, 1 medium order of fries, 3 small drinks. The wait was really long too considering we were the only ones there when we ordered. Oh, and it's freezing cold in there. We had to sit outside to eat. I love the cold, but it was too cold even for me.

I want to like this chain more, but nothing ever wows me here. I'd eat here more often, but the fries and burgers are too greasy for my liking (but they sure give you your monies worth when it comes to fries). That aside, this location has great employees. They are all friendly, and you can tell they all get along.

$65 4 burgers 2 fries 3 drinks, way too expensive!! It was freezing inside, so cold we ate fast and left fast.

Ya know, I'm not gonna say it was the worst but it definitely wasn't the best burger I've ever had. The bun was soggy, bacon was pretty good, the fires are great but for $18 for a average burger and fries is crack smoking crazy! I more than likely will. Ot eat at Five Guys again but other people seem to like it.

This restaurant is kept extremely cold for absolutely no reason at all. The chairs and tables are very uncomfortable and the music is played way to loud. The atmosphere sucks but the food is great.

My friends and I are from another country and when the attendants saw us speaking another language, they started laughing at us and make jokes. That was extremely disrespectful. I hope they do something about it. Horrible restaurant

Horrible. The restaurant on Winchester makes awesome burgers. This place didnt even come close. Soggy bun, greasy burger.

Horrible! Do not go there. Rude and not willing to assist when they make mistakes. Bad customer service, and I've never had a manager tell me "I dont know what to tell you"... Ill never got back.

Crazy nastiness in this place. Food and trash swept in piles in front of every other table. Pile of ice in the soda machines so high you have to clear it to get a drink. Worst five guys I've been to.

First of all I paid $14 for a burger fries and a drink and for that price I would expect heaven on a bun but what I got was anything but! The bun was so soggy that it fell apart the minute I touched it. the burger itself tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple of hours. The fries were very over seasoned and just old tasting. Over all I am very unsatisfied, but when I went to tell the manager about it he didn't even care! I guess that just the normal experience at 5 guys. I for one feel disgusting and ripped off after eating at this place!

They messed up my order, burgers all had wrong ingredients. I called them back and was polite about it. They were laughing at first and then they took my info down said their manager "would call me back about it". I know everyone is busy, but its been 2 weeks already and they never contacted me. I think 2 weeks is plenty of time to get back to someone. Bad customer service.

This place is ridiculously expensive. I paid $32 for just 2 burger, 2 drinks and 2 fries. The fries were pretty good but the burger was really disappointing for the price. The only had American cheese and it didnt taste right. Probably wont ever come back

Online says they are doing curbside pickup. I order my food, call like the sign outside says to. Woman who answered said they will make the fries and bring it out to my car, asks what car i drive as well. 15 min later i call back, rude woman answers and says they aren’t doing curbside pick up and as i say that’s not what i was told she hangs up on me

Store is disgusting and customer service or lack there of is trash. Slow and food is not up to par lettuce was stale and bread was falling apart as it was clearly old. I would not recommend this location.

30 mins wait with only 3 other customers in the store none in line and then blown off buy the server with a bad attitude. Then got home didn't give us the milkshake so had to go back and they made it but it was melted when they handed it to me the burgers were dry and hotdogs and frys were burnt. This store is all around bad service food and attitude.
