Silver Lake Ramen

Been here a handful of times and it’s always great. I usually get the combo: spicy tonkatau and gyoza. Since I share my ramen with the kid I also get a side of rice, seaweed, and eggs. Love the pork belly bun and spicy tuna on crispy rice. Came back again and service is always great and attentive. Had Stephen today, was friendly.

First tried this place through DoorDash. Finally made it out to location to enjoy it as fresh as can be. So. Damn. Good. I always get Shoyu on Fire with Chicken, Chili Paste on the side because I like to control my spice level & enjoy the broth on its own before I add the heat because it’s so good.

Nestled in the vibrant promenade next to Afters and Luna Grill, Silverlake Ramen shines as a culinary gem in Temecula. With its welcoming staff, cozy ambiance, and a broth that's rich and flavorful, it's a ramen lover's paradise. The noodles are delicious, and each topping is a delight, making every bowl a masterpiece. My wife and I have found our new favorite spot and can't wait to come back. If you're in Temecula and craving authentic, delicious ramen, Silverlake Ramen is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. The Blaze ramen was good, and i chose pork, which was a good sized piece, flavorful and tender. Considering the size of the bowl it came in, there wasn't really a lot of food but it is actually a good portion. If you like it spicy, the medium heat is perfect, and more and you will feel a the burn, although it isn't crazy spicy. To refresh your memory, the service excellent. Fast and friendly.

As someone who spent over six years stationed in Japan, I've been on a near impossible quest since returning to find a ramen shop that comes even remotely close to the quality of our favorite spot overseas. I'm happy to report that after all this time, Silverlake Ramen in Murrieta finally ended the search. I took my son, who was craving ramen today and the experience honestly transported me right back to Japan. We ordered the Classic Tonkotsu and it was nothing short of fantastic. Everyone knows the broth is what makes or breaks a bowl of ramen and this is where Silverlake Ramen truly shines. Their Tonkotsu broth has that deep, rich and velvety flavor that only comes from hours of painstaking preparation. It had the pork flavor and incredible umami that I associate with the best bowls in Japan. It was perfectly balanced, not overly oily or salty. Just pure authentic comfort. The noodles were also perfectly cooked, retaining that necessary snap and chewiness that holds up beautifully in the rich, creamy soup. They soaked up the broth's flavor with every slurp. My final verdict matters, but the true test was my son. When I asked him to rate it, his response was immediate and definitive 10 out of 10. This is, without a doubt, the best ramen I have tried here in Murrieta and it's a must-l try for anyone who appreciates the art of authentic Japanese ramen. Highly, highly recommend!

Best ramen I’ve found so far in the Temecula/Murrieta area (out of the three places I’ve tried). Big, filling portions, thick-cut chashu , rich broth, and a marinated egg—kitchen has it down. 5 stars for the food. One front-end gripe: regular ramen was $16.00 and spicy was $16.50. They offered hot/med/mild, or chili paste on the side so I could control the heat—great idea. But the bill added an extra $1.50 for having it on the side. The nickel-and-dime up charges (on top of the usual POP tip pressure everywhere) are the only negative, and it feels petty/not worth risking a repeat customer.

I’m a plant based eater, and I can say, without a doubt, this is the best ramen I’ve ever had. Not to mention, their spicy garlic edamame is the best tasting edamame I’ve tasted. Everything was fresh, and staff was friendly.

My first time at this place. Very impressed with the staff and service. Quick and responsive. The food is great 👍🏻. I had the classic ramen with gyoza 🥟 and add the soyu egg . Also had the chicken ramen. The portions are pretty decent. The food was delicious 😋. Will definitely venture to this place again.

Definition of a hidden gem! The staff was super friendly & welcoming. The decor in the restaurant is bright & modern. The food was absolutely stunning! You can tell the fresh ingredients & recipes are a labor of love. The prices are really reasonable ($8 for a cut roll in 2024 is unheard of). Needless to say I’m coming back (:

For a new restaurant establishment this is incredibly well operated. The food is very flavorful, staff is friendly and hard-working. Our party didn't have to wait an hour for our meals it was delivered in almost less than 30 min incredible. Only thing that needs improving is seating for large party we waited an hour to be seated. Overall food is delicious few vegetarian options.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G drop dead delicious no matter what you order. I crave the flavor of their “classic” pork ramen all the time. The staff is great and attentive, and it’s a very cool modern vibe. Prices are on the high side, but that’s for all places in the area. The $20 combo gets you the best ramen you’ll ever have and a yummy appetizer! Definitely should be on your ‘must-eats’ list for Temecula.

I recently visited SilverLake and had an amazing experience, largely thanks to our server, Daniel. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and helping us navigate our choices. He was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our drinks were always filled and checking in at just the right moments. The ramen was fantastic, but Daniel’s service truly elevated our meal. He has a genuine passion for the food and it showed. If you visit, be sure to ask for him—you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend!

Nice place, the ramen is very tasty. The pork boa bun is the best I ever have. The only thing is that it’s hard to notice this is a restaurant from the outside, more posters or pictures needed to let people know!

My three year old is EXTREMELY PICKY. And according to her this is the best soup she ever had and her favorite! I also really love the ramen here and my husband likes the katsu curry. We always get the seasoned eggs on the side they're super delicious on there own or in the broth.

If you haven't tried this place; YOU'RE REALLY MISSING OUT! You MUST try the Karrage chicken & flash fried broccolini!!!! I've had the ramen but it's my go-to! We go at least twice a month! If you like spicy definitely get spicy! My lips were burning it was soooo good!!! They are quick and fair priced. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Im going to say it, after searching for 10 years and encountering just very bland or Americanized ramen this is it. I lived in Japan for several years and I've been trying to find something close to the flavor of broth you'd see in Japan. Give this place a try, the Classic Ramen is so rich in flavor, so creamy, you won't regret coming here.

The noodles and soup were good!! Unfortunately, the bean sprouts weren't fresh, and the karaage was not particularly amazing either. Overall, good, but not outstanding when compared to some of the other Silverlake Ramen places I've tried.

My first time at Silverlake! The Blaze ramen was flavorful, had a unique chili flavor and was the perfect amount of noodles. Luke was our server and did a great job creating a warm, welcoming experience.
