There is a lady that works there at night that is super nice, I asked for her name but I unfortunately forgot it. I believe she is Puerto Rican, anyways I love her, she is so sweet, everytime I drive through I hope she's working. She gives nothing but positive vibes. I can't be the only one that appreciates her wonderful warm aura. I will update the name next time I see her.

Great food as always, service was respectful, quick, and correct. Honestly prefer this Wendy's over the In n Out that's right next store, no idea what they're putting in the burgers but they give their neighbors a run for their money! Keep up the great work!

I love Wendys. Usually go to the Temecula store off Jefferson. Tonight I waited in the drive thru 12 minutes, while one white car in the front of the line stood for that whole time next to the ordering speaker. I counted 12 cars waiting in line. Maybe 4 or 5 cars got out of the line and left. I was thinking how I would have felt about this if I was the owner of the store and lost their customers business. After 15 minutes I finally got to the window and I asked the young man if there was a problem, that many cars were waiting. He simply stated that "we are short staffed tonight, and If Idon't like it that I should contact corporate office to complain about management" This is not the first time this happens at this location. Management should pay attention of their store and staffing needs.

Kyle and Abraham are great at the window. Awesome quick service, and Nari made my food perfect. This is the second time in a row I've had a perfect experience and that's saying s lot seeing that fast food restaurants usually always have a weak link. Thank you guys!

this is one of the Wendy's i tend to stop by on the drive back up north when coming home from san diego. their drive thru is very quick, always get the order correct and are able to even handle difficult orders as well. the customer service received in drive thru is very nice from them as well. there is always enough parking here and it's easy to access once you're off the freeway.

Despite not having the same resources as the surrounding restaurants, this specific Wendy’s holds it own, the staff is always in uniform and is always professional, definitely worth the wait. The food quality and temperatures are as they should be. In particular, Jeffery, and the morning team as a whole should be given some kind of insensitive for all of their hard work, (raise perhaps), as long as this team is around, Wendy’s, will always have returning customers. Great Job Team.

I arrived around lunch time and ordered a 4 for $4. The manager Kyle who took my order listened well. The crew was friendly. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The service was fast and the food was fresh as they claim. Now that's better.

I like the Wendys four for four deal that they offer its a really good deal and a ton of food. This location is nice and clean and the service was quick. This is a great fast food place. Try their frosty for sure (chocolate is the best). Their chili is awesome as well.

This Wendy's is next to my office so I end up here at least a few times a month. I like to surprise my kids and bring home some Frostys. Since Covid the service has become faster and more efficient. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is some new people and they are nicer than before Covid when they were slower and not as helpful.

We brought our girl scout troop here for dinner after a long car ride. The manager, Jason, was very friendly and helpful. He graciously remade one of our sandwiches when one girl remembered that she forgot to ask them to leave off all the condiments. Excellent service!

I've visited the store so much in the last year the employees will sometimes print my order, at the drive-thru, once they recognize my voice. I realize the frequency in which I visit store is not the "norm"; however, the personal service and relationships are great!

We were going to In N Out but the line was outrageous. Wendy’s was next door. The food was fresh, everything tasted great. the service was good. The atmosphere had a family vibe. Different families meeting here for a bite and soft serve ice cream. Everyone had soft serve! It was like a big party!

Made a stop at Wendy's for lunch today. It's been awhile and wanted something different. Was very impressed, the restaurant was clean and service was snappy. There was only one person managing the register, and bagging/setting up trays but she was moving. The kitchen was running efficiently and the orders were coming out fast. Took my order to go and it was still hot and delicious when i got home. Will not take so long to come back!

We are so excited Wendy's has delivery, and right now it is free. It was always too far for us to drive as we do not drive too far from home.This week we ordered sandwiches a few times and everything has come hot and delicious. Had a great experience. The cashier (perez) was polite and Knowledgable about the menu. Even though it was rush hour when I went in, they managed to have my food ready in a timely manner. There was only 2 people in line before me. The food quality was great. Exactly how I ordered it and still hot and fresh. Parking was great. Did not have the need to drive around looking for an spot to clear. Over all I'm very satisfied with my visit. Shout out to the cooks in the back for working hard to keep everything going smooth.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. I wasn’t able to see his name tag, but the man that took our order was super nice. When I pulled up to the window he apologized. He told me that the frosty machine wasn’t ready and would be a few more minutes. My wife and I probably waited around 10 minutes so he upgraded my order from small to large and gave us two free cookies. Shoutout to that guy! Wish I knew his name so I could put it in this review.

If you only go to In-N-Out or McDonald's you are missing out on a truly delicious burger. Once you eat here you won't go back to the humdrum places. Wendy's is a step up from all others. This Wendy's has wonderful people working here and are willing to help you. The Dave's burger is the best! The new chicken sandwich, there is nothing like it. The fries, they come out cooked not soggy and "Hot" simply the best! Give it a try I know your going to love it.

If you want burgers and fries Wendy's is a good fast option. The food was flavorful and hot. The service was pretty fast consideringthelong long line. Not sure if they're open for in person dining as it seems like just the drive-through was open. Prices are definitely higher than they were pre covid for sure. Quality was still good though. A lot of places have gone downhill with quality but this location was good. The frosty was creamy and delicious. Fries cooked perfectly and burgers and chicken nuggets are on the menu They offer salads, chili, kids meals and potatoes covered in chili or sour cream. Bacon burgers and original Wendy's burgers.

Great food flavor specially The fries, I believe they should make some changes in the customer service, it needs a little improvement, like the register person has many roles and is sometimes busy with something else while there is a big line waiting. They need more help in the front, at leay to have one person taking the orders and another serving it.

Never any line in the drive thru which means you're in and out quickly. They have always gotten my order right and made it quickly. Food is your typical fast food fare but their value menu has a lot more options then most places. The Jr bacon cheeseburger has a decent amount of bacon and the crispy chicken sandwich is actually quite good. Of course don't forget the frosty, always a good go to.

Food was good, thankfully no complaints there. Dining room so needs an update. They also don't have a drink station so you can fill your own drinks up. I haven't come across that in 20 years for a fast food place.

Wendy here is good. I ordered chili and my husband had a 2 for 5. His chicken sandwich tasted good. Fries was a little salty but overall, service was good and so was the food.

This is my default hamburger place.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love the Daves triple 🍔! The fries are always crisp and salty. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I am a fan of the cheesy baked potatoes and they are not always in stock.

It was a quick late night stop for dinner on the way home from a trip. We ordered the salads which are just yummy, and chicken nuggets. I also do enjoy their baked potatoes even though I didn't order this time. The food was good, service personable considering the hour and pretty quick. I loved that they have a drink dispenser that offers lots of selections and flavors. We had to clean off our table cause it was a bit dirty but these are Covid times so carry sanitizer with you.

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food as everyone knows what it tastes like or is at least familiar with a menu or two. In this case, you can thank The History Channel as I was watching an episode of "The Food that Built America” and it of course covered the direct relation between KFC and Wendy’s. Believe it or not, there is a connection with KFC and Dave Thomas. Too much to explain, so here I go with the review! I’m beginning today with the “As Delivered” like I always do, but I also included the receipt from the order so you have a better idea of what you are looking at! In these photos you’ll see how it came in the bag, the receipt, the lone fry container IN the bag, and the total spread of the bag contents. Moving forward we go to the “Biggie Bag” that I chose to give a try. I was actually pretty surprised to see this on the menu for delivery AND at a fair price! Way to go Wendy’s on this one! I can say that I was pleased with the amount of food and the quality of the food that I received inside of this bag! The Ghost Pepper sauce wasn’t too bad, but plenty of options when you order so go in the direction you choose! I included two photos of this so that you can see that this really is a pretty darn good deal. Next on the list I went for the Chili Cheese Fries as I couldn’t resist and that was also covered in the story on The History Channel. The fries were excellent, and I wasn’t overwhelmed with too much Chili and the taste was spot on. I’ve had these in a few locations and this restaurant really knocked it out of the park on not only the texture that was delivered, but just the overall taste! I took two photos of how they came out of the container (Yes, I did give them a gentle slide) and then one after I gave them a mix for consumption. Total winner here on this one! As for the last batch of photos I went with combining the “Single Cheese” and the BLT Chicken onto one plate with the side of fries that I had ordered. I found the BLT Chicken to be pretty good and the Chicken itself was not overly greasy and was cooked well. The single Cheese disappointed me a bit as with the first bite I felt like I was drinking Mayonnaise and that was not a pleasurable experience. However, once I applied a paper towel and gave it a wipe for a more conservative amount, I was able to enjoy the burger and found it to be juicy and cooked perfectly. No real complaints here other than the mayo as everything else, fries included, were quite good! Final Verdict: This Wendy’s location is doing something right and provided not only a timely delivery, but a quality product that was warm and the fries were still crisp and not like rubber from some “other” places. I’d definitely recommend this Wendy’s location for dine-in or delivery!

I approached the drive-through with apprehension and maybe even fear. It had been all too long since I was here last. It never crossed my mind that my inequities would be forgiven through the power of time, but I found myself inches from the speaker when a distant voice crackled "welcome.....order please." It was now, or it was never. If it found me , I don't think I'd live long enough to leave the parking lot. "Wendalyn," I said calmly. "it's me, Dave." The electricity flickered, and a faint shriek rattled the earth. The back door fell open, and a stench of decomposing cattle slapped my inner being. A sickly tall and antlered ethereal beast emerged, slowly lifting its cursed gaze to me. "Wendalyn, I've come to deliver recompense for my betrayal." The beast let out a guttural groan at my statement. I tossed the burlap sack at its feet. Two heads rolled out. A king and the Clown. "Carl said he would play ball if we allowed him some of the market." The beast approached me, and a cold sweat poured down my body. Both of its long branch like arms came up towards me face and fear had me shackled, I couldn't move for anything. It produced a chocolate frosty, dipped one thin finger into it and flicked it at my forehead. "Bring me the Carl......alive." the voice cold and distant like a thousand lost souls trapped under a tundra. For once, I felt good. I would rid myself of this curse once and for all.

What should've been a 10-minute curbside visit turned into a 30-minute curbside-turned-carryout visit because they were forgetting items in other customers' orders left and right. Thankfully only one item of ours was forgotten. The group in front of me was missing 3 or 4 items from what I overheard, and the guy waiting after them was also missing an item. Food was decent but they really need to slow down and focus on quality checking orders before they're handed to the customer. They were busier than usual according to Google, but that's really not a great excuse. Next time I'll use drive thru and check every item before pulling away. Here's hoping my next visit is much improved!

I usually only use the drive thru here. That being said, it has been good for a while. A simple order in and out I go. Lately, unfortunately, the drive thru has been a bit off. Getting responses like "huh" and other odd ongoings from the team. Other than that, still a viable choice for quick food.

The crew was all young kids. Every order placed while I was there had something wrong with it including ours. Wait time was too long considering they still didn't get it right. Fries were cold and way too salty. Usually like Wendy's but this particular store was very poorly run.

Whe I went the first time I asked for Dave Double double Heavy onion, tomatoes, and pickles may and ketchup, mayo on both sides of the bun., special order fresh and hot burger, when the burger came out it wasn't correct so I ask for more onions etc. And the .eat wasn't hot. So I did. A survey explaining what had happened The Manager said come back and we'll make it right etc. So I went back the next day and ordered the same thing Again it happened again. The service was good as the Manager helped me.. My conclusion is that Dave's Wendy's has changed and I had my last burger. Instead I'll go In and Out..

First time ordering from here & they had me go park in front of the restaurant while they finish the rest of my order (was in drive thru). I only got some fries, a baked potato and my friend got chicken strip/nugget things. We waiting another 20 minutes and finally the food was brought out to us. Left, went back home…. Well…… They didn’t include the chicken my friend got!! It was just one of like 4 items and they literally forgot to include it into the bag even having a whole 20 minutes to make sure it was right. Definitely not a good first experience giving my business to them. Don’t really care that much to ever return.

Every time I stop at Wendy's the experience is worse than the prior visit. Friendly staff but the food is just not worth it anymore. Ordered the JBC combo deal. I understand that junior bacon cheeseburgers are smaller than the normal burgers. However they might as well just call these sliders. That's how small they are now. And completely lacking in any flavor. I am deleting my Wendy's app. Every visit is just disappointing.

We did order from the car (1 in the afternoon) it was a breeze. No waiting time. However I ecreived my drink with the lid full of liquid. I didn't know about it. As a consequence I ended up with liquid on me an my seat. Uggg

The cooking has gone downhill. Fries are heavily salted and not hot. Last night they decided to close the place for a party? At 6pm.... what kind of place is having their holiday at the fast food place? I get it, times are hard and you guys aren't fairing too well. Hoping you get it together soon.

I like Wendy's but this particular location is really bad. I've tried here three times because like I said I like Wendy's and the one in Murrieta is kind of far for me. The first time the line was super long and it wasn't moving so I finally gave up and went to In and Out next door. The second time the food took a long time to come out, and the dining room was really dirty the floor was sticky super gross. Several months later I thought I'd give it one more try and same thing the dining room was really dirty. I don't know what's going on at this location but unless something drastically changes I would stay away.

The people that work here are nice but the breakfast food is awful! I got an English muffin sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese today but the bread was hard as a rock and stale. The egg wasn’t fresh either. I’ve had some problems with food at this location before. Drinks are great, but everything else is a hit or miss

They were clearly unprepared for the special they were running. Took almost 30 minutes to get our order. Everyone there was wanting the SpongeBob special and they did not have the pineapple frosty. Which is why we went there in the first place. Did I mention it took 30 minutes to get our order? Jeez.

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. First time I drove thru, burger buns were stale, fries were cold, and drive thru was horribly slow even with only 2 cars ahead of me. Fast forward a couple of months, same thing. Seems they're doing things to cut costs, and it affects the quality of the food. I won't be going back.

I have gone into Wendy's on several occasions in last few days; however, tonight was a disappointment. I ordered a small chili, no cheese or onions & an Apple Pecan Salad to go. When I reached my destination & opened my bag to consume my chili. To my surprise, I placed my spoon into what was my chili only to see there was no meat..not a morsel of meat to be found in this small container of chili. There was only 2 kinds of beans, and liquid which should have contained meat. Has anyone else had this experience besides me? I really enjoy Wendy's chili. This time was a big disappointment for me. What happened to Wendy's chili? Is it because some locations are closing? The service was friendly but no meat in the chili is a big negative for me.

I ordered a "fresh" Cobb salad, had it delivered. It was brown, wilted and mushy lettuce. Definitely not fresh. I did however get my money back. I used Door Dash to deliver. And they forgot to add Ranch Dressing. FAIL

After a few bites of my double stack I noticed the inside of one patty was completely raw. I was informed that they think its harder to cook a smaller patty than it does a bigger one. I guess physics works different there. The manager was quite nice and helpful in rectifying the situation.

Wendy's on Jefferson in Temecula was a Very Poor experience. Fries were absolutely disgusting and got a plain cheeseburger wrong.!! How can someone screw up a plain hamburger.?? Potato was extremely small.. Bad Bad food.!! 06/26/19 @ 6pm. Revised 9-8-23. Last 4 trips my burger was made wrong.!! Place sucks.!!! Wow.! Now 05-30-2024 and this place is worse. 2 old ladies running the place. Waited a long time in drive. Had to go inside. And fries are burnt.!! Geez. Something's never change

The food tastes good but we went inside to use the restroom and the place was filthy. The floor was sticky and that was the floor right in front of the register. The restroom was not great either. It seemed more "truckstop" bathroom experience vs "restaurant". I wish I saw the inside first bc we would not have ordered from there. It is really helpful to have a restaurant just be clean!!! I could have given this place 4 stars otherwise.

Originally going to IN N OUT, but thought let's try Wendy's, big mistake, cold food, asked for no mayo, didn't happen, and no straws. No wonder all the cars were at IN N OUT. Not to mention, the girl that took our order was terrible. What a waste of money, never again!

I rushed to get to their drive thru before they closed and barely made to oder the 1 thing I came for frostys. I placed my order for 2 medium chocolate frostys and the girl said we've run out of frostys for the night. WHAT?? I think what she should have said was we already shut down the frosty machine for the night because we're trying to get out early!!!!

The food was ok, but the eating area: tables, chairs and floor were very dirty. There was not one clean table, it seems like there was enough employees behind the counter, but nobody cared to clean up. The women's bathroom was a disaster, sorry, but the management should pay more attention to how sanitary and clean the place is. Fries all over the chairs and floor, spilled drinks and sauces on the tables.

Went in today and this young kid wont put his mask on and is sitting there arguing with his manager about say he has to go home to avoid overtime. Meanwhile he's talking over my fries with no mask. I just said cancel the order and left without a refund.

They lock up before their posted hours of closing and then won't serve someone on foot in the drive thru because they have "rules"??? Well there's no cars there and I'm already standing at the window and since you won't unlock the doors to go inside for foot traffic then you better make it a walk thru and a drive thru!! But the staff is too lazy to assist a paying customer BEFORE 10PM I assume so they can finish clean up and go home, very disappointed and I will never eat at that Wendy's or possibly any Wendy's again! Rude, ridiculous, despicable. I was only going to get a chocolate frosty, I won't actually eat from this Wendy's because they serve food almost as cold as the frosty you order with it. Wendys... you need to hire people who want to work and send your current staff back south of the border till they learn proper work ethic, although not likely and this is the second time this location has done this type of thing to me... ITS NOT A FLUKE... Its standard operating procedure here! NEVER AGAIN WENDYS, NEVER FORGET!!

Our experience was terrible. Was told 7mins for chicken tenders, so ordered chicken nuggets. 9 minutes later we were still waiting for all our meals so could have got tenders. My fish sandwich was overcooked and greasy, my husband was given the wrong burger. He exchanged it and got a cold one. We were given our fries 5mins after the rest of our food. Bathrooms were disgusting, dirty toilet seats, toilet paper all over the floor. Will not be coming back.

Food was terrible. Hamburger was dry and old. Bacon was very old, dry, and crumbly. Didn't really have any flavor. I asked for no cheese and was served with cheese. Fries were overcooked and hard. Will not be returning for myself. Grandkids like Frosty.

I just went inside to place an order because the drive through has about 15 cars in line. Inside there are were 5 people standing near the counter, none had ordered. When I asked the manager if they could start taking orders I was told they need to take care of the drive-through first. If that is so, than they should close down the inside. I left and went next store to In-N-Out.

My poor husband ate the “crabby patty” burger today from this restaurant and has been sick as a dog ever since. We typically like Wendy’s but come on what did you put in these new gimmicky burgers to make him so sick? Buyer beware!!!!

I used to come here all the time and never had a problem. I came today and ordered a 4 for $4 for my grandson. The drive thru cashier asked me did I want to add a cookie for .99 cents. I said fine. They have me pull up to wait. 15 minutes later I go inside and ask if they forgot about me, they responded, no, we were waiting on the cookies. Why offer cookies if they're not ready? I tell them keep the cookie, give me my order. I get my order, go to the car and my grandson is upset because I ordered a plain cheeseburger and after all that waiting, it was not plain. I have to go back inside.. a total of 25 minutes for a drive thru order. As a manager myself, this is totally unacceptable service. The bad part is they called the manager when I asked for my box and she spoke to me like she didn't see the problem. That's BAD MANAGING SKILLS. I'm the customer... they left me outside waiting, get my order wrong and were selling cookies that were not done.. Terrible service.. never even apologized. 👎👎👎👎👎

Got 2 Baked Potatoes 🥔, the Bacon was burnt ⚫️. Potatos were dried out and past there holding time, and The Potatoes should not have been served yo the public. I called, that was also the worst attempt at correcting the matter. The lady who answered was Mary, she hung up on me. I called back, and she said telephone ☎️ issues. I advised her of the problem and she acted as if it did not concern her. Will not purchase from this location again. Will continue to purchase from Wendy's on Tustin Avenue I'm Orange, CA.

As a huge Wendy's fan, avoid this specific location at all costs. This location does not have a shortage of missing items, long wait times, or missing inventory. As a business owner I understand employees are hard to find, but I also fear for the future of these employees. Guy on the nugget counter was at 9 going to 10 then blanked and threw the nuggets back to start the slow recount only to repeat the process. Before we ordered a customer complained they wanted no mayo and they got mayo. The register employee went to tell the guy who prepared it and he denied it in front of customer despite the NO MAYO on the order screen. If you do have to order here avoid the drive-thru and just go inside so you can at least ask for you missing items ahead of time.

Always check if they got your order wrong. I went back to the store after they got my order wrong and they got it wrong again, they even made it the same way after apologizing for the mistake! I can’t even bother to go back again, screw this place.

I've gone to this location 2 times, the 1st time I waited 30 plus minutes in the drive-through line for $20 worth of food, well my frosty was melted and all my food was cold by the time they handed it to me, so I waited 6 months and today I just went back deciding I wanted a baconator, and being the only location in Temecula It was kind of my only choice, so I waited in the drive-through line for 15 minutes With only 4 cars in front of me total they couldn't even get my order and I still had 2 cars ahead of me just to order. I was so upset I left and went to Del Taco across the street and was in-and-out in 5 minutes. I've had good luck With the Wendy's that I regular in San Jacinto but I am never coming to this location again you could not pay me or give me free food to even sit in this line again, it is absolutely ridiculous and this place should be shut down by corporate.

Can literally use the same review for this location as the murrieta one. Does nothing to take care of delivery drivers. Does nothing to get food out on time. Thinks it's OK to force delivery drivers into the drive through with 15 cars in it. Even when they have other food with them on delivery. No appreciation for your time about sums it up. Awful.

Horrible customer service, especially from the manager, short chunky lady with her hair tied back. Second time I placed a mobile order and first time I was double charged which she did not want to refund. Today place another order and my order was being processed so they make half of my order And tell me they have to wait for a receipt to be printed to make the rest of my order . I placed my order at 11:20 AM. I did not receive the rest of my food until 11:45 AM. In which I told them if my food was going to take long, I would like a refund and I was laughed at by the manager, who then proceeded to walk away, and the white little girl cashier starts saying that I’m being rude because I asked for a refund. You guys need to have training classes on how to do your basic job of taking orders and making food if Your app or computers are lagging or are up-to-date. There is no reason for people to have to wait for your computers to print a receipt to get their food. You need to work around that I will be calling corporate and reporting both of you.

I’m writing this in hopes to help your business. My husband and I already like Wendy’s food. Customer service, we walked in, and waited over 5 mins. Several employees walked by (afternoon) and avoid any type of greeting or eye contact. We walked out. On that note, customer service “ Hi, we’ll be right with you!” “ Welcome, one moment please” “ Someone will be with you shortly.” I blame the manager, that’s how she was leading. Hope this helps.

The hours say you're open till 12am I've driven here at least 3 different times at around 1140pm and no one wants to answer the drive thru if no one wants the business there's always in and out next door At least turn off your menu board to show people you guys don't want the business smh

I don't know if I should even give this place a star . Bad service and rude employees . No wonder no one's at your restaurant on a Friday night . We went to the drive-thru and trying to see what's on the menu . This employee who's taking the orders was rushing us . And he said " the manager is getting mad because we were taking too long " My daughters never been to Wendy's and probably won't be back ! So instead of 4 meals we just orders one. Instead of making some money , you guys just keep losing coz of the employees attitude . Don't go to this place -- not worth a penny ! Only car in line for a breakfast order. #7 Was asked to pull into parking spot for potato’s to be finished. Proceeded to watch 3 cars pull in and get served their food and drive away. Only reason my food didn’t keep sitting was that I went back into the drive through.

Unbelievably poor service. Drive thru showing once again how little they care about the customers. I won't mention their whole name, but employee Aleja... didn't even bother to check my order, and my 6yr child didn't get any food..! if you're going to screw it up, the child in this is the LAST mistake you want to make.... imagine getting home and telling your son or daughter, "oh, no food for you".. talk about making parents angry..! Don't get it wrong, everyone of you reading this knows good and well both of us portioned off part of our meal, but that is absolutely NOT the point. To make matters MUCH worse, when I called to tell them about their mistake, I was met by complete indifference...! I was asked, "well wasn't it just a cheeseburger.?"... OMG.! try telling that to a 6 year old child. I'm so disgusted with this experience. Horrible service, complete lack of compassion, and just dismissal of the child caught in the middle of all this.. Truly disgusting behavior

I went through the drive-thru yesterday (7/29/2025) and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo. The crew seemed completely unprepared to take orders—slow, disorganized, and inattentive. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning. Not long after eating, I became violently ill and spent the entire night throwing up. I strongly suspect the sandwich caused food poisoning. This experience was unacceptable and genuinely concerning. I won’t be returning, and I hope the management takes food safety and staff readiness more seriously.

We ordered three Fuego meals and two biggie bags, we were missing both the biggie bags, even though we got the drinks for them, our order came in a large paper bag with bags inside so we didn’t know until we drove awwy..when I went into the store to get the rest of our food they asked for the receipt, but I told them the amount that we just paid and that they did not give us a receipt, the manager accused us of trying to get free food. The nice guy at the window apologized because he knew I heard the manager talking about me. She was a rudest person. My 16 year old daughter works at a Wendy’s and knows how to behave better than that old lady…if you don’t like your job find a new one.

This location really needs to do something n get it together. All I can say is terrible. Almost every time I come here i either have a bad experience with customer service or they mess up my single person easy order. I only come here for lunch at work and usually get just the larger biggie bag first of all and they can’t that get that right. Every time I come here I’m nothing but patient and nice. It’s ridiculous. I’d go back to complain or talk to a manager in person if I had the time and wasn’t on my work lunch. There was only one car in front of me today too along with a few customers inside. I don’t get it. Got the junior bacon cheeseburger, burger looks trash and I’m trying to be polite. I could understand if they had ran out of cheese slices or bacon, but man at least communicate that to the customer. Going to take survey later and call when I have time.
