I came here a couple of days ago and did the drive thru, and the lady who took my order was very nice and friendly. The food is always good but always impressed with their fast service and friendliness.

This Carls is amazing, especially late night !! The nice man who works the drive thru, Alex is so kind and always makes sure I have everything I need. Food is also always so good, Carl’s Jr has the best and biggest burgers by far. Thank you Alex and to all the other kind workers ! I also highly recommend the bacon and Swiss hand breaded chicken sandwich :)

Had lunch today at the Carl's Jr's in las tubas. Great experience! Haven't dine in, in a very long time. Amazing food and super fast. Remember how much I love Carl's Jr.

The food at Carl's is always great for the value. The staff is extremely nice, especially the workers who I encountered. It was relatively vacant, but it was still nice inside. Not overpowering with music, like some fast food places. Quick and easy bite to eat, will be visiting here again hopefully soon.

Ok. Let’s be fair, reasonable and honest. The 2 workers there were in charge of the whole floor. And they did their best. Here is the milkshake. Half full. Also, We Ordered French toast sticks. Only for them to forget the large coke. Ok I had to ask 10 times for the soda. And show the receipt. Once we left, we were across the street when we discovered that they forgot the syrup. Wow. Just wow.

They experience the annual Camellia Festival every year. You'd think they'd figure out a better way to efficiently serve the masses of customers! Food was good! Still nice & hot. Order was precise!

Beware that their $1 drink is not refillable. And they make the 99 super-fine print in their prices like in 7.99. I bought two orders of chicken nuggets but they didn't give me any sauce until I asked.

The worst customer service . Karen the one in charge was rude unprofessional and gave the wrong burger and put wrong buns as well . I ask for her name she said “ don’t worry about it “ ! I had to see recipt for her name . The worst Carl’s J customer service and peoduct . Bread taste old . I hope corporate sees this .

The worst experience always. Went to the drive threw and was told that they where out of fries and criss cuts and told all they had was zucchini. And then they were also out of ranch. I ordered a double cheeseburger no onions. Ofcoarse they put onions. And when I gave it back so they could correct the issue they just took off the patty that had onions. Cause when I checked the burger the second time it only had one patty. Needless to say I just went on with my day. And further more my order of zucchini only had 6 small pieces .
