As for the location, it seems like a very small place for the daily demand. There's no parking most of the time, which overloads the service system. The facilities are fine, but they fall short due to poor hygiene measures. Some aspects could be improved. As for service, some employees are very friendly, while others lack customer service.

The place is good for working or meeting; it's comfortable and has power outlets. The coffee is just okay; their drinks taste like pure syrup, like in almost every coffee chain. I did order lattes with lactose-free milk or light lactose-free milk (which they even charge extra for), and I realized they don't serve it! Either the employees don't care, or they simply don't have any. But if they don't have it, why offer it and charge for it? In conclusion, it's a good place to work with mediocre coffee, but the service is poor.

The whipped cream tastes awful. And I agree with several other people: the drinks taste like pure syrup. Furthermore, there's no staff supervision whatsoever, and many people go upstairs to cause trouble (some of them aren't even customers), which is quite unpleasant.

The place is filthy, even though there are trash cans. People show their lack of civic responsibility by throwing everything on the floor or leaving trash on the tables (it seems they don't know how to use the designated bins). The bar where they prepare drinks is equally dirty and disorganized—absolutely terrible. The lack of staff training and supervision is evident, hindering their ability to provide hygienic service. 😞
