Today, the service was terrible. The waiter was in a bad mood, the food was salty, and worst of all, a cockroach was crawling all over the diners' floor, trying to climb onto their feet. I told the cleaner, and another woman told me there were two more squashed in the children's play area. Terrible service.

I have to consume sugar water and spring rolls because of the package. I asked for more stew instead of the spring roll, and they refused. The stews have little meat. I don't like that they include the drink in the price of the meal. There are no sauces. They ignored me when I asked about the sauces. After insisting, someone kindly helped me.

Nice place, the man who served the food was friendly, unlike the person who took my payment. I liked the seasoning. The portion seemed small for two dishes. I didn't like being charged for a drink I didn't want. I wish I could pay less if I didn't want a drink.

The food is acceptable. The jasmine tea is delicious. Some stews are served with spaghetti or rice; combo meals start at $80. Sushi is available. There is no parking.

The last 3 times I've bought here, it's not the same anymore, the rice tastes like dirty casserole, the spring rolls are now almost pure flour and sometimes when you order fried rice, a large portion is unfried. Regarding the premises, there is enough space for many customers to arrive, in addition to the fact that the facilities have a children's play area and WiFi zone, the bathrooms are also in good condition and clean.

Es un lugar muy horrible para comer, no por la comida, al menos no el Sushi (habrá más buenos claro), pero el lugar está pésimo, sucio y entre las empleadas ni se soportan jajaj, mejor ni vayan, vayan a consumir a otro lado y tengan una mejor experiencia comiendo. Aquí no lo recomiendo 🤝🏻.

La neta bajó mucho la calidad, hasta el servicio. El cajero antes de darme el cambio se agarró los huevos. Sabor súper equis, refresco al tiempo y pocas salsas.

Solíamos acudir a este lugar porque mayormente no tenía mucha gente, tenía área de juegos y la comida era buena, pero en nuestra última visita el área de juegos está cerrada, la atención es mala, la comida puede mejorar y está descuidado. No puedo recomendar este lugar, a menos que no tengas otra opción.

Pesimo servicio, comida salada y fría, la única con buena actitud es la señora que limpia las mesas.

La comida no está buena, es respetable. El mantenimiento es malo y que alguien les diga que si van a vender productos asiáticos no pongan banda a todo volumen.

The service is okay, but they've raised the prices too much considering the food isn't the best. It went from 80.99 to 107. Lately, the rice has been so salty it's hard to eat, and the stews are only slightly salty. Honestly, the food isn't worth the price increase.

The service feels lacking. As a former customer service employee, there's a lot of training needed to ensure a good customer experience. The food is delicious, but COLD. Attention to detail is lacking. The staff often play games with each other and forget about the customer. One of the staff members who served me almost coughed on my food. Even though they're handling food, they have their masks down. Attention to hygiene details is lacking. The design of the place is good, but the customer service is terrible and discourages people from returning. Consider going if it's your first time.

El guiso que pedí debería llamarse "apio ostión" y no "pollo ostión". El arroz un asco (frío, crudo y sin sabor), ni hablar de los demás guisos (pedimos varios). Creí que por los precios que tiene valdría la pena, pero no. ¿Cómo es que siguen abiertos? Un misterio completamente. En fin, eso me pasa por no ver antes la puntuación.

Está horrible la comida, la pasta sabe horrible y los rollos de sushi están fatales. Lo único bueno es el pollo a la naranja está muy rico. 🙈

Muy mal cervisio la por parte de la que atiende parece que va uno a pedir gratis la comida, no se los Recomiendo, lo que si le recomiendo al dueño de este restaurante que contrate gente con buen carácter para que atraiga clientes no para que los corran.

Pésimo servicio, no nos atendieron correctamente como lo es y se supone que debe de ser, la comida es un asco, no sabe no tiene sazón, pollo de dudosa procedencia porque no sabía a pollo, el peor lugar de todos no lo recomiendo para nada, evitense un coraje como yo.

Muy mala experiencia, el personal en mostrador muestra un nulo interés hacia el cliente, se les hacían preguntas y solo señalaban con el dedo, sin siquiera hablar, no volvería. Visita el día 13 de octubre de 2023.

It used to be good, but I don't know if they changed cooks and staff. The food was all cold, and they all had long, angry faces. Not even an apology or a question about whether we wanted it heated up. A waste of 200 pesos for my daughter and me; we only ate a little to stave off our hunger, and then the plates went in the trash. Looking at the reviews, maybe the owners don't care much about the service or the food, from what I can see.
