The pizzas are good and the place is nice. The only thing I would change is that the children's games are very poorly maintained. I consider them somewhat unsafe for children.

Traditional pizzeria in Tepic. The pizzas are passable, the cheese lacks flavor. The baked potatoes are just as good as the Tortrevi; they're all classics. If they have strawberry pie, don't miss it! Delivery service is quite slow, up to two hours on weekends.

One of the oldest pizzerias in Tepic, it's a great place to eat or celebrate a birthday. Things to consider if you're planning a birthday party there: there might be more than one party on the same day, and while the areas are separate, the play area gets chaotic with so many children. Keep in mind that the play equipment isn't suitable for children under 5; it's more like playground equipment, lacks safety measures, and you need to keep a close eye on the little ones. There's parking available, and if it fills up, you can park at the Ley Alica across the street. The play area is open-air, so keep that in mind if it rains. The quality of the pizzas has declined somewhat, but they're still decent.

This pizzeria is a Tepic icon with a long tradition and generally good, recommendable pizza. However, the experience is overshadowed by a great need for modernization and service improvements. To avoid the delivery delay, I placed a pickup order. Upon arrival, the line at the counter was very long because the computer wasn't working. Orders and bills were taken manually and with a calculator, resulting in a wait of almost half an hour just to pay. The place looks somewhat neglected, and the wait is considerable; I overheard people at tables waiting for their orders saying they had been waiting for almost an hour. I recommend their pizza only if you're not in a hurry and have a lot of patience. It's a shame that the inefficiency overshadows the good taste.

Needs more cleaning, the bathroom specially, kids were hanging from rope for pinata dangerous.

El lugar tiene un ambiente amplio y bonito, pero lamentablemente, la pizza y el servicio al cliente dejaron mucho que desear. Mal servicio al cliente El cajero atendió con desgana, lo que resultó bastante desagradable. Un detalle que llamó la atención fue que se le cayó una moneda al dar cambio y no la incluyó en la entrega inicial. Solo después de preguntarle específicamente sobre la moneda caída, la entregó. Estos pequeños detalles pueden marcar una gran diferencia en la experiencia del cliente. Mala calidad de la comida La pizza de pepperoni que compramos tenía un sabor muy insípido. Parecía carecer de salsa de tomate y, en general, no tenía buen sabor. Desafortunadamente, la experiencia no fue satisfactoria, es lamentable puesto que para los niños es un lugar divertido. Debido a la falta de atención en el servicio y la baja calidad de la comida, no creo que sea un lugar al que volvería.

Mi pizza llegó después de dos horas y aparte llega fría la verdad no recomiendo pedir a domicilio gracias.

Bad service as usual. I hadn't been there in a year, and today I decided to give it another chance. I ordered and charged for my food, and everything was fine. But when I sat down at a table, it was dirty, with other people's plates and wet. I thought they would come clean it and everything would be fine, but at no point during my stay did the employees come to clean it, not even when they brought me my order! The plate that the pizza came on was broken and stained with someone else's food. I asked for chili powder and salt, and they never brought them to me. I had to go get them, and when they gave them to me, they were used (they had other people's finger prints). Terrible place, I definitely won't be going back.
