Terrible service from Subway. Yesterday I went between 7 and 8 pm and they were already closed, but they had time to be on their phones. They should put up a sign with their opening hours. 👎👎👎👎👎

Subway is inside a place called Go Mart. It used to be excellent because you paid for either a Subway or a Hot Dog. They had good service, but now it's terrible because the Go Mart people provide disgusting service. When they share the space, the Go Mart people have a bad attitude. It seems like they're bothered and uncomfortable working there. If you want a soda or water, they tell you that if you don't have change, they can't sell to you. Haha. Anyway, I bought my Subway and went to an Oxxo, which is much better. ...thanks, but no... And remember, criticism is constructive. Regards.

At first I gave it a 3-star rating because it was lacking a bit and I hoped they would improve, but there have been several occasions where they say there is no service whether it's Saturday, Sunday or during the week, they don't serve you, I imagine because they don't want to, even though they have plenty of time before leaving and with all the ingredients on the bar, they also couldn't say it was because they didn't have bread since they only had 3 trays they didn't feel like it, what a shame that the service has declined so much. I suppose the pay is low for that branch because the San Marcos branch is the complete opposite regardless of the day or time.

Terrible service. It's 7 pm and they refused to serve me; they haven't even cleared the ingredients. They should hire better-qualified staff or staff who actually want to work.

It says it's open, but it's not serving. It's still closed, it's 11:00 a.m., and there's no one to serve. Completely closed.

The employees are rude and apathetic. You ask them something and they ignore you; they seem to do it with annoyance. Also, I wanted to pay with Mercado Pago and they wouldn't let me, because apparently they don't have internet access, but you can pay by card.

Terrible service for issuing an invoice. They don't answer the phone, and worse than that, they don't have any information on how to contact another franchise.
