The store was bout a hundred yards from where I was parked for the night at the Walmart. So I went to get the witch (UBE) smoothie. The night crew were all nice and friendly. But I did tell them as a person who loves and grew up eating Ube- their Witch Shake with Ube flavor doesn’t taste like ube at all. Lol The cashier even gave me a spoonful of the ube syrup mix to taste and still didn’t taste like the ube I love eating. Well, the ube shake was a letdown but definitely a fun experience! Let me preface by saying that I place larger orders to make sure that our family of 9 is fed. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my liking and I felt genuinely cared for. One thing was wrong with my order and he rose above and immediately made it right! We've frequented JIBs in the past but this one is definitely not one to pass by, not only is the food good but customer service actually exists!

Me and the girls here in our office very rarely frequent fast food places for lunch because typically you just don't get the customer service that once was, anymore. We went a little outside of our comfort zone and decided to go to the Jack in the Box here in Terrell. Let me tell you, the manager of this establishment was the nicest, most hands on manager I have seen at a fast food restaurant in a really long time! He was helpful with his staff and very attentive to his customers. I personally have had an almost year long strike against Jack in The Box due to some (more than one occurrence) very unprofessional service I received at the location in Kaufman. I am so glad we went into the Jack in the Box here in Terrell today. The manager restored my faith in the fast food industry. There are still some people out there that take pride in what they do and try and go above and beyond for their clients! I wish I would have gotten his name so that I could give credit where credit is due but hopefully he will see this and know that his hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, not by this customer, anyway!!! if it would have been an option, I would have given 10 stars for the service I received today!!

I live this Jack in the Box. Everytime I come here my food is hot and fresh. The service is always fast and friendly. I had a meat lovers breakfast burrito and it was made to perfection and DELICIOUS. They actually give more than one salsa for the big burrito, and the salsa is a perfect addition. Their egg rolls were delicious and fresh and the curly fries are always hot. The best and most consistent Jack in the Box I've been to in a long time. Keep up the great work!!

Cheese on tiny tacos extremely hot. Skin blistered within 2 seconds of landing on finger. Management apologized and offered free meal when I called to let them know. Denied the meal, just wanted them to know.

This store is always dead. I don't think I've ever seen another customer inside! The food here is pretty typical, the service is usually acceptable, but the store is always really deserted.

It's amazing what a smile can do. I bet drive-thru workers get mentally drained, but this young lady's attitude was as bright as Rudolph's nose. Merry Christmas!

I like Jack in the Box, their cheesecake is delicious, their breakfast is pretty good, and if I order a burger it's always the bacon ultimate which is also pretty good unless it's cooked wrong or not fresh. Oh they have some pretty good shakes also... better than McDonald's and B.K. that's for sure!

The mini tacos are a quick snack if you haven't eaten all day.

Update 5/20/22 open sign on at 11:45pm pull up to the order board and was told they are closed. The only reason I keep going to this location is its too convenient. This location is in serious need of new management. No where close to being open 24/7. Not even on the weekends. Minus 5 stars update. 10/13/20 10:30pm closed. 3/25/21 update. This location has improved dramatically. 👏

I used to go there but I can't go there anymore because it just takes too long to get through the drive-thru. It's just barely out of my way but I would still go there that just drives me nuts sitting there forever. Not saying it's the people's fault inside cuz you just really never know why

I ordered 6 tacos and did not get any taco sauce, but I did not ask for any either. I thought they just came with it. 2 large drinks and only got 1 staw. Ordered 7 stuffed peppers and asked for extra ranch, but did not get any ranch.

Food was good but the line is long. They're not very promt. And I wasn't asked if I wanted sauces, just handed a bag and the window slammed shut. 12 tacos with not a single sauce or even napkins.

I went through the drive thru. The young boy waiting on me was polite and professional. He said "yes ma'am". Very respectful. The French fries were wilted and old, and the tea was very strong. The jumbo jack was pretty good.

Food was average for Jack. Service was subpar for anywhere! Did not repeat the order. Never said thank you. Pretty poor customer service......

Giving it a three because my fries were not hot (Luke warm at best) the windows were dirty and floor needed cleaning so thats always a minus for me! 2/3/26

Burgers are dry and tasteless. Service is marginal at best. Restaurant parking lot and property are not maintained and outside trash can is over flowing; hasn't been emptied in days if not weeks.

Ordered (2) orders of the 2 for 1.29 tacos and asked to have them fresh two of them were, but the last two had cheese in them and I didn't ask for cheese and the shells were hard and and wasn't fresh, I'm very disappointed in my order. This happened at the Terrell Tx location.

Orders always messed up, and recently they have had weird colors in the eggs of breakfast sandwiches (greenish grey). They also refuse to answer the phone and will pick it off the hook and leave to to receive a busy signal.

9am on Saturday, the food order was correct. The place is filthy, flys everywhere, dirty tables and I'm only person inside. Went out to my truck and noticed all the Jackin Box trash in parking area. Do not plan on returning.

I went to the drive thru the young lady was so rude and they had chicken strips special on the menu for $5.99 that's been there from the last time I went to the drive thru so when I told the cashier that I wanted the chicken strip special she said it wasn't that price. I'm giving this location 2 stars because of the drive-thru service, not the food. I've been to this location about 4 different times and each time the person working the drive-thru was rude and unprofessional. I realize that fast food hires a lot of teenagers so I can overlook mild indifference...but NOT obnoxious rudeness! I have to put some of the blame on management for lack of training in this area but common decency to others starts at home. I kept returning when in the area because the food is always good and fresh but I may have to pass it by next trip!

Well number one the guy at the drive through did not want to be at work by his attitude when I asked for a drink carrier. I also ordered 3 of your jalapeno poppers and they were so burnt and small it seemed ashamed to have paid the money I did for them. Train your employees better in customer servie

The food here is often good, sometimes hot and fresh, I'd say average to good overall. The biggest problem with THIS location in particular, is you n e e d to check your bags thoroughly before you leave, I don't care how upset the guy behind you is. Your mileage may vary, but 85% of the times I've been here, over the course of several years. (especially for drive thru food) I have been shorted on my orders, or just given the wrong thing entirely. I can excuse the odd small fry instead of a medium, or a Pepsi instead of a Coke, but this place is just unreal. I've sometimes been given less than half of my order both at the window and at the counter, and I have had to argue even after showing my receipt, that they haven't given me what I paid for. The only reason this particular reviewer is still compelled to go, is because it's a cheap lunch at times, and I still want to give this place a chance.

I come here rarely - something about it just worries me about eating here. But when I do come through, the service is absolutely abysmal. It's like the employees there have no training on customer service - even just a smile and a 'Good Evening' or what have you as you come through the drive-thru. The food often takes longer than it should to get to you - now this may be due to under staffing, I have no clue - and is usually below average. With McDonald's across the way, unless you have a real hankering for some tacos or a Sourdough Jack, just skip it.

This location is tiny, and not that great. My two burgers, picked up at the drive-thru window, were a disappointment. Bun was chewy; lettuce was wilted and stringy in parts that were under the meat; meat itself was overcooked, dry, and barely warm. This was chance number 2 for them, to make a regular customer out of me. Don't think I'll be going on to number 3.

The water leak coming through the roof and ceiling was being caught in a raised shallow tray splashing on the food going to the take out window. My burger bun had mold. I used to stop by this location on my Dallas commute. They were seldom open on time and if they were, they were very slow and would mess something up. I should have known better, but I was hoping after a few months that things were improved.

This place seems to make its own closing hours. About a month ago the girl who takes orders at the drive through runs out the back door and ask me if I could wait until she goes and gets gas at the Wal-Mart gas station before it closes. I was already waiting at the menu screen. Typical Terrell hiring.

Website says open till midnight. When I googled it, still says open. Pull up at 11:12 and the lady says the store is closed. Need to update the website or be open as it says. Will not be going back as I left work early and was looking forward to taking home food. Disappointing. Had to leave one star to post but definitely a zero!

I live right by this place and try to go here almost every night and they tell me their systems are down or either refuse to even answer the drive thru when the sign says drive thru open 24/7. What is the point of being open? I don’t get it. I never complain but I’m a bartender and I don’t get off until 1am and in one year have maybe been able to get someone to answer me in the drive thru three times. So ridiculous. Went back for a 2nd time this month, staff has never been polite, Sourdough burger is alway's good, but don't get the Tea. I'm pretty sure they don't change the filter from the Coffee and the Tea. I been ordering my salad from them but every time I order salads they’re always messing up one time I found a hair on my salad and I had to throw away all my salad. I am so sorry to say but their customer service is horrible.

Dining room is run down and needs to be remodeled. Condensation dripping from all the dirty ceiling air vents. The steak with the curly fries and parmesan cheese is old and tough and also made me sick to my stomach. Try to call numerous times to inform them not to serve that steak to anyone but no answer.

NEVER going here again! They messed up our order & gave us the wrong sandwich. We took it in to get the mix up straightened out. This afternoon my husband, Mark, took out for Terrell to order 9 tacos and 3 orders of onion rings. He ce with the order and discovered he was shorted 5 tacos and an order of onion rings. He left left to right the order. While he was gone, I noticed after I had ate most of the onion rings that the last 2 had what looked like bite marks on them. My 86 year old Mother said her tacos were so tough she had trouble eating them. We will not be back to another Jack in the Box ever again and especially not the one in Terrell.

Horrible! Took several minutes for someone to take my order, took 10 minutes to get my food and when I did get it, fries and chicken sandwich was cold! No manager on duty! A customer came in, stood to be waited on for several minutes, no one would take his order, he said "To hell with this " and walked out. The ladies at a table had to wait over 10 minutes for their food too. It was awful!!!!

I ordered breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns. Needless to say the hashbrowns were over cooked like crunchy potatoe chips. The hasbrowns had bugs on it that looked like worms. Never will I eat here again.

I would give them a 0 star rating if I could. This is the second time that I have made an online order including paying for it, and get there to find out they are closed. This is even after I checked online to see if they were open on top of it was only around 10pm. Last time it was only a few dollars so I didn't really worry about it, but this time it was a larger order. And yet they still kept my money even though we obviously did NOT get our food.

It was terrible I had every thing I wanted written down. Went over it 2 times with the young girl at the register she still for got orange juice so it wasn't on my order but they gave it to me when I told them I had asked twice for it. And when I get home I discover they shorted me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I live 7 miles from there and was not going back to get it. The young Mexican girl working the register was not trained well enough to understand or get the orders correct. I don't think I will go back to Jack in the Box anymore.

Bought a #7 combo for the posted price of 8.99. I was charged 9.63. They said it was a glitch in the system that always charges for an upsize to medium. I was not asked if i wanted an upsize. I should have been charged the menu price or change the menu price to reflect the actual cost of the meal. Was not offered the difference in refund. Only 64 cents. But multiply that by all the customers who do not catch it. Wish i could do that with my taxes and call it a glitch.

1 star because it’s the lowest I can choose. My order was made incorrectly, one burger missing cheese, tacos with lettuce that aren’t supposed to be on there, missing condiments. Which I tried to call and have them fix- The best part is they DONT answer the phone when you call. I visited jack In the box last night in the dining room. They took a long time just to take my order even the people that was already there waiting said why they haven't take you order yet. Then they finally took my order and I waited more than 35 minutes other people order after me and they got their order ready first I ask the man that took my order why and he said that because their order was smaller that mine. Customer service is very bad andt slow . I went last week through the drive thru and I waited more than 30 minutes I went inside last night thinking that maybe this time the service was going to be faster but it was worse. I would put zero star but there no option .I hope Jack in the box get employees that like to do their job.

Stopped in for dine in since we're in our semi. Store hours says dine in started at 6am. We arrived at 7:48am to doors locked and no one answered the phone for us to find out when they would open dine in. We knocked on the door because we say the manager and workers, but still no response. Oh well. We'll take our money elsewhere.

The drive through is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. However, at 10:15-10:30 PM there were three cars in line, none of whom were served. We all left because no one even tried to take our order or speak to us. I drove up to the window to verify the drive- through hours and no one ever came to the window.

This was the second time in a week that I had been there. It was dirty There was 1 employee there that had 4 of his friends there with 2 small girls . The boys were loud, and the girls were running around and screaming the whole time. I waited 15 minutes the 1st time to get my food and 25 min the 2nd time. Food wasn't very good this last time but ok the 1st time. They weren't friendly at all !!! Not a single table was clean and only 4 people in both times. Restrooms filthy

My experience at this Jack in the box wasn’t very good I was traveling and needed to stop to feed my family every person ordered a munchies meal with no alterations while telling steven a heavy set guy with tattoos our order about halfway through he got very aggravated kept saying what else? The customer service isn’t there as a person who works in the service industry and hospitality I didn’t feel welcomed. After all of this our order wasn’t even correct also Steven wasn’t wearing a mask either as the other employees were either make all employees wear a mask or make all of them not wear a mask. Not happy with our experience.

This Jack in The Box is NEVER open. This is now the THIRD time we have been here at 9pm and no one answer in the drive thru although the lights are on and at least one vehicle is present. Pretty sure whoever is working doesn’t want to work. Hope they get fired. 9/26 @ 9pm, no one available at the drive thru.

The chicken was very hard and dry. Like it's been there since lunch. It's 9pm now... If you were comfortable enough to serve. Someone that you should not be in the kitchen. Health department will be in your future. The cook should be fired. Obviously the night Manger it's doing there job. No one answered the phone it rang then hung up twice. The website let me purchase 3- Oreo cookies brownies at 3.00 dollars each when I was picking them up at the Terrel Store they said I needed to get a refund from the website because they did not offer that item. I contacted the website 4 times and only received 3.00 back on a 9.00 dollar sale. Now that is some good customer service!!!!

The service was 30 minutes slow at the speaker and window. While waiting, another recent patron informed the lady at the window they shorted him on chicken tenders. They got our order wrong as well. Informed another person in the window ( I hope she wasn't the manager, she was a very poor representative) that the order was wrong and we didn't get out drinks. She handled the whole situation poorly. Acted like it was fault they can't get their business straight. I requested a refund and that we would just visit a better jack in the box. She wanted a receipt that was never given to me. She finally just gave me a cash refund. Piss poor location. We will never be back.

My experience was unfavorable at this particular location. I ordered the chicken nugget meal. When I got to the window I saw that my fries were placed in the bag while the nuggets were still cooking. So my fries were colder than the nuggets. When I bit into the tiny nugget, there was a soggy layer underneath the skin. I immediately spit it out and threw the whole bag away. Just a waste. Even the Sprite tasted more like plain carbonated water.

Went through the drive through today and the girl was extremely rude just taking our order. Got to the window to get our food and one of our drinks wasn’t half way full so my husband told the lady and asked her to fill it up. She got an attitude and told him (pointing at the cup a 1/3 way from the top) that this was half way. And snatched it up. Then we get our order but no straws and he had to yell to get their attention. Then after we left we noticed our order wasn’t right. This is the worst jack in the box we have ever been to and my hubs goes to a lot. The employee on the receipt was tomyra if that is even right. Horrible service. We won’t be back to this location. I tried to call but of course no one answered.

So I had just went to eat there and ordered the Texas double Jack 2 tacos with fries and drink for $10 well the fries were so old you could barely bite into them as well as the tacos I did eat those but my burger I got 2 bites in the spit it back in the wrapper the burger patties tasted like some kind of cleaning agent. Almost like bleach so I take the burner up there and the lady who first helped me was going to give me my money back I was like na I ate the entire meal but this I just want it remade. Well I'm guessing it was the manager who come from the window area and refused to remake the burger since I already had eaten the meal so after revealing the chewed up and spit out food in front of other customers and the Hobbit sized manager is still refusing so I just threw the burger on the counter stating well you may not replace it for me but you best take my refund and pay for a higher education for you and your crew. I do know that I will never spend money at that location again. I mean how hard is it to just how hard is it to replace a burger that tasted like chemical

To whom it may concern every fast food, retail, convenience stores etc: should rotate weekends so everyone could at least get two weekends off or at least one each month . I created a mobile order on the app.I ordered a large meal, when I picked ice coffee w/ boba for the drink.It charged me extra for picking the ice coffee w/ boba for the drink and when I got my Ordered they insisted that they couldn't give me a large. I mentioned to them that if they wanted to make the customer happy, they can go into their system and promo a item off. But they just kept arguing with me and told me that they weren't gonna give me anything. After several minutes of arguing with the customer, the manager decided to go to the back and call the cops on me. I am very upset and disappointed on how they Decided to handle the situation instead of trying to make the customer happy and giving me what I wanted they called the cops.
