Quick lunch while road-tripping! Nice restaurant , great service and a favorite lunch spot while on the road. We love that the flavor and menu is so consistent so there are no surprises while rushing to our next destination.

The man working the front counter and bringing out orders, is SO AMAZING!!! He greater us with a big "good morning" and was just so pleasant bringing out our food. Usually when I come in here. Morning or evening, I'm not grated and they kinda act like u are bothering them.... however this morning he made the whole experience. The food was awesome and hot. So was the coffee. The dining room was clean and he made the whole experience.

I was so excited…. I ordered… picked it up…. And it WAS what I ordered… I started crying….. I was so happy…the food melted in my mouth…. Yes it was ice cream… don’t judge… I’m a simple man… trying to find the best food in America… I started at McDonald’s… where else would you start…😎

Quick in and out! My whole family’s order was correct! Restrooms were clean. To top it all there was a play place for my kids to burn some energy for a quick sec!

I don't particularly love McDonald's food as I wish they had some healthier options, but with 3 children the play area is really nice and clean and there is a bathroom in that area, too. The staff was really friendly and helpful. This was a great stop for lunch and some indoor play after a quick shopping trip.

Can't really say with words how wonderful this McDonald's was! We stopped by with a load of teenagers going home from church camp and the management and staff was top of the line to us and all our teens! The manager even took the time to come over and watch a new dance our teens learned and talk to us. 🥰 The environment was clean, stocked and had all our food ready in no time! I am definitely giving them 5 stars for helping us continue to have a awesome day! Food was good too and everyone got their order right the first time! It was great!

Theo and his night crew work extremely hard. Whenever I go around midnight to early morning (I work night shift), I always get the correct food, quickly, with a smile. Mind you there is less staff overnight and they update their system between midnight and 3:00 am, so be prepared for them accepting only a certain type of payment during that timeframe. I don’t have any complaints. Only good things to say.

Always stop at McDonald's in Terrell to fill up thermos with their great coffee for our long road trip to Galveston.

We stopped and ordered curbside on our way through. Our food was out very quickly and it was about 11:30... they were busy. The young man that brought our food our was very polite! One of our burgers wasnt in the bag, it wasn't a big deal. I ran inside... he forgot to put it in the bag and was very apologetic. The eating area was very nice and clean from what I could tell. No big deal and we were back on the road!

As an over the road truck driver time is always of the essence and these guys definitely handled it well fast friendly service the order was correct no complaints whatsoever for me

LC Container, lunch meeting. Stopped in here for a lunch with a client The inside was really busy so we ended up going through the drive-through and got two very customized orders. The lady at the drive-through window was extremely nice and the food was made fresh and hot and exactly the way we ordered it fries are the best even though I don’t eat them often, I had to steal a couple because they looked awesome. I definitely recommend this place if you’re passing through.

My car broke down here late at night and I was stuck all night... Looking like a gremlin I came to order some free breakfast from my app. So I look dirty and I don't have much money but the staff was so kind. I went back to my car and fell asleep for a few hours. I woke up at noon hungry again. Still looking horrible I came in to grab a burger and a dollar drink. The man in front of me had multiple orders and was five dollars short. I didn't catch her name but a beautiful, confident, kind-hearted, very efficient mixed possibly black and white or Hispanic with beautiful curly hair most likely the manager/ cashier actually covered the last five dollars of this mans ticket. She was so kind about it... She kept a smile even though I could tell underneath she was a little frustrated. But she genuinely cared. I felt overemotional today because all the mess I was going through so talking about this angel almost makes me want to cry. I ate my meal and worked on my computer for a little bit after and this woman was kind to everyone! She covered someone's position while they went on break, she offered drink carriers, she made sure all the necessary condiments were available and she cleaned and stayed busy the whole time. I don't know what kind of pay this woman gets but I definitely know that she deserves TOP DOLLAR! I WOULD VOTE HER FOR PRESIDENT just from this small interaction I know that people like her are rare and hard to find like a diamond in the rough. Definitely coming back here!

Came in - very clean! Fast service! Food was hot. Had to sim it for a spell.

Glad to see McDonald's is finally allowing "dining in". We found many tables open but unclean. My wife had brought sanitizing wipes and took the time to clean a table for us. Service at counter was very good and food was hot when delivered.

Stopped in for breakfast and everything was good. Restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Got my breakfast in good time so there was no unnecessary waiting. Food was good and Coffee was even better. Usually the Coffee is a bit too strong for my taste. All in all, a good experience.

Always clean and love the employees. Update July 18th 2022: Tired the mobile app for the first time with parking and waiting it was out by 5 minutes! Super easy and our order was almost right but really no complaints.

It's a McDonald's, I gave it 5 on the service because it was fast fast, food was 4/5, if the fries were soggy would have been a 5/5. Decent vibes on the inside. But it was dead silent even though there were like 10 people sitting down. 4/5 on that. I'd swing through again in a pinch!

Service sucks. Ordered coffees and breakfasts to eat in. Food comes in a to go bag. No stirrer and no napkins. Are we supposed to stir our coffees with our fingers and wipe our hands on our clothes???????? It is quite difficult to carry cups of coffee and to go bag when it should have been on a tray. The owners and managers need to properly train their staff.

Our order came nice , hot and in a timely fashion. We accidentally received cheese on our order and can't consume cheese. They were extremely caring and helpful in remaking it !!! Customer service was superior ;)

The service was wonderful you could order at the counter are you could order your self at the kiosk. Fast service ,hot fresh food. Large & clean dining area with an indoor play area..Felt like I was waiting for the Jetson's to walk in. So futuristic.

Food was excellent. Service was confusing. Person at front counter seemed to be new. The girl that helped him 1/2 listened to what we asked to order. Lady manager was nice to assist and gave a complimentary latte because I asked for one and they claimed the machine wasn't working. Found out it works on and off. That manager was nice.

I did an online order and ot took over 30 minutes to get my order to curbside. Drinks weren't filled up all the way, and my food was Luke warm. I've never had an issue with the Beckham location, but this time wasn't so great.

Only a 3 star because the drive thru just is so slow. Food is slapped together and may not be your food.

McDonald's, which speaks for itself. I must say that they must have just remodeled this location as the in side is very nice. There is a great place for the kids to play, computers and slides a great play area plus plenty of seats for buses and alike in the main dining area. No one to take your order. As you can see there are no staff members working any of the registers. Also when you place your order on the computer they ask you to take a number and you are required to enter it in to the computer. Then when it's time for the food to be brought out to your table they have somebody yelling your order number and not come number that you had to place into the computer.

Went through the drive through order number 4 A. told him to add cheese. I got chicken between two pieces of bread. And the receipt on the package even says add cheese.

Missing items on orders. I understand this happens, but the attitude at the counter when you have to go get the items was not pleasant. The same person told me she didn't bring our food to the table because she didn't know where table #123 was. I wish I had asked her name because I can't say this applies to everyone. We had 3 separate orders each of them was missing something.

Food is quick, but at the heavy cost of taste. Used to be good but now it's borderline inedible. Got two snack wraps, both had chicken so uncooked and hard that I couldn't even separate the bites with a knife. Ended up throwing both away

Paid for an oatmeal, 2 sausage patties and a coffee , so after getting my bag handed to me I pull off and once I looked to put my food together I was missing the patties and a spoon like am I supposed to eat with my hands or what also didn't go back to get my order corrected due to being late for work and then the coffee had no sugar and absolutely no cream when I specifically asked for them, wonder how much of a fight they would of put up if I'd of asked for some ketchup cause ya know McDonald's be on some other stuff with the ketchup like it's coming out of their paycheck or something just throw it in there dammmmmm

Friendly service but not very quick! Have to wait on order most of the time. Cashiers have bad habit of keeping any change you have coming back under ten cents, so if you want it back, you have to ask for it.

Every time this place seems to forget to give you the bbq sauce you pay EXTRA for them. Only to get ripped off. Thanks really appreciate that. As much money as my wife and I spend when we are busy this place is the worst at giving us the bbq sauce. Even asked for it 3 separate times. Please get your management straight and your employees straight if that is even possible.

This store is hit or miss. Depending on how you're order is how they care. I ordered delivery from this store and didnt get my mcchicken,chocolate shake, or my apple pie. Instead they just left me without and gave me a single cheese plain and dry. I was not reached out to about this matter either. Howveer when i mobile order or go to the store they never tell me they dont have the product.

Idk how many times ive done mobile orders and have my bf go pick it up. But they either (2x) when a woman is working the window she tries feeding my bf some lies that the phone we ordered from has to be there to connect to the wifi, b/c they cant find the order. We order basically every night and when theres a man working theres no problem of them finding our order. A few times we were charged for our complete order and my bf makes it home and were missing something but not compensated for something different like a drink for a different drink. (I ordered a Hot Choc and didnt get anything in exchanged for it)

Orders are never right you go through the drive through and order you get your food and its never right not ine time have i had to not go back and get food they didnt give me and when you try to call you dont get an amswer or they say your wrong

I went in and ordered my usual (double filet fish meal with extra tartar sauce) and got charged extra. By me ordering the same meal every time I go, I know the price. So when I checked my receipt I noticed that the person that took my order charged me for every single item and not for the meal per say. And that kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.

My one expectation for fast food is consistency. I ordered a quarter pounder. Sandwich only. The way it comes. Not a custom order. It was cold. Dry. No sauce whatsoever. Boo! Come on cook .... I was a low maintenance patron.

Went through the drive through. In the early morning. The tea that was ordered was old and tasted sour - COULD NOT DRINK THE TEA , I was too far down the road to turn around. They have the wrong pricing on their drive-thru menu. Food is already expensive enough as it is without it being more expensive than you expected when you get up to pay. They should fix this.

Ordered fish sandwich meal and they put mayonnaise on it instead of tartar sauce. When you try to call the phone either rings or busy signal. No one ever answers. Tuesday nights gone by there to order something 10:45 at night and they're closed. Nobody answers. No cars in the parking lot. According to your website, your hours are 24/7. What happened to that? Every time I order something and go through the drive-thru I have to wind up going back or trying to call to get my order corrected. Corporate office needs to step in here.

I've wrote a review once before about not being able to get a shake at this location for 3mths straight & all the sudden it got "fixed"...now the same issue again no one can get shakes again. Who is managing this location? Why is this an ongoing joke? I'll keep writing these reviews until someone gets this fixed. Ridiculous!

What a TERRIBLE LOCATION!!!!! waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees !! Turns out they were sitting out on the counter so long the ice melted. Manager gave it to us with no apologies. Also, one of our coffees was made with spoiled milk! We were already back on the road so we could not turn around. I'm not one to complain but this was a nightmare location.

Would give a zero if I could. Wasted money on 2 breakfast sandwiches. Literally told the girl twice sausage and egg biscuit with cheese. Receipt shows the right item. Clearly got a sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese. Might seem little to some but when you work a 12 hour shift and get food. You don’t want to get home to find your order wrong and forced to go back out. Went to the other McDonald’s 2 miles away and got my food made correctly. Will not be returning to this location. Have already made sure my warehouse employees go somewhere else to save themselves the disappointment

This location was very unpleasant and unprofessional, when a customer orders items without an item that comes with it due to food allergies, and you obviously didn't read the ticket, just to turn around and have an attitude because you just scooped out the item you don't want. Just do your job and you will be reported. Your staff shouldn't be more concerned about your nails working in the food industry.

All the food was left under the heat lamp way too long. Dried out, tough chicken nuggets and double cheeseburger, French fries soggy and limp. Stomach sick within 2 hours of eating the food from this restaurant location.

I was treated like I was the Problem and I spent $60. They asked me several times what my Order was. I told them I was not sure. I was by Myself but ordered for 5 People. I did not remember Everything I ordered !! So I asked " Don't You Know What I Ordered ? ". They asked for my receipt and I had wadded it Up. There was a lot of giggling and looking at me. They finally gave me the Order and I asked if that was Everything ? A taller man stuck his head out and asked If I HAD a Problem ? I told him as long as my food was there I am good. Drove 15 minutes home and of course my Order was WRONG !! I own several business so I normally DO NOT post comments. I know how much they can hurt a business but I was SEEN as a problem. If someone was SPENDING more than Normal. That is the Order I would make sure was Right so They come back. I even called when I got home and the Manager was also giggling under her breath. She also asked are you finished NOW ? So, I can speak. It was a BIG Game to ALL of them. I can go to other Mickey D's in Terrell, Kaufman, or even Canton. I will NOT be back there and Hope others do the SAME !! Thanks & Good Luck !!!

Drive through had 1 car in front of me at the sign where you order and it took 20 minutes to get my food on 7/21/23 at 4:40 pm. That's ridiculous. My wife ordered a coke and after we pulled away we found out they gave her a Dr. Pepper.

Understaffed, very rude and bad food quality. Employees didn't even look at us when handing us our food. They all seemed annoyed to have to have to deal with us. We went there around 7:30 on a Saturday, so theres not really a good reason for the employees to be acting the way they did. The food wasn't good at all. Soggy fries and burnt burgers. Do not recommend.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes 2 cars behind from overcome. To find out that they were short staff and that our food could take up to 30 minutes before receiving it, several people just left, kuddos to the employees but the managers should do some with a better working schedule.

Literally everytime i come here the shake machine is down. Doesnt matter the time of day. Why bother having it if you never serve them?

I drive all over the place and get irritated when places charge extra for little stuff. I am able to get a handful or two of ketchup packets but I asked for one barbecue sauce and get charged a quarter? When will businesses realize when they start to nickel and dime the customers we don't go back and they lose even more money? Then on top of that the chicken nuggets weren't crispy and my fries were soft so not a good experience.

Spent more than 30 minutes waiting for a pretty simple order. 2 happy meals, and a 10 count nugget meal. Called once and was asked where we parked. That was all. My wife called back and was told they do not bring the food out after 10pm. That is fine, but do not send us out of line to wait for our order...

Manager saw there was over 5 people waiting to order. When I approached her she was extremely rude. Also while waiting on my order she was talking non work related and her nails were very long and glittering. Food was ot very tasty.

We ordered five drinks on the app. Got to the window and was handed four with the receipt. They augured that we only ordered four drinks. We handed the receipt and then was told they had given us all five. They wanted to share over a $1.25 drink. The manager came over, apologized, and gave us our drink. To bad it was the only drink that was correct. Instead of an unsweetened tea, 2 cokes, and 2 Dr.Peppers we got root beers, sweet tea and 1 coke!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been too! They cancel orders, they don't answer phones, and then rude when you show up to question why they cancelled online orders!

This morning I tried to get my breakfast I had no service this is me waiting for 10 min at the intercom and drove to the window 3 employees just ignored the window I'm going file complaint. I have each employee name and corporate going to hear about this. There was another person waiting just longer than I was.

We eat breakfast here several times a week with our grandson before we take him to school. We arrive around an hour after opening and we have seen the play place look like this several times. Also they only put food in to go bags even if your order is for dine in.

I’ve been coming here everyday for the last 2 months. That’s over $270 for me spending wise at breakfast. I asked for them to replace both of my oatmeal’s because it was more water than actual oatmeal this time and they literally told me no and then laughed at me. The drive through person and the manager that’s on duty at 8/15/23 7:30 am. You just lost a customer.

I come in nearly almost every day. They get an ice French vanilla coffee and usually it's all right. It's never made correctly but this is the McDonald's. It's on the way to To my destination in the morning, so I don't complain. This last time I received ice French vanilla latte. It was extremely watered down and barely any coffee was in it so I tried to get it remade and they refuse to remake it without a receipt even though they see me every day so I will never be coming back to this restaurant and I'm leaving one star review.

Fries weren’t fresh and extremely salty! Had one order of fries 1 without salt and received 2 fries not fresh soggy and extremely salty Not sure who was making my Big Mac but photo is attached had to wait more then 15 mins for this!? Very disappointed!!

This was my third and final time coming to this McDonald's. I don't understand why they think it's ok to have someone spray cleaners around people as they are eating. We had just gotten our food, and had to leave because 2 people in my group started coughing. 1 of them couldn't taste anything but the cleaner. We had to throw away nearly $35 in food because we refuse to eat food coated in cleaners. It's not that hard. If you have to clean tables while there are people in the dining room, spray a couple of clothes down in the utility room and then use those to wipe the tables. Then no one gets cleaner on their food.

Order a mango pineapple smoothie and didn't get a straw.went back around on drive thru,they told me come to second window.. as I am getting to windows I see the opportunity the second window was empty, so I drive in by cutting the cars that waiting on the food.i waited and waited, the staff start collecting and serving food from the first window just to ignore me .all I need is a straw that they forgot to give. Went to eat here out on a road trip, dine in. Came in and ordered at the kiosk and waited for our food. We ordered the specific drinks with our order and they brought us empty cups. Went to fill our cups and they were out of sweet tea entirely. I walked to the counter to ask them to fill my cup with some sweet tea, they did not put any ice in it and while waiting, I overheard a couple employees talking about their intimate lives with each other. Overall very disrespectful service, but the food was timely and well cooked

Came in around 6 and all but 3 booths along the back wall were up on the tables like it was closing time. One of the three had ketchup all over it and one was occupied. I tried to get the cashiers attention but he was talking with a co-worker.

By far the worst McDonald's experience of my life. Complete ineptitude! They have a line around the building for the drive through, me and 3 customers inside. They cleared that drive trough over 20 min, but not a single item came out for the people inside. I requested a refund, and the manager reprimanded the cashier for taking to many orders to quickly. Which what kind of thing it that to say for management? Was not the guys fault as most of us used the kiosks. While we all waited it seemed like 2 people actually worked out of the 15. You want me to pay $7 for the most basic thing you offer, 2 cheeseburgers and a medium fry no drink. After over paying for this, now wait 20 min while we serve the customers that are timed.

Worst experience with McDonald’s in my whole life. We can start with girl at the counter couldn’t speak loud enough or repeat back anything loud enough to even hear what she was saying took me three tries for her to get it, never got my husbands order right even though we both repeated it numerous times. My burger wasn’t right, I paid for bacon, never got it even though I took it back and they remade it with no bacon.. there was no sweet tea, the tea I did get I think had been made in an old bag because it was sour. You could tell the fountain spickets haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long. The Big Mac was just a mushy mess, the chicken nuggets were old. Just wow, bathroom was a mess, the whole drink area was a mess. The girls bagging food kept touching their face and hair. I did see McDonald’s trays but everyone was getting their orders in multiple bags. So worst McDonald’s experience in my whole life! Honestly I have never given a bad review, but this one…we will NEVER stop at again and unfortunately we pass by this one a lot. Sad sad day when these kids can’t even get a burger and chicken nuggets out.

I ordered a medium fry and a large sweet tea in the app and went to my curbside pickup number and waited there for 15 minutes and then I proceeded to go inside to get it and took them another 15 to get me my order , the manager in charge did not know how to control their staff , the employees where laughing and playing around and not doing their jobs , very unprofessional and this store was one of the good location but they for sure has lost that !

24/7 hours, updated two weeks ago. But all lights are off, not taking orders or accepting calls at 6am? Why advertise as 24/7 if you’re not going to actually be so? 😭

Need to fire the worker named Ian. What a way to represent your store. Embarrassing and horrible. I came in for food and across the store he was yelling at customers not only being insulting but also messing with their food.

This restaurant and the one on 34 closing times are incorrect. Including on the app. So if you place an order here on the app, you have to wait up to 7 business days to get a refund AND place a whole new order at the other restaurant 🤨

These people do not care about customers. Request fries to be extra crispy. Get limp noodles Told cashier to make sure. She said they will be they just put them down. Went to pick up window told them make sure they are well done. What do I get 3/4 of them no crunch at all. Limp noodles!! McDonald's i hope ya'll go out of business. Location 205 Terrell Texas.

It’s always wrong. Either I am missing something or I get someone else’s order. Every time. And I order straight from the menu; nothing special, just the way it comes. Plus, I order from the app so there’s absolutely zero reason for breakdowns in communication. It wouldn’t be so bad to pull into “space #3” and wait an extra 10 minutes if they would just put the entire order in the bag. I go, they mess it up, I wait a few months, I go back thinking I have waited long enough for a turnover cycle and the new ones will be able to read a ticket. Nope. Boo! McDonald’s on 205. Do better

Horrible management and staff after having to pull up to the window and wait 10 to 15 minutes for my order. Once I finally received my order my bag looked like it had been open and very wrinkled like if it was somebody else order, made it home. My fries was burnt also my quarter pounder.

Horrible service, waited 45 minutes for my dad and I’s food. Get back on the road heading to Tyler, opened the McRib and found hair in it; flat out nasty. Also note girl who was doing fries kept wiping her nose with her hand and her hair then touching the fries and other food. Won’t be returning, this mcdonalds has gone down hill greatly.
