The manager is rude and the service is poor. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! I was missing a pizza and instead of taking care of it and getting my pizza... so i could get home to my family... she made everything very difficult. Going as far as refunding my order just to be ugly. I finally got my order... re rang and all of my pizzas that i ordered... and she found the missing one in the hotbox BEHIND the counter. But her attitude and ugliness was not necessary or called for. Her name is Emily and supposedly she is the manager of this location. If she is truly the manager... please get her some customer service training. And do not allow her to be nasty to people. Thank you! I wont be back.

Couldn't hear the cashier. Asked him several times to speak up. Ordered Pretzel Crust and got either rotten dough or regular dough. It was NOT pretzel. Cook said "Don't know what to tell ya. Sometimes soda bread doesn't act right." WHAT?! Will never go hear again. Something wrong with the LC's in Texarkana.

I went by and picked up a stuffed crust pepperoni. Pizza and some breadsticks this past Sunday and discovered they were several undercooked. The bread sticks and pizza both were very doughy still, to the point thar we couldn't even eat the food. Ive contacted the store and have had no response at all. I would highly recommend NEVER ordering food from this location.

Do not online order at this location. Ordered the same 4 topping pizza 2 different times, the first pizza i only got 2 toppings on half of the pizza. Second time I got all toppings, but not but they seem to be added on last minute, as they are cold and not melted into the cheese. There is no other way to report anything, and the people in the store are no help.

I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza and some of those crazy puffs online and didn’t realize until I got home that I received a hard regular sausage pizza like this don’t make sense

I would not ever go to Little Caesars if my grandkids did not want to eat there. It is the worst service. The worst pizza in town and the. I don't know who the owners is hard for these places and all know what they are and ones. They can get to work at these places. But this place is in especially on Texas boulevard. I ordered a classic pepperoni. My daughter went to pick it up. I'm driving in from my place. She gets home and it's a cheese pizza. I call up there. You think somebody got a go home? Get a piece of combat? I'm tired I'm ready-to-eat. I don't eat cheese pizza. And you can't even compensate somebody. We want me to Little Caesars, no more.

People here do nothing but play,food is always late and wrong. Today ask for a bag for customers drink and was told they didn't have any.

Horrible product and customer service tonight. The crazy bread is literally the size of my middle finger. It was told that's just how they make it now. And my extra most best pepperoni pizza was overcooked and crunchy. Worse than a thin crust. I'd looked a both products up On the website,and what they advertise as Pictured is nothing compared to what I got in person. I even took pictures of both ,because I couldn't believe what a joke they were. Never received such awful product or service. We will not be back to this location..

Wouldn't recommend. Horrible costumer service, the fridge for the drinks is warm, and they always get my order wrong. I'm a vegetarian and opening my pizza to meat is so gross.

Preorder our pizzas and when I came back to pick them up they acted like they didnt know about the order! The person in the back said he made them but they ended up just throwing together parts and pieces of other orders they had made to make a sad attempt at our order! All said and done the pizzas weren't made to order and they were mostly dried up messes that had sat in the hot case to long highly disappointed! Note pics are from a previous review in which was also disappointing we be using a different place from now on
