Great food and service. Plenty of food for the price you pay with leftovers. Only recommend you don't drink the water.

Pretty decent. Hibachi is ...well, it's the only one around and certainly not bad. What I didn't like..... jad the dinner hibachi for three and the waiter gives me my check. Great. Give him my card and we rock on. He brings back my receipt to sign and I note that the tip i had figured in my head seems wrong ( I have waited tables..I tip 20 percent minimum. Not cause I'm fancy....cause it's hard and the pay blows). Anyway, I am trying to figure why the tip is figured andbthe tips they have kindly figured differ.....cause they added a gratuity and nobody mentioned it. Granted, it is on a sign on the wall but we have eaten here before and came for the hibachi. Never even looked at it. 8fni had not noted it later I would have dropped another 20 percent on that 15 or 16 they already charged me. When we went today, I was never even handed my first receipt, he sorta flashed it and I gave him my card and then straight to the check with gratuity. Sorta rubbed me the wrong way. (Yes, we tipped the hibachi chef cash separately. I'm not a complete idiot.) Just thought it was worth a mention. I would want someone to let me know. Ya know?

We decided to go here for Christmas dinner as our Chrismas dinner was celebrated Jan 2nd. We chose the hibachi. Our cook was rushing through & we got a minimal display of his culinary talents. As we watched him at another grill, he put on a great show, that in itself was very disappointing. Hopefully "if" we go back the sushi side will be an improvement!

The only thing that was not good was the salad. It was swimming in water: other than that I highly recommend the sushi and the grill. We shared. I took home a meal for Monday. Was great. Of course very casual and slow service but I think that’s supposed to be thatw way?

Food was delicious!! Their yum yum sauce is the best around!! Our waitress was very nice & patient, we had a large group & several kids that needed modified meals & she was very attentive to their needs! Our area was very clean as well! All our orders were brought out correct & in a timely manner!

The food was good but the service and the atmosphere were ok. We stopped here on our road trip, and it was a good choice! Our food was fresh and delicious! Sushi was great! Also, sashimi were fresh and delicious! Soup was not hot 😐. Overall, it was a good experience!

This was my first time here and probably my last time. We were not feeling up to going out so we decided just to order online and pick up my order was supposed to be ready by 5:15 and it did not get to my car until after 5:30. By the way I ordered it 2 hours earlier. We got a variety of things from the spicy chicken with noodles to the chicken teriyaki with shrimp and steak and shrimp. Not very pleased with the portion size or the way everything come for sure they want to charge $11 for wontons and there was literally four of them. Which is stupid outrageous. I posted some pictures you can tell, normally when you go to a Hibachi Steakhouse everyone knows that you get a huge plate for and always have some for takeover and go home. Definitely for sure if you are in the Midland area I would go to Sumo and do not come here it is a waste of time and money. May I add my order was $213 just for it not to be satisfied by my family.

i’m upset to be making this review but i’m VERY disappointed with the take out service. everyone was sweet, that’s not the problem. the problem is the actual bagging of the food. i ordered a pint of mushroom soup with some sushi. i came and picked up the food and got in the car to eat it, but whenever i went to take the bag with the soup out, the soup completely fell through the bag and spilled on me. keep in mind the soup is scorching hot. there is no way it could have been condensation because it had the other bag the was inside ripping as well. very disappointed.

Went with my friend to lunch today, we wanted to treat ourselves. I ordered filet minon and lobster, was so hungry for this. Plus I knew I'd be taking some home for later. When we were seated we got sat with 2 young men and started chatting. The chef came and cooked our meal while we were still chatting . We literally didn't even eat anything until it was all cooked. It was so salty I couldn't eat it, I called for a manager to come by. A lady came and said I should have said something to the cook while he was there. Wow I just dropped $55 on lunch and you couldn't even say your sorry. I wasn't wanting anything, just wanted to let them know. Worst customer service ever. Will not be back. Good luck to everyone who goes there, make sure you watch the chef.

I started calling this restaurant around 8:45 PM and no one answered until 9:00 PM. I was told I couldn’t place a phone order because it was close to closing (9:30 )and they have an issue with customers not picking up their orders, but I was encouraged to come in and place my order in person. I arrived around 9:05 PM after driving over 15 minutes, only to be met by a rude waitress who was clearly upset that I would come to a restaurant so late and then informed by the manager that the kitchen had closed early due to being slow. This was frustrating and misleading, especially since I had been specifically told to come in. Two other customers who arrived at the same time were also left standing without service. Had I not relayed the message that the kitchen was closed. There’s no telling how long they would have stood there.Closing early without clear communication and giving conflicting information shows poor customer service. The usual male manager is always professional, and this situation likely would not have happened if he had been there.

There were insects absolutely everywhere. As soon as we got there, a cricket fell from the ventihood onto the stove. Another would find its way onto my plate before jumping into the cooks area. Besides that, there were just dozens of crickets on the floor and we witnessed one fall from a door frame onto a girl that was attempting to get rid of the crickets. Absolutely disgusting.

Was so excited to take my son whom had never been. Guess they changed the menu, instead of having shrimp fried rice as an appetizer, they served us rice plain with terriaki sauce. Next was plain spaghetti noodles with the same sauce. We did get a few veggies, but very few. Didn't mind the cook putting butter, terriaki sauce, and rice in my coke as a joke. But would have been nice if the server brought me another one. I didn't have a drink until the end of the meal. The chicken and steak were so overcooked we couldn't eat it. Seafood was great. We did have plenty of leftovers but they ended up in the trash. Use to be my favorite, but won't be going back. Oh, they also add a tip on every person's check. So no need to tip.

To begin it was fast and friendly. As we were seated others whom had arrived at different times but much earlier than us had been sipping on soup and waiting for the grill to warm up. * the next issue I had was all the meat was resting on one try. Shrimp, chicken, and steak all raw on one tray. All prepared on the same grill. *my veggies tasted like shrimp * NOT A FAN* the chef used the same spatula for all three meats. He also dipped it into the butter and ginger after touching all three raw meats🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢* to top off the night. I found "something " in my Sprite. If you can Identify it by the pictures ..... I couldn't but it sorta looks like a small fly🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 it's at the bottom under the ice.
