Their burgers are very ugly, it seems that the vegetables are days old, just like the meat.
The hamburgers aren't what they used to be. I don't know what they put in them instead of meat, but they taste like nothing, much less like meat; they taste like cardboard. The bacon is really bad now, to be honest. They're making them with very low-quality products for the price they charge ($120). I won't be buying there again.
Every time you walk by, it smells strongly of onions, and when the street is closed, it's littered with leftover food and the sidewalk is filthy. It reflects very poorly on the place.
