Es un café al interior de la plaza comercial "Crystal", donde ofrecen café y algunos alimentos. La misma carta que todos los Italian Coffe. Es un lugar tranquilo para un café y hacer uso de los servicios de la plaza.

Es bueno el lugar y sus productos, pero la atención es mala, son apáticos y parece que te regalan las cosas.

Un lugar agradable, poco concurrido, limpio y ricos postres...

El servicio ha ido en decadencia, te cobran bebidas que no pediste, te agregan extras a las bebidas sin tu consentimiento y después tienes que pagar esos extras, tardan en atenderte, hay muchos aspectos negativos

Esta cafetería en partícular no está bien surtida elegí varias cosas de la carta y me comentaron que no tenían o no les alcanzaba para completar el platillo

Standard Italian coffee menu, except the waiters, being very young, spend all their time on the phone, chatting, and not paying attention to the tables. I had to order at the counter because after 15 minutes they still hadn't brought me the menu.

Bad experience. We ordered a frappe and a cappuccino. The frappe only had whole ice cubes and flavoring, and a ton of banana. We ordered a double cappuccino and they gave us a single. The cup smelled like chocolate, and it took ages to arrive.

I ordered a chilled cappuccino frappé, they gave me a cold cappuccino frappé. When they changed it, they gave me one (it seems they made a mistake there too) and the cream was removed from the cookie and they gave it to me in pieces.

For me, the service is bad. You order a frappé and they give it to you cold, and when you ask why it's not a frappé, they tell you the machine doesn't work, but after they give you your order! And I had a very bad experience when I ordered a chai, and they charged me double and didn't give me my money back because that's what the system said and there was nothing they could do. They didn't even give me the other chai they charged me for.
