The young woman who makes the juices is very friendly, but the young woman preparing the food is very slow. There were only four of us and they couldn't keep up. I had to ask for the menu since no one was helping me. They are friendly, the place is clean, but I don't know if they are short-staffed because the wait time is very long.

*TERRIBLE PLACE; NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! I ordered some tortas to go and they told me it would take 20 minutes. My bus was leaving in 30, so I agreed. After I placed my order, other people arrived and ordered food and were served first, so I had to cancel my order. The staff provided terrible service, they play favorites, and the service was awful. A few days earlier, I had ordered some tortas to go, and when I asked them to add onions with habanero peppers, they told me, "You can get them yourself." To top it all off, my large torta with two cheeses and pork leg was only a little over half full. They were missing ingredients, so a good portion was empty—just bread.

The food is fine, the staff is the problem. The first time I thought they were having a bad day, but the second time it was the same—bad attitude.

Horrible place with such ugly and bad cakes, along with being expensive. I only bought them because I didn't know the place and if it weren't for hunger I would never have gone there to buy them.
