El cocinero ya cambio y el empeño no es el mismo, principalmente en paninos, pero un italian con los mismos estándares. Bueno para ir a relajarse y disfrutar de un café y postre mientras llueve.

Últimamente el servicio ha dejado mucho que desear, falta de atención, muy tardado en la preparación de los alimentos, falta de cortesía...es mejor en plaza cristal y por mucho, recetas apegadas a lo que es italiano cofre.

Antes de pedir soliciten que les informen qué postres hay, porque quien atendió fue 4 veces a verificar si cada postre pedido había en existencia!

Accesible económicamente, aceptan pago con tarjeta de crédito y atención rápida. El menú limitado pero aceptable para algo rápido.

The waitress was very slow, although three employees rushed to get the service faster. I didn't really like the cheesecake, and they only had cheese bread and corn. They need more variety in their desserts. The hot drinks were lukewarm. The panettone I ordered was hard in parts. They need to improve their service to increase sales. What I liked was the detail of the drawings on the drinks.

Pésima atención por parte de los meseros, hoy que acudí mucha gente decidió mejor retirarse, al pedir la cuenta tardaron demasiado y con mala actitud, no creo regresar a esa sucursal.

We asked for a frappé and got a completely watery coffee with no ice or anything. My cousin said they would change it or they did, but the waiter just ran away from her instead of solving the problem. The guy at the bar did make the change. Honestly, if the frappé isn't right, let us know; you're paying for it, it's not free.

el café americano ni siquiera sabe a café de grano, le ponen muy poco café y termina con un sabor muy suave, mismo precio y mismo concepto en el lugar pero orrible como preparan el café

They need to properly train their employees. Yesterday I called to order a white chocolate for delivery and they refused. According to the employee, they were already closing the kitchen... I think the establishment closes at 9 pm. Today I called again to order the same hot chocolate, it's 10:45 am, and they refused again. This time the reason was that they're in training and only do deliveries for orders over $300. I'm also three blocks from the establishment, and the employee told me they only deliver within a two-block radius. Business owners, PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY WHO YOU HIRE.

Very bad service. I just bought 2 cappuccinos with Nutella and a frappe, all to go because I have limited time and when I took it, it didn't have any Nutella, just pure coffee. You don't buy at Oxxo because you look for something better. And if they make their own wines, then they shouldn't harm people. I hope they pay more attention to the company and its employees.

I went to this place on Friday, June 20th, around 8:20 p.m. Google says service ends at 10 p.m. They refused service, even for takeout. The girl said they closed "a quarter to 9." It leaves a bad taste in my mouth, because if they're supposed to have a schedule on Google, they should respect it. They're employees. Of course, they had time to serve drinks in those minutes before closing. I had to look for another cafe; luckily, the one in the plaza was open.
