Friendly and helpful wait staff. Great food with generous portions. Best Monte Cristo sandwich in the area (IMHO). For appetizers my favorite would be the onion ring stack (gigantic!) or the cheese curds (crispy!). Lots of interesting entree options, and a fun and friendly atmosphere.

I’m giving 4 stars, I wasn’t impressed much. The alcoholic beverages were thrown together and the alcohol was very limited. Maybe new bartender I don’t know. The food was excellent good and hot. The waitress started out dry but she redeemed herself turned out to be good. I would give it another try!!!

I love the food and service at this location. The food is delicious, the drinks are cold and the service is friendly and fast. Last night I had the New Orleans Pasta with a side salad and it was delicious!

This place is epic, simple as that. The place is always packed so be prepared to pack your patience. But once your in and seated the food is amazing, the servers are super helpful and fun. The hostess was my favorite part how she was super friendly no matter how hangry people were. It was Friday night at 7pm and they were mad that there was a 20 min wait.. ahe was super cool with them, handled it like a total pro. The decor is simple and elegant.

This is such a great restaurant with delicious comfort food. The food is fresh and tasty! The prices of the food are reasonable and the portions of the food are very generous. Our server Neil, at this location in East Orlando, was very nice and knowledgeable.

Eat here regularly. Best restaurant value in Orlando IMHO. Excellent food, friendly & accomodating servers & kitchen, VERY reasonable prices, and an INVITING atmosphere. You can spend more elsewhere, but you will get less for your money, believe me.

Went for my granddaughter 20th birthday! Service was good and food was good but I brought a birthday cake and they just brought it out in the box. Could have been a little more helpful. We had 9 people! Still a good time.

Cheddars has disappointed me in the past but I have to say this time around the food was good. Steak was cooked exactly medium well as requested. The salmon melted in my mouth. The sauce I could have put it on everything. The sauce for the shrimp was super tasty. Atmosphere is great for a date or family dinner. We had a problem paying for the meal through the table tablet card reader and waited a while before the waiter checked on us so we could pay him directly. But other than that, great dinner date. #tryit

I had a very awesome dining experience at Cheba Hut. I loved how all of the sub selections were weed inspired. I had the white widow and it was absolutely amazing. Carol the manager was very understanding and helped us pick the perfect sandwich from my husband and came over a few times to check on how we were enjoying our food. I normally eat at the bar. I had the pot pie before. ❤️ I came back to try a reccomended dish. I had the ceaser salad & complimentary croissant, steamed broccoli, 5oz bourbon-glazed salmon came on a bed of rice. It wasn't bland. It was lightly flavored. There wasn't a lot of sauce. After half way in, it did start to taste a little salty. Then I had to add the other thing it would have been a waste without- carrot cake. It comes all dressed up!!👀 It’s a slice big enough to share. It gets pretty sweet. I love the candies pecans that come with it. It’s a different touch. I'm not even going to count up the calories from that meal. I'm sure it’s two days worth of my calories. Of course I'll go back. I just won't eat for two days. 🤣🤣🤣😩😩

Absolutely wonderful experience at Cheddars. We were on a break between meetings and Cheddars has always been reliable so we chose one close by. Thrilled to thar they now have a Filet on the menu. It eas delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly and the garlic butter melting on top was divine! Limited time so grab your filet today!! Then to top it off, even the sides were above the norm!! My loaded mashed potatoes were the best I've ever had at any Cheddars! Definitely make a visit here and enjoy it!!!!

We came in for a birthday and our server paige was amazing and so on top of it! the salmon and shrimp was amazing as always. however a tall dark haired server was extremely rude behind the bar and snapped at her! i hope this is just a one-off thing but she handled it so well

Oh yeah! The chicken pot pie here is the best I have found in the area. Again, I forgot to take a picture to share (I never understood the practice of photographing my food before I eat), however the pie was fresh out the oven today, piping hot and oh-so-flavorful. It keeps me coming back! The only sad part is that the chicken pot pie is only on the lunch menu, but I eat lunch some days, too! Our server, Milka , was phenomenal today. There when we needed something, came by frequently enough to ensure a lunch experience I want every time, and pleasant enough to chat with us and honestly make us feel special. Every restaurant with a server like Milka is destined to be successful!

Ive been to Cheddar's in other areas, this one did not disappoint either. My group of 5, hadn't been so we came. Sat within 5 mins, server was friendly and food great. No issues noted and everyone enjoyed. Thanks for a good time.

This is a very late review but I'm sure it holds up. Stopped here last time for lunch with my Grandmother when we were in this part of town. The service was prompt, the food was hot (And the appetizers weren't half full like a different restaurant review I had) and I think my money here was well spent. The Cheddars closer to me services just as well. Cheddars obviously has a quality standard they meet at all locations. I recommend stopping by.

I haven’t been to this location in quite some time, but I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit. The food was excellent — every dish we ordered was fresh and full of flavor, much better than my previous visits. My only suggestion would be to enhance the coffee selection. Plain coffee with cream and sugar doesn’t match the high quality of the food being served. I’d be more than willing to pay a little extra for a richer, more elevated coffee option. Kudos to the chef and team for the wonderful meal!

Was not expecting such a good meal. I had a gift card and wanted to use it, so we went for dinner. I had the salmon with rice, absolutely delicious. Salmon had a crisp on the outside and moist and favorable on the inside. The appetizers and dessert was delicious as well. Service was outstanding, I wish I could remember my waitresses name, but she checked in, refilled drinks before we were out and made recommendations to help guide us on our choices. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

I don't think I've ever been to a resturaunt with such an attentive waiter, it was honestly so relaxing. He'd come over with exactly what we needed before we even asked. Never got his name but from the look of his face and his reaction time. He was always aware of every table he was attending. Also he was really funny. 10/10 service (Also yes the food was great).

The atmosphere was wonderful as usual. Our waiter was extremely kind and helpful. The honey butter croissants were phenomenal. I love the honey butter and how it is warm and hot on top of the croissants that are fresh out of the oven. The chicken 🐓 pecan salad was fresh and tasted great. My dad had the larger portion of salmon with rice. His side was a baked potato 🥔 it was cold on the inside. That was the only thing with the food that was negative. I got the new Orleans pasta and unfortunately it really could have been better. The shrimp were perfect, but the noodles were too soft, toast was hard and slightly burned and the flavors were bland. Good food, great spot for lunch or dinner for a date or family outing. Large menu with lots of options for all including a great desert menu. They also have happy hour with a wide varity of in house speciality coctails as well as a full bar and many beers. Pictured the chicken and shrimp with broccoli and sweet potato sides were excellent.

I like this place overall. Good servers, clean, some good choices, nice ambiance - beautiful fish tank and area fan. I get the Caesar pasta salad usually. Today got a ribeye steak and it was not great - too chewy. I got a ribeye at Longhorn the other night cooked the same, and it was fantastic. Perhaps it was just the cut of meat, or perhaps they didn't let it sit out long enough before cooking. I told server and he apologized and offered to get a new one, but I didn't want to cause a fuss. Sides were great!

I love going to this restaurant, always a great experience. Tonight not so great . My son , his girlfriend and I dined there tonight ,ordered two steak dinners and a meatloaf dinner. My son could not eat his dinner due to a toothache , so into the take out it goes. I had put my meatloaf dinner in a box to go also since we had the fantastic nachos and could not eat it. We pay our bill over 60.00 walk out to the car ,turn around because we forgot to grab the boxes. Mind you second row in the parking lot from the front door.Nothing on the table. I asked the waitress if she at least set our boxes in the back. Nope! Busser threw it out , " would you like some rolls?" 60.00 dinner for 1.99 rolls . Just wow . Still a great place just do not forget your to go box!

I was seated quickly. The waitress was appropriately attentive and helpful. I ordered the rib eye with broccoli and carrots, an Old Fashioned, and a glass of cabernet sauvignon. The drinks didn't come until shortly before the food although I ordered them all together and the cocktail should have been served swiftly. I ordered the steak medium-rare, and it came medium-well. It was juicy and flavorful so I ate it, but it was not as ordered. The cocktail was done well. The broccoli was properly steamed. The carrots were advertised as sweet but were too sweet for my taste. The ribeye had plenty of black pepper and maybe even a touch or red pepper flakes. It was good, but perhaps on the spicy side for those who are sensitive. The waitress did not offer steak sauce, which to me is a good thing, but you may disagree. If you do, I probably disagree with you on steak in general. I do note that the Old Fashioned was not on the menu but the bartender was able to make it anyway.

I wish we could give half stars. This place is a solid 4.5. food and service are consistently good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even for a chain it's a great place. Thank you!

This was the first time I ate at a Cheddar’s although I’ve seen a few around in my travels. The honey butter drizzle croissants they provide beforehand is simply sinful! I’d come back just for those…LOL! It’s like eating dessert before a meal! ◡̈ For dinner I ordered the “Grilled Salmon” with steamed broccoli and southern style green beans on the side. Everything tasted quite good. Feel that this place is definitely a great value for money. Our server was accommodating and checked on us frequently. She even brought us a new batch of southern style green beans since the first batch looked a little burnt. The only real downside to this place was that it didn’t look very clean and the entire restaurant floor was extremely slippery and felt very oily. Other than that, it was a good experience. Will definitely go to Cheddar’s again sometime.

Great atmosphere, great customer service. Went around lunchtime no wait for a seat and was greeted right away. Reasonably priced. I did feel a little rushed when the waitress took my order but overall great service,will most likely go again.

Coming from a former Cheddar's employee, I have to stay the service and food have really improved the last few years. The salmon, chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, and white fish were very good. But the honey glazed croissants are still the stars of the show!!

#1 for great food and #1 for budget friendly! I would have given 5 stars but the floor was slippery from thier janitorial not mopping properly. I did alert the manager as to the issue of janitorials gross use of a greasy mop. Otherwise, we will definitely be regular customers when we visit Florida. The food was hands down the best! Sooooo affordable! I just cant say enough about how delicious the food was! The staff was AWESOME! This place should be your #1 restaurant when wanting a sit down meal that is affordable for the entire family and wanting a peaceful atmosphere. Honestly, I'm still shocked at what we paid for 4 meals, 3 appetizers, and drinks! Under $100! Lets not even get me started on the complimentary Croissants.....so freaking yummy! Please visit Cheddars!

Good food, lots of options on the menu. I like better than your normal Chili's or Ruby Tuesday's. Very nice atmosphere.

I went with a large group, 2 servers did a great job serving the many different personalities. The drinks are near craft bar quality, plenty of real juice and fruit pieces in the specialty drinks. We enjoyed chips and a non-traditional queso dip with salsa, cheese bits and the Onion rings are huge and delicious. I was shocked at how good the grilled salmon was. It was a nice size tender not overcooked, just right. The sides were pretty good Mac and Broccoli. Overall the experience was great I would recommend this place for most occasions.

The family and I went during lunch hour. We had plenty of choices to sit at. I had the Monte Cristo being the first time there it was good. The fries could have been warmer but I still enjoyed my meal

Over the weekend I had the pleasure to dine at this establishment. This wasn’t my first time at this restaurant but I did try a new food item. The food I ordered was a strawberry iced tea and chicken and broccoli Alfredo. It was a great sized portion however the noodles were overcooked and the dish was under seasoned. The service was great, our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was very nice as well. I love the big fans they have throughout the restaurant. It was a nice time out and I will be back to try another new dish. That’s all.

When I arrived at cheddars scratch kitchen I was greeted friendly and immediately seated. My waiter Keifer was very attentive and gave me good recommendations on what I can try. The croissants with honey butter were simply AMAZING! They reminded me of home ( Germany) the spinach dip was just as delicious and as you can see all the dishes came in huge sizes. Everything i ordered could’ve been shared between at least 2-3 people. So you definitely get your moneys worth! The only thing that bothered me slightly was the feeling of being rushed. I am guessing it is a cultural thing in the USA as I noticed but apart from that I had a wonderful stay and I would like to come back one day.

Been a while since we have been here. Stopped coming when the Spasagna came off the menu. Great news, it's back on the menu and back in our rotation. Wife loves the buttered croissant. They have a good selection of lower calorie options and they also have a great selection of comfort foods.

The only complaint is the noise as tables are close to each other and you can hear other people's conversations. Place gets too crowded during peak hours. Definitely not a romantic place. Nice decor, good casual atmosphere, excellent service. Maybe i was expecting too much because of the name "scratch kitchen". Clearly the coconut shrimp are not from scratch but frozen US Foods supplied or simular supplier. They were to uniform and lacked that real coconut flavor.Ribs were meaty and tender. The bar b que sauce was a little disappointing. It was over the top with black pepper and a little heavy on the cayenne. I eat spicy food on a regular basis but was a little shocked at the amount of black pepper and heat from this sauce. My wife is latino and it was a little over the top on the latino spice chart. Some tums on the way home and she was fine. Overall the food is average at best.

This was our first time here. It seemed right off the bat they were short-handed. The atmosphere was nice, with many televisions. The server name that begins with G was not attentive at all. We were never given silverware. We had to ask the gentleman named Joe (we think he was a chef) who brought out our food to the table to bring out the silverware and napkins. Which is another reason I think they were short-handed. The appetizers came out before our water. My daughter asked for another glass of water, and it never came until we had to remind the server. Overall, what made the visit great was the food, but the service for our initial visit was 1 star.

Cheddar’s, sometimes I just don’t understand. Where do I begin? Let’s start with the good. Food The flavor of the food has always been good, no doubt about that. I’ve tried several items on the menu but I typically do go with the salmon. This time I did pick the salmon, with sweet baby carrots and mashed potatoes. The salmon was cooked well, and seasoned well, in fact it was the best part of the meal. The mashed potatoes were good, not great, but nothing to complain about. They tasted fine and were consistent with how mashed potatoes are suppose to taste. The baby carrots tasted great as well, but the look of them…well more on that later. Croissants are always good as well as the teas. Not much to be said here other than that they are delicious! Server Our server did a great job, he seems like maybe he was new and a little nervous? But that is fine, he handle himself well and was very kind and courteous. We had an issue with one of our dishes we ordered (5 people in total at our table) and he took care of it without hesitation. The Bad Food The food portions are small, but you are paying slightly less compared to something like a Bahama Breeze. So that is in some way fair I guess? With that being said, my wife ordered a 6 oz salmon while I ordered a 8 oz salmon. When the dishes arrived, I honestly could not tell the difference in size. I am not sure if there was a problem with the scale in the back or something else? Sorry I’m a little snarky. My carrots seemed a little old and shriveled, compared to my wife’s. (See photos). Thinking back I am not sure why I ate them. Again the honey glazed flavor was delicious! But again, I have no idea how old they were. My father ordered a T-bone steak and ordered it well-done with a loaded baked potatoes and green beans. What came back was a medium-well T-bone steak with mashed potatoes and fries. It seems like there was a miscommunication somewhere either with the kitchen or server? Maybe they put the wrong ticket with the plate? In any case the server and kitchen remedied the situation by taking back the food, my dad only ate some of steak, ate all the mashed potatoes, and left the fries. He ordered the salmon instead and was happy with that. Just to be clear we paid for the salmon, not just trying to get free food. With all that being said I am surprised a manager did not come to apologize for the mix up. As this was not the first time having a semi bad experience at Cheddar’s, probably my 5th time, I do know that floor managers usually do come and apologize and was actually expecting that. Now onto the other things like ambiance: Lighting inside is okay, in the booths it was somewhat dim. Lighting in what looks and feels like a sun room with all the windows was well lit. Music was not too loud and at an appropriate volume, good to hold a conversation. Table was clean and the booth seats were clean and surprisingly comfy. Staff was kind and accommodating. There was a rather large puddle of water in the front near the host podium, not sure what to call that. I am not sure if it was a spill, or if something was leaking? Women’s bathroom needed to be clean based on the reports from the clean freak in my family, my mom. :-) Not sure about the mens. All in all it was a mediocre experience and is the reason why I have given it a three star experience this time around. I don’t plan on going to Cheddar’s anytime soon, though the only other time in recent years I have had cheddars was during the pandemic in 2021 when most places were doing take out only and we were trying out the different salmon dishes from the various Darden restaurants. I’m hoping to see Darden improve on the Cheddar’s brand, though it has been over 5 years since the acquisition. I say all this with the current state of our economy and the staff shortages in mind and know that will more than likely improve over time.

I always come to cheddar’s for a Burger and it’s delicious every time, but I had to say something about the service I recently received. Amanda seemed rushed, rude, and highly attitudinal. On top of that, she got backup from another server named Lauren who somehow managed to be even more dismissive and rude. High School ended a long time ago but I felt like I was right back there- they were mocking and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I hope they treat their coworkers better than me.

Loved this location when it first opened then it seemed that they got a new cook crew because the food just didn't seem to be tasting the same. Also, steer clear of using your card at this location. I've had my card information taken more than once...! Terrible! Service is slow, good is decent, location is clean, & prices are decent. I recommend this place for drink happy hour and lunch special. Other than that not a place I get cravings to go to.

The food is not all that great. Been here 4 different times for birthdays and friends but only once had a good meal. The burgers were flavorless.

I've been going to this Cheddars for years. I've had great waitress and waiters and not so great ones. A lot of the staff do not care if your food came out ok or if you need anything. So now I only go when there are certain people working. Their Salmon is very good, Shrimps and Tenders tend to have too much breading, the loaded baked potato soup is delicious and their drinks are super good. Bets tines to go are from opening until 4 pm. After that time, service is not that great. Also, you're better off seating in the bar area.

This business should not be marketed as a scratch kitchen. The corn was quite literally swimming in the can juices. The green beans were just standard green beans and the potato soup literally made me gag. But it might just be me, the viscosity was adjacent to eggs mixed with mashed potatoes, and the flavor was not there. Not worth the money or calories. However through all of this, our server was 100/10 amazing. She made sure we were well taken care of! Go for the food (not great), stay for the service.

Went there for a group lunch. Started with two appetizers, I could only try one which was the spinach dip and it was REALLY good. They also gave us complimentary honey butter croissant for the table which was decent as well. For the main course I got the creamy garlic tilapia and shrimp (mind you, I couldn’t try the meat options cause they were not halal) , which unfortunately I didn’t enjoy. For a dish named like this it was too dry to begin with and I didn’t get any garlicky taste as well. Cheddars used to be one of my favorites in this area. I previously gave them five stars but the Salmon bundle I ordered tonight curbside, was disappointing. Salmon and rice were seasoned well but the side of green beans were so over peppered they were not edible. The thing that really made me upset is the gallon of Lemonade that was filled with tap water!! 😑😡 I thought I was being pranked so I called the store and was told a sappy ‘we’re sorry we didn’t realize the lemonade machine was out! Really?? All they said is they would refund the gal of lemonade and tell the cook the green beans are over seasoned. C’mon Cheddars you could’ve done better than that. No free dessert or bigger credit for my inconvenience??? I won’t be ordering from here for a while. Now I gotta go back out to get drinks for the family 😒

Employees need to be friendlier and not have attitudes when you ask them to fix something that the kitchen messed up. They also need to learn to clean the silverware and the restrooms. We asked 2 times for clean silverware and got an attitude about it and told that those are hard water stains. Those are not hard water stains.

After coming to this restaurant many times before, today it wasn't a good experience. Appetizer was good, but when you moved on to main course the salad that came with it had old croutons and excessive amounts of cheese. The ribs were fine but the stake was over cooked and dull(no salt or pepper). I order an alcoholic drink which never arrived to the table and no refill of the sweet tea or soft drink were brought to the table. Also I ordered a bake potato but came to find out they were out when I mentioned to the server I had it as side item, decided to get a cole slaw but to the dissapointment it was warm.

Normally they are great and never had a problem til this visit. The strawberry sweet tea was not good, I ordered the burger and it was over cooked and dry. The cheddar bites were over cooked and hard to eat. I ordered a loaded baked potato and got a potato with nothing on it. The salad was good and the potato soup was good. Paid almost $70 dollars for the meal and was very disappointed.

Food was good enough, but we were very disappointed that our server added more items which we never ordered on our bill. So, we had to tell the manager about that, and finally he gave us a correct bill. But, we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes every time we needed to ask our server for help. We wanted our bill split and he kept saying it would be done later but the wrong bill kept coming to the table. Also, the stupid kiosk on the table was a waste of money for them. Nothing worked.

The table we got seated at turned out to be dirty, with sticky circles all over the surface. No fried onions of any kind. Used to be our favorite and it's unavailability put a damp on our experience. It's not even on the menu anymore. The food wasn't great. The "fresh, not from can green beans" looked completely faded, tasted like they were from a can and had a horrible after taste. The white fish was too salty. The "legendary" giant cookie tasted nothing like a cookie should. On the positive side, our water was attentive and nice, and the had lemon and honey for the hot tea. We probably will not return.

It's not good, it's not great, it's OK. There claim to fame is making the food from scratch, but it doesn't taste that good. And if the food does not taste that good what's the point? Compare this place to Applebee's, TGI Friday's, Chili's, Ihop, and Olive Garden and all off them serve better tasting food. The food here is I will be blunt, bland and greesy. Nothing special. The cooks don't know what salt is, nor do they use it. Tried the trio sampler. It was OK. It's chips with 2 dips and I felt sick immediately after eating it. Tried the bacon cheeseburger. Horrible, super blande and greasy, sent it back. Then tried the Monte Cristo. Taste was meh, not bad enough to send back, but again supper greasy and the fries were soggy.

We came here for my birthday on the 8th. Got there an hour before closing and everyone was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The hostess had an attitude as we walked in, and was slamming things and closing extremely loud. Our waitress was nice but lacked in accommodating us. It was a group of 4 of us and my brother found 2 hairs in his drinks. One in his soda and another in his clear alcoholic beverage which is disgusting!! It seemed to be very intentional as we have never found 2 hairs in any food or beverage in our entire lives at any establishment we have been too. She said she could not take off the second drink because she did not physically see the hair as if we were lying about the second hair. As someone who works in the food industry myself it is unacceptable to behave like that and very unprofessional to treat people like that on an occasion that happens once a year. My brother went to the bathroom to throwup after one of the hairs was on his tongue. Do better !!

Bad news first. If you are a person of color like me think twice before going here because of my experience. Sometimes great food and a great waitress can't make up for everything. The front of the restaurant was were all the guest were seated except for one couple. When me and my son walked in and asked for a table for two we were walked through the front section thinking we were going to be seated at a table in the front section with everyone else. Instead we were walked all the way to the back section which was completely empty and seated back there by ourselves. The whole time we were in the restaurant at no point was anyone else seated in the back area where we were. I didn't notice it going in as we were being seated but I thought maybe it was just my imagination, but I don't think it was. I just didn't want to believe that it was what I was thinking. You just don't want to believe that you're being treated in a bad way. On the way out it became more noticeable to both me and my son that we were basically segregated from the rest of the restaurant that was all Caucasian in the one section and we were one dark skin African-American (myself) and my son is mixed. The good part of this review is that I can say the food was really good and the waitress was excellent! But I probably won't be going back there because of that experience and I would recommend that if you were a person of color that you don't go there either. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area where you won't be treated that way. No one wants to think they are sitting in a place that is racist. It is a really horrible feeling.

SO disappointed. Was my favorite place to go but last few times service was less than up to par. Decided to go there. I got married on Friday and because of school we aren't able to take honeymoon yet. All the family left this morning so we decided to go grab lunch. Visited one of our staples when we come to Florida every couple of years, and unfortunately, it seems that this may be our last time here. The service felt very cold & our food seemed to match the service. After seeing others come and go with their food, we finally asked what had happened and were informed that the ticket had been thrown away... if that was the case, the food would have been remade hot and fresh. Everything could've been rectified with an honest answer about what happened, but the feeling of being ignored and the excuse/lie about what occurred left a very sour taste about our feelings of Cheddar's.

Their watermelon margarita is no longer on the menu. Their recipe keeps changing. At least the potato soup is good. They completely burned my garlic bread. I asked for a another one. Slightly burned this time, this place used to be my favorite go to. Now I’m going to have to find a new spot to eat. I no longer recommend this place sadly.

It’s incredible to have paid for two dishes with a total of $40 dollars to see broccoli with cheese be compacted and dry and the cheese on the fries was dry too; they weren't fries with rich melted cheese. the order was for pick up at 8:17pm and I was in the parking lot at the same time to pick up the order, I will never order food here again

We have eaten at other Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen restaurants and we were very satisfied. This one just northeast of Orlando fell way short of our expectations.😣

It was Saturday night so a wait for a table and food were to be expected. Even so, when our food came we had to wait 10 min to get silverware. Two people ordered steak, medium rare. One steak came rare and one steak came well done. The server didn't come to ask if everything was ok until we were almost done (we had been out all day so we didn't want to wait for new food). There were no drink refills offered so I had to share a drink with another person at the table. Overall, bad experience and we will not be going back.

Service and food were good, but the cleanliness was terrible. The bathrooms were disgusting. There were bugs flying off of the toilets, like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I lost my appetite. It makes you wonder how clean other areas are.

this is not a scratch kitchen. everything is frozen. ive gotten multiple dishes and 2 have made me sick. the croissants are good, but that's quite literally it. it's better to just make those at home anyways, they're overpriced here.

You guys should really take the delivery option off of your website if you can’t get the job done. I ordered my food an hour ago, two different drivers went to your location to get pick up my order, you turned them away and canceled my order 1 hour later! My family brought me here to celebrate my birthday yesterday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. This has always been my favorite restaurant, which made it even more shocking.
