Ryan is absolutely one of the greatest! Super awesome, always kind, polite, and makes every visit fun. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like him!
Well I don't know if its the machine but I go to a brand new Starbucks and the coffee is so different and better quality I get pike place everyday and it seems like this franchise has the weakest coffee i dont like to spend my money and don't get quality

Great service! Otherwise atmosphere could use a spruce up with some more plants and quieter music. Staff were really nice and turned it down while I was there!
Kyliee (excuse me if I’m not spelling her name correctly) and Ryan, including the staff this morning were wonderful! The power was lost at this location last night at around 7:30. Ryan quickly begun to escort the guest out and Kyliee did a wonderful job of taking care of our receipt. My sister and I went back this morning to retrieve our drinks, with the complimentary upgrade. ❤️
Ordered ahead through the drive thru today and whoever made my drink did an AMAZING job! You could tell they paid attention to my wishes on the drink and they made it PERFECT. Also, people at the window are always so friendly! Definitely recommend this location for a coffee trip.
Dropped in on a busy Saturday morning and the team was doing a great job at keeping up with everything. Other than them not really greeting anyone coming in (probably due to how many orders they had) you could really see how organized and well trained they were. My drink took a little time but I looked around and didn't mind the wait. My drink was perfect and would definitely recommend this location.
Super friendly staff and a lovely location. After presenting my birthday reward, they wished me happy birthday a couple times, even when leaving, which is amazing comsidering how many other customers they served between the time I arrived and left. They made me feel special, and it's been a long time since Starbuck did that.
My favourite Starbucks store so far! Extraordinary clean, very beautiful decorated in the inside and cozy. Additionally it has a good amount of seating possibilities, great WiFi and good bathrooms. If you are interested in trying a new drink try the "salted caramel cream cold brew", I thought it was delicious! Like in every Starbucks: Coffee is great. Prices are high. The efforts taken to minimise the use of plastic is disappointing and they could do so much more!
Probably one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too and maybe I’m biased since I frequent it quite often but it’s a great place to get your coffee fix. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. I typically order on the app and just go through the drive thru; however, the inside of it is nice and clean. They make some of the best drinks compared to other Starbucks in the area so I highly recommend. Update: recently renovated and still better than ever.
This Starbucks was an old bank that is transformed into a wonderful store. There is plenty of indoor sitting and a nice outdoor sitting area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was extremely quick for it been a busy morning. Great place.
Service is great, staff is nice, store is clean and coffee is good. Tamara, Olivia and Moiz did a fabulous job (10/10). Definitely recommend for a quick or long stop (good for charging phones or working on laptops too).
Never go in the place but I looooove hitting the drive thru for quick service… especially when Ryan is in the window. The sausage, egg, and cheese is my go to and he even recommended I add the avocado spread which was a delicious touch!
One of the employees he knows who he is. He was at the register 12/25/25 at 11:32. Little attitude I asked for my drink and got more feedback than I should’ve about it. Continued to order a grilled cheese and was told “ if it’s there we have it” as he pointed to the fridge where I got the grilled cheese out of. The drink tastes extremely watered down. I did watch her make it and she did it correctly just poor ingredients or something not sure but it’s the only drink I get and it only taste off here.
Extremely busy in the morning. Order ahead if it helps but with items are piling up on counter the orders keep coming. 9:47 pickup it’s now 9:57a. The low star rating is for the long wait time for pre orders
An odd location, retrofitted from a bank i believe. The staff was friendly, and the space was fairly clean, but the parking is not very efficient, nor is the interior space. They could definitely make do with a better seating arrangement to better use the space. There are not many outlets either, and the first one i tried by a corner table was not powered. Not the best Starbucks experience, but not terrible either. Definitely a unique location!
Definitely not my usual experience. Drive thru line did not move quickly.... They have increased prices and changed sizes to smaller.... Do not like paying more and getting less.... Dunkin/Wawa will now be go to.
I bought a grande iced matcha latte with LITE ICE. Order was taken correct, but made with a cup FULL OF ICE. When an order is taken correctly it should be made correctly as well. You will get better business by following the appropriate steps.
Starbucks in HOPEWELL only gives 1 day to pickup your Birthday Drink or item! This is senseless! I was out with family and didn’t have time to pick up my free item! You need to be like other restaurant Establishments and give a person 7-30 days to pick it up! Most of my free bday items from stores has given me 30 days to pick it up!!! Some have given 7 but having to pick it up on the very Birthday is definitely meant for your customers dissatisfaction and keeps you from giving anything away for FREE! What a Stab in the back! If I tell you EXTRA DO EXTRA!! I know you’re only a barista but reading English is easy dear. Extra does not mean skimp. And you wonder why I refuse to tip. You don’t deserve one unless my overpriced sugar milk is properly dosed with EXTRA
I’m not sure what’s going on with the matcha drinks at this location but it’s twice now my drink has looked like this and the quality is very disappointing. Even the taste is really bad and the soy milk tasted sour like it had expired or gone bad. I normally don’t have anything bad to say about Starbucks but this location has been really disappointing.
This is clearly not a turkey bacon sandwich. And they don’t do refunds over the phone. So, they screw up, and you have to make time to go there and fix it. But hey! At least they’re super enthusiastic about how “sorry” they are... -_-
