Good food and they so far always (maybe 6 times) get the orders right in the kitchen. But the front counter service often comes with a lack of attentiveness and sometimes an attitude. I always list what salsas I want and eliminate the ones I don’t, and they almost never have paid attention to that on pickup orders, even though it’s all listed right on the receipt. One time, I almost walked out without my drink because the guy didn’t hand it to me, then he gave me a regular when I paid for a large, and then acted like I was giving him a hard time when he should’ve at least been a little apologetic for all the lack of attention to my order. Update: almost forgot to ask for my drink again. Not so much as an apology for not paying attention to my order. They also still aren’t paying attention to other things on the order like the requested salsas. No point in even putting it into the order system bc you’ll have to ask at the end regardless

Chicken was delicious and moist. The tortilla wraps were soft. The tortilla chips were amazing!!! All the sauces were also good.

Sorry for my not exceptional feedback, maybe the reason is that this food is much closer to junk than food itself. While store seems not much clean in general, personnel is very kind.

This place has good fast food cooked on an open flame broiled grill. This is a different step up from most fast food! Great chicken and Mexican options.

Most of tables were not cleaned after the previous customers and trash bins were full. Food was ok but dishes are not particularly large nor I find them as tasty as some alternative restaurants. Parking seems to be a problem as the security wants to tow customers cars quickly (less than 1h), even while the lot is big and has plenty of room in general. + for having tasty churros and the person serving us was friendly.

Ordered for delivery on Thursday April 27, 2023. Delivery to arrive between 5:30pm and 6:00pm which should be dinner time. My food arrived way overcooked. Chicken was dry like it was sitting on the back of the grill since lunch time. They got my order wrong. I specifically ordered mac and cheese because we don't like the corn but they sent corn! The salad was dry iceberg lettuce. This order was so disappointing I didn't even bother contacting the restaurant because there is no way they care about the feedback with what showed up at my door. Worst part is that I pre-ordered my food with about 4 hours notice so they had plenty of time to take good care of my meal. I ordered the 8 piece family chicken meal and after door dash fees and tip it was about 50 dollars. Waste of money. We just threw away the leftovers because no one wanted to eat it again the next day since nothing was good. I hope the manager reads this email. I hope that people read this review and choose another place to get a meal. Sad

The food was really bad. We have tried this food few times before. This was the worst. Chickens were smelly and salad had no taste and rice was awful. I don’t recommend this place. We made a mistake.

I just ordered to eat at the place, they gave me the weight to go, incomplete pieces without napkins, without plates to eat and without cutlery. After finishing eating and leaving, a man asked us to buy a coupon. When we said no, he took a despotic attitude.

Food is alright, Atmosphere is not the best, rather dirty and old. Service ain't good, employees seem like they hate their job and El Pollo Loco won't provide nutritional information for all items, not even if you ask for it or email them. They do have nutritional information for some items but missing about 20%. Edit to 1 Star: Their nutritional information is not only incomplete but completely wrong, they won't reply to any questions about it and didn't fix it for nearly a year now. This is probably illegal, if not it's at least very risky. I'd not recommend ordering at any Pollo Loco location until they take basic things like this serious.

FIX THE SODA FOUNTAIN!!! That thing has been falling apart for years, even before the pandemic. To say the machine is on its last legs would be gracious and forgiving. It's an ugly look. Literally only the Dr. Pepper tasted decent. The sprite had no CO2. Rootbeer is all syrup. Coke is "out of stock"? Like how? The world trade center looked in better shape on 9/12/2001. Is upper management a bunch of NPCs? Should we start a gofundme for the store?

One of the dirtiest restaurants I've been in. Roadside shacks tend to cleaner. If you like extra slow service so you can admire the squalor boy oh boy this is the spot for you.I waited 24 minutes for a BRC (3 ingredient burrito). It kind of made my stomach a bit bubbly and you know what I should have known better and walked right out when I saw the state of this place. There tend to be somewhat agitated homeless people hanging around in front or inside of this establishment, listen if I ate here everyday I'd be upset too.
