Tony the cashier was amazing. Made ordering a breeze and even had great order suggestions! Greeted everyone with a pleasant smile! All staff was very nice and personable and location was clean and well stocked.

This location has upstairs seating up in a loft which is pretty fun. Typical Firehouse with everything you’d expect. Very well maintained and clean facility. Great gluten free buns, however they are quite pricy as they charge you for a medium size sandwich as well as an additional charge for the gf bread. Really wish the gf sandwiches weren’t so expensive for how small they are!

The young man who took our order needs to pay attention whenever a customer is having to spell out the name given for our food ticket!l Highway robbery for a quartered sandwiches with a sliced pickle and water! Ladies who were preparing our sandwiches were amazing and awesome! 👍

I have come a few times. People are genial, but even when it’s mostly empty out takes about 20 minutes to get my sandwich. That is a deal breaker

Although I love FHS sandwiches, I am disappointed with this location (the Woodlands). The reason is because my subs are always done wrong. Today I ordered the steak sub (less bread & extra cheese) and it was off… no peppers, barely any cheese, too much bread. This is the 2nd time. Maybe I’ll just stick to other locations because obviously this location (the Woodlands) doesn’t care about getting it right. So very disappointing. If you go here my advice is: don’t be on your way to work and check your food before you leave.

The place was not busy on a Sunday evening. But boys were so busy talking to each other and forgot to fulfill my order they'd received online. After that, they forgot to include all items in the order.

Experience was horrible!! my husband and I walked in for some subs Jace as the register said “ can you move out of the way” as we were attempting to make our order. Then instead of taking my order left the register and said “ sorry I have to take care of this, real quick” whatever that was. Apparently prejudice on Latinos is ok at this location.

I visited Firehouse Subs with the expectation of a solid cold-cut sandwich—thick, juicy, and worth the price. Instead, I was served a piping hot sandwich that was shockingly small, especially considering the $18 total (including the added donation). I was also strongly encouraged to try what was described as their most popular drink, the cherry limeade. For context, I’m not a sweet-drink person and I don’t drink soda—but after the pitch, I agreed. Only to then be told it wasn’t available. Between the undersized, overly hot sandwich, the inflated price, and the unavailable upsell, the entire experience was underwhelming and disappointing from start to finish. This visit did not meet even basic expectations.

I ordered no mayo or mustard on my sandwich to go both were placed on there and hastily wiped off pretending like it never happened only for me to find out when I got home. Never again

This place do not know how to operate customer service’s, - they have you stand in line for 30 mins. Just go to subway or another sub place , if you’re wanting better experience and professionalism Bad services

I came in 10 minutes until closing, which I understand can be inconvenient for people working who want to go home, but sheesh the annoyance on the atmosphere was absolutely palpable. Eye rolls, sighing at me, scoffing, etc. made me want to turn around and leave right then and there but I had a strong pregnancy craving lol. Never been to this location and probably will never return just based on how unwelcoming they were alone. Terrible experience. If you're open til 9 you should serve sandwiches til 8:59 unless otherwise stated somewhere. My sandwich was also missing cucumbers and my son's had no pickles. I've never been to a firehouse subs that had that terrible and rude of service; mostly I come here because of the opposite! I said thank you when I went to leave and I was huffed at so I repeated myself and got a "mhm." Never again.
