The food is always delicious, and the customer service never disappoints. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm smile and a very welcoming atmosphere.

Lady who was handing out the samples was so sweet and kind. I was going to eat somewhere else but she convinced me glad she did!

Fast service and friendly staff. In the mall so a little hectic on the weekends bc of the crown but great since they opened. Usually go for the Bacon Chipotle and it’s great every time.

Absolutely delicious food. George and Caesar pulled me in with high energy and magnetic personalities. And the cooks knocked it out of the park with flavor. The bread was beautifully toasted, the meat delightfully tender yet crisp and juicy. 5/5 will come again and again.

I was super impressed. The steak wasn't too greasy, the bread was perfect, the pickles weren't cheap and generic, and the bacon fries were surprisingly delicious. I earned some reward points and I have $3 off of my next visit... The lemonade was great as well!

Service at register was good. Food took awhile but at least came out hot. The wings weren't great as their spicy lemon pepper basically is buffalo sauce so the pic is misleading. No lemon pepper flavor as the nasty buffalo sauce overpowers it. Should be a spicy flavor not buffalo flavor.

I was walking by when a lady in front of this store offered me chipotle bacon and chicken sample to try. It tasted good and I decided to order. What was served was nothing like the sample I tried and I think the chef messed up my sandwich. I don't think I will be trying this place again. The service was really good though. The lady who was offerings samples noticed the chef forgot to add chipotle sauce to my sandwich. So she got me a side of the sauce even without me asking.

When I received my food and receipt they charged me more then the fries were selling for on their menu and more for the food. I spoke to the cashier and one of the workers they told me to speak to named April I believe and she said it was my fault because I didn't tell the cashier how to ring the food up and next time I need to tell the cashier how to ring up the deal. The food was sub par and the employees very rude. I will not be back and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I would give no stars if I could.

The app said 6 minutes estimated time , this is from the time that I ordered to the time that they said I will be ready but it took almost 15 minutes and there was no one there when I ordered

Nov 17. The Charleys Philly Steak at the Woodlands Mall is overcharging the customers. The combo was listed at 13.77 and they charged me 15.77 . I asked the lady why and she stated that it was the fries but I said they come with the combo and the she said it was the taxes. I showed her the receipt and told her she owed me $2. She tried to ignore me but I stayed there and she opened her tip jar and returned the $2. The next customer ordered the same combo and she overcharged again, he complained and again she came with the same excuses. Later some ladies had bad experiences again. This is illegal and hopefully the Mall office addresses this scheme.
