Made just like I wanted it. Everyone was friendly and got my food out quickly.
1/22/26 Amazing employees. The 2 guys here today are absolutely amazing. Haven’t been to such a warm and friendly place in a long time. The food is really good. I love the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this location.
Stopped in while running errands on a Saturday afternoon. Amazing variety on the menu. Food was great and very friendly service. I’ll be back.
Food is always fresh and good. Always love the customer service here. Didn’t take long to get my order and it’s always correct. No mistake this place is family friendly and fun…Thanks for always making my day especially with the rewards!
Delicious hot sandwiches. We come here at least twice a month. Service is generally quick, but sometimes they get slammed with online orders. Even then, the staff work diligently to get the food out as quickly and accurate as posssible.
The sandwiches here are so tasty and they give you so many options. The sandwich bag art wall is also worth a look. My kids love it, too, so no need to settle. We are regular customers and will continue to be.
Emilio and Julio were the kindest best sandwhich makers ever and that I appreciated their work so much
Food was hot refresh made quickly. The atmosphere was inviting. The store was very clean and well kept, and the staff was phenomenal.

This cute sandwich shop has little claw machines insidee. The sandwich i had was amazing it was real great. The cashier was also really nice it was my first time here so she explained everything to me. The atmosphere here is also chill and fun.
Awesome clean place to grab a sandwich. I got the gyro and my wife got the banh mi sandwich. Both were amazing! The fries were an excellent addition to the meal. Kind of pricey for sandwiches, but very good quality. The only drawback was our fries came out about 10 minutes after our sandwich’s did. Not sure if the fries just take longer, or they forgot. Either way I will be back again for a great sandwich.
A fresh new twist on getting a sandwich. A unique way to build your own sandwich and take your orders by grabbing the bag and filling in the blanks on how you would like your sandwich. Was a little confusing in the beginning on how to order but I'm sure they're working out the Kinks to streamline it to make it so it is more user-friendly. The look of this store is very nice. You can tell that the store has a little mileage. You can tell that some of the equipment and cutting boards need a little bit more detail work. Bathrooms are in good shape but still need a cleaning. Customer service was excellent the food did come out fast and the quality of the food was very good. For a quick bite to eat and a comfortable place to sit and enjoy your meal Which Which is perfect. All employees were following covid-19 protocols.

"Which-Which" has gone out of business, except no one told the staff to go home; at least, that's how this location felt. There was literally no one in the restaurant at lunch other than the staff, and yet, miraculously, I counted at least four food-covered tables. The staff here doesn't really care about keeping it spic-and-span. Luckily, I was getting my sandwich to go. That aside, my sandwich was a disaster, but that is partially my fault, I guess. A sandwich is a dish that typically consists of vegetables, sliced cheese, or meat between bread, but that doesn't do the artistry that sandwiches can be justice; neither does Which-Which. I wanted to try the Gyro sandwich since I love Gyro, but what I got was a lot of bread, some cucumbers, and a bit of Taziki. The meat was fine, but for $14, I was sorely disappointed. With some trial and error, you could probably get some pretty good sandwiches, but there are so many good options in the area that are easier to order with better bread; why bother?

Interesting price structure. Nine dollars base for a sandwich, add three for a large, then another couple bucks for a jumbo. So a (barely) large is around $13; add a small drink, $2.75=$16.24. For $3 of material, not a bad profit. Veritable ghost town at lunch hour.
If you’re gonna close two hours early on a Saturday afternoon (8/29/25) please post a notice above store hours on the front door. Don’t leave it up to teenagers with little to zero human interaction to convey the message. They will fail every time as they did with us. They were happy to take our money and make our sandwiches and then asked us to leave or they could close the store. If the owner is telling workers to close early for “deep cleaning” then I hope you make budget during the week. That’s my last visit to this location.
So we have been on this location for a while now and they introduced wheel so if you spend I believe $15 you could spend a wheel and well we did a carry out in the last couple carryout I have done. I’ve asked to spin the wheel and I have been able to spend the wheel But today that all changed I went and asked do I get to spin the wheel when the guy handed me my online order, I was told no you only get it when you dine in, but that had not been the case last couple times and I believe maybe the manager of the store or the owner, let me spin it the first time I came in with an online order and I didn’t see any sign that said it was dine in only

I'm not sure why I keep giving this place a chance. The food is so mediocre and they never get the orders right. Today I ordered a wicked and received a cold sandwich with 1 small piece of turkey which was loaded with an absurd amount of mayo. I never ask for refunds but I'm tired of the lack of accountability so I finally did. 1 star for food quality and 1 bonus star for giving me a refund. Jersey Mike's is across the street and is much better. Look elsewhere for a sandwich. Hope this helps!

By far the WORST customer service. This was my first visit and wanted to try something new. I was given the wrong sandwich and had to drive back multiple times just to get the right sandwich. When I explained to them what happened they just said "Oh that's where that crab sandwich went" as if they didn't care. This entire issue cost me my entire lunch break which I rarely get due to my work schedule. I will NEVER spend another dime at this establishment nor will I recommend to any other colleagues. Thank you for responding to my review. As this was my first visit to your shop, I want to be honest about how frustrating the experience was. While I appreciate that the order was eventually corrected and a complimentary sandwich was offered for a future visit, I had to use my entire lunch break to return to the store due to the mix-up, which made me late for a very important meeting. This caused a significant inconvenience and impacted my day. That said, I want to acknowledge that the sandwich itself was great and showed the quality your shop can deliver. I also want to clarify that I wasn’t trying to be rude to your staff — I did my best to remain respectful despite my frustration. Still, I left feeling disappointed. Accuracy and attention to detail are especially important during busy lunch hours when customers are often on tight schedules. I’m willing to give your shop another chance and hope my next visit reflects the level of service you strive to provide.
They no longer sell fries or shakes. The owner was too cheap and incompetent to replace the old fryer he kept not repairing correctly, so they no longer sell fries, which was the best thing on the menu. He is also too cheap to make shakes anymore, which was the second best thing on the menu.
I recently visited this Which Wich location about 30 minutes before closing and was extremely disappointed by the behavior of one of the staff members, Julio. His attitude and actions toward customers were rude and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. As soon as we entered, Julio began aggressively placing chairs on tables and sweeping the floors, clearly trying to send a message that we were unwelcome. While waiting for our food, I moved a chair to sit down, and he continued sweeping around me—at one point even hitting my foot with the broom. This was not only inconsiderate but completely unacceptable. Shortly after, two elderly women came in to place an order. Julio swept debris from the floor in their direction and then very rudely informed them that the store was closing in 10 minutes—despite the fact that it was only 7:40 PM and the posted closing time is 8:00 PM. When they asked politely if they could sit and wait for their food, his tone and demeanor were unnecessarily dismissive and unwelcoming. I understand that working near closing time can be frustrating, as I’ve worked in retail myself. However, there is a basic level of courtesy and professionalism that every paying customer deserves—regardless of the time. Julio’s behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable and left a very negative impression. If Which Wich values its reputation and customer loyalty, I strongly encourage management to address this kind of behavior. Staff like Julio can quickly drive away business and damage the welcoming environment customers expect.

I use to be a few days a week fan at the location in the woodlands. I use to loooooove this place. Now every time I try it , it seems to have fallen off. It tasted so bland and dry today. We asked for ranch & didn’t get it. It was so tasteless. Like eating water. Never again.
