I wish this was my every day lifestyle. Yet I am content with my once in a month buy from Starbucks. I got the Pistachio Frappuccino customized with 1 banana, 3 pumps of Hazelnut syrup, mocha drizzle, and extra cinnamon powder. The best I could have asked for. This area is very clean, and busy as well. Worth the wait time because the bartenders just know how to follow procedures. Thank you amazing crew!

This Starbucks has the best staff!! Y'all are so nice and understanding once I accidentally grabbed my croissant the wrong way and it fell on the floor and they made me a new one with no hesitation. I do go there multiple times in the week and every time I go it's a pleasant experience the workers are so sweet and today I got a lovely message on my croissant!! ❤️

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. I live closer to another but opt to go here because staff is pleasant and friendly. I don't like the seating arrangement. Its not as inviting.

Standard Starbucks fare. The drinks were excellent, although the food, while tasty, was overpriced and not much to look at. Also, the atmosphere was definitely festive so close to Christmas, but too loud to have any semblance of a reasonable conversation. We may be back, but I suspect our order will be 'to go'.

Nice shop, well presented, but a bit deceptive in terms of service. I placed my order, being the only person in line, but it took them 18 minutes to get my drink. Probably due to mobile phone orders (a great idea), but as a steady stream of people came in to pick up their product, I ended up waiting an unusually long time.

Did a mobile order for 2 drinks sitting in Makenna breakfast tacos parking lot (should have bought a drink there, right?) App said 4-7 minutes. I completely understand it’s not an exact science as far as wait time. Drove from Tapo Canyon to Hwy 118 and First location. When I got there, drinks were not ready and the barista was having a back and forth conversation with what seemed to be a regular, chalk it up to good customer service I suppose, but all the while my drinks have not even begun being made. After their conversation was over was when he told me they would now begin working on my drinks, mind you, I had already been IN STORE for 5+ minutes. Then, when they gave me my drink, it was quite low and full of ice (I ordered light ice) as pictured. After taking it back and asking for it to be remade, the 2nd pic is the remade product. Would it have been so difficult to make that the first time? The mobile ordering is supposed to add convenience for the customer and it absolutely did NOT. 3/13/25: I figure I’ll just use this review as a living journal of the times I get shorted on a drink and/or they incorrectly make it while also giving credit when it goes good because it really isn’t fair to base it off of one visit. 3/14/25: a little better today. Got the light ice correct. I think what bothers me the most is the inconsistency. 3/17/25: drink was exactly what I hope for every time. Gained a star.⭐️⭐️ 3/18/25: the consistency is trending upward. Again, what I’ve hoped for with every drink.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/26/25: not great, but good enough, I suppose. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/31/25: right back to where we started. I’m not understanding how this is acceptable to give to a repeated loyal customer and think we’ll be okay with it. Edit: asked them to remake it, and same date, different drink, and look what they gave me. 04/04/2025: perfection, Starbucks! Perfection! 04/14/2025: just what I’ve come to expect and love! 04/20/2025: loving my drinks lately! They even added little designs on my cup, and believe it or not, it matters and helps. ❤️ 05/17/2025: not a good day.

They need more menu items - like nitro brewed coffee. This is a new Starbucks- it's a shame they don't have this. On the other hand, they do offer cold foam drinks, and a salami and cheese plate.

When the ‘kind’ server told you ‘DID YOU HEAR WHAT I JUST SAID’ in a very rude tone, while asking if they can make my fave drink hot. I guess being a polite customer and a rude server is the ‘norm’ now.

Wouldn't recommend getting any "complicated" expensive cold brew drinks at this location, such as salted caramel cream cold brew. Ordered multiple times and not a single time it was made right. Foam is not prepared correctly, and the cold brew served mixed. Looks nothing and tastes nothing like advertised.

Slowest drive-thru in California!! Was insane waiting behind just one car. Stay away from this one unless you have time to kill
