Such an incredible staff at Starbucks #52208. These individuals are always extremely busy with the most incredible positive energy. Today I was greeted by Emmaus. Absolutely Amazing, Kind & Fabulous. Asked about my day (running errands for Dad) & had my drink ready with a smile. Thank you to All, I appreciate you! Kimberly
I've always had good service here. A few weeks ago we ordered Taylor's Version (A drink promotion with Taylor Swift) and the employee taking the order was so excited. It was adorable! I love to see the enthusiasm!
Excellent service filled with great attitudes and smiles is what you’ll find at this Starbucks location! Lots of room inside and outside too to meet with your friends or colleagues. Whether you walk in or drive through, it seems this team of workers have a sense of urgency to give speedy and friendly service.
Another great visit to Starbucks, the consistency is amazing. I guess you could compare it to a place like McDonald’s or In-N-Out. There’s never an opportunity for the coffee to taste different for the tea to be a different flavor because it’s also consistent which is amazing for a company this large.

This Starbucks is very spacious, very clean, and perfect for working or relaxing. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the drinks and food are consistently good.

It is Starbucks, standard quick service, and good coffee. It is an excellent place to take a break while getting your car serviced across the street at Ken's Quality Automotive Service.
It was mid-day. I wanted a dark roast coffee, but the server said it was late in the day, so Starbucks didn't have any more dark roast coffee brewed. She did offer me a slow drip dark coffee, she was very pleasant and I appreciated her offering me the alternative The coffee was great. I appreciated the coffee so thank you
The staff was courteous and helpful, service was prompt, and the environment was clean and spacious with ample seating. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to improve the comfort of the seating.

My frappuccino was watery. It also was not slushy. Like my drink had been sitting around out in the sun for an hour … though I just got it. Plus they skimped on the whipped cream. Barely any covered the top of my drink. Then I was only one of two people waiting inside for a drink and it took like 5 min … while I overheard a worked “working” while having a personal phone call on a headset. Though have to say, nice clean and shaded outdoor seating. Won’t be stopping back at this location.

I order at this Starbucks every single day since I work at a dealership right down the road. After ordering a drink earlier in the day, I came back to see if I could just get a glass of ice water. They told me that I needed to order something to be able to get a cup of water. I come here every single day… And I can’t get a glass of water without purchasing something else? This place is a freaking joke. I’ll start going somewhere else, coffee bean doesn’t give me such a hassle.
Today in March 18, 2025 we went to go pick up our mobile order this late afternoon for our dealership and we experienced the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of our drinks was accidently ordered wrong, instead of it being a Frappuccino it was ordered as Iced Chai. We asked the Barista if we could change it to a Frappuccino and with her snarky attitude she said yes, but there would be an uncharged and we said that was fine. Then she went on to say with her attitude that she would have to throw the other one away. Well ok, but we didn't need to know that. We get to the window and she's staring at with a horrible look of dislike and like we did something wrong to get but asked to modify a drink. Then I simply asked her how long she worked there and what her name was and is Samantha she replied with the continued horrible customer service she gave us at the speaker and it stayed into her saying she'd been there 7 years and with a response of ignorant entitlement. We've never seen her or her attitude there before and we do plenty of coffee runs for our dealership to the Starbucks down the street from us. We're about customer service and she is not customer service oriented. She needs help with how to treat customers on a daily. I can imagine how she treats the employees around her.
**Scam gift card, warning!**Do not purchase your gift cards at this location. On 12/10 I purchased five $50 gift cards as Christmas gifts. Of the five cards three of them showed up as a zero balance when activated. Very frustrating the store could do absolutely nothing about it. I phoned customer service who were able to give a history of the card use. Two of the cards were actually activated before I even purchased them. The full amount was wiped out about a week after I purchased them,in Corona Del Mar. The third card also activated 12/6, prior to the purchase date and was wiped out in full as well, in Riverside. None of these cards had left my possession as they were Christmas gifts, A case was opened which is under review and I am awaiting their decision. Terrible! As was the customer service. Buy your gift cards elsewhere!! Follow up: Starbucks can’t do anything about it. I have to dispute it with my bank : (
I will take legal actions against this place! I would not recommend going to this Starbucks. Mentally disabled people will be treated really badly and will get kicked out if not ordering anything in five minutes. I have never in my life experienced that you will get kicked out after sitting for five minutes in general before ordering but being obviously mentally disabled and getting kicked out before even having the chance to order anything, is just beyond me. Starbucks always talks about their all inclusive for every gender and every person of color and everyone in general, but that does not look like that!!! Shame on you guys for treating people that obviously need time and help like this.

Every time, I receive a drink that is extremely sweet, and sometimes not even salted. Today was the fourth time they made it wrong, despite the sticker on the cup accurately reflecting what I asked for. I order it the same way at other Starbucks and they do it correctly.
