I was so disappointed 🥺. I went to get my donuts and the place was already closed. They still had a few, but they wouldn't sell them to me. It was around 8:15 pm and they told me they were already packing up, that the remaining donuts weren't for sale. I mentioned that the closing time was 8:30 pm, and they still just told me I could go somewhere else. What a shame, I left feeling sad and without donuts. Although the person who served me was kind, I won't be going back there.

The rating is for the service of the lady at the counter. She was rude. Apparently, she didn't have a good day. If the company has promotions and doesn't like people asking questions, she shouldn't attend. The donuts, as always, were delicious.

The place was clean and the service was good, however, when I asked to use the restroom, they told me "it has bleach." I waited for over 40 minutes and they still wouldn't let me in because "it has bleach and we're going to clean it." Poor service from the staff. 😕

Terrible service from the staff, absolutely terrible. They make a fuss about paying with cards (even debit cards), and they charge at the registers even when you ask them to arrange the items a certain way, even if you've only bought two or three dozen. Seriously, absolutely terrible. It's time to stop shopping at these chains.
