Vine a su sucursal hermana que está atrás de patio Tlalpan. La calidad, el precio y el sabor están exquisitos en ambas sucursales. Los productos si tardan algo en prepararse pero porque son cortados o cocinados al momento. Vale la pena la espera por comer tan rico.

Takeout is great, the service is too slow, the girl is chatting the whole time even though she has 3 grills and only needs 1, the taste is 10/10, but keep in mind that you'll spend 30 to 40 minutes in line.

We've known them for over 7 years and they keep getting better. They're super delicious! I highly recommend the strawberry, cream, and Philadelphia cream cheese one. And the banana, Nutella, and Philadelphia cream cheese one too.

I really like crepes and frappes 🥺 but they never answer my WhatsApp messages. The other day I asked if they were open, they said no, and then when I walked by they were open 🥺 Also, I've asked them many times to grind my frappe really well because I have dental problems and can't chew ice, and they always leave me with big chunks of ice 😭

Mmmm be careful, when the owner is not there the quality drops a lot, long lines, there is no order, missing ingredients and there is no one to take the initiative, I asked for Oaxaca cheese and instead of dining in the cremeroa next door they denied it to me, the owner would not have let that situation pass. People are starting to despair and realize that little by little business is starting to decline, so much so that some people are going to the place across the street although the service also leaves much to be desired, I hope they take the criticism into account, it is for the best, by the way, the girl who stays at the grill even though she doesn't say anything, you can see that she doesn't enjoy her job, if something is not for you, it is not for you 🤷🏻‍♂️

Es una lástima. Son crepas deliciosas y de buena calidad pero siempre tienen a niños jugando a que atienden. Bien podrían contratar a gente con experiencia para agilizar, he tardado 40 minutos formada y cada quién anda en su nube. Incluso opté por pedir por whats para recoger, me dijeron que estaría mi pedido en 10 mins, y cuando llegué (15 mins después) todavía tuve que esperar 20 mins más. Es un negocio que crece y por ende deberían darle la seriedad y respeto al tiempo de los clientes.

La comida, las porciones y el precio es buena, el problema es que tiene pésimos empleados tardan mucho en realizar un pedido, también me a tocado varias veces que se equivocan y hacen mal mi pedido, espero que mejores este tipo de disgusto, fuera de eso no hay más problema

El tiempo de espera es de hasta 1 hora o más con solo 5 personas en la fila... hay empleados atendiendo y todavía te responden como si te hicieran un favor. La calidad de las crepas ha bajado ya que dan menos fruta y en ocasiones están crudas...

It's a nice place, very clean, and the service is good. However, it's very slow. Even though there are three people working, it takes them far too long to serve you. I waited 15 minutes to be served, and that wasn't even that busy. If they improved that aspect, it would be a 5-star place.

Aunque hagas fila, te atienden hasta que se les da la gana. Ni si quiera se toman el tiempo de reconocer que llegaste . Te sientes como fantasma por qué ni te voltean a ver . Me retire después de que una persona se metió a la fila e hizo un pedido , el cual ellos empezaron a preparar de inmediatamente. Hay 5 personas preparando una crepa , deberías de usar el tiempo más eficiente.

Pésimo servicio! No atendieron a una pareja de chicos se veían súper incómodos esperando y hasta que les hicieron mala cara un chica! De hecho nosotros llegamos y a ellos los ignoraron por eso lo noté.

El establecimiento tiene pésima organización e higiene, se tardan en dar los alimentos. No vuelvo a ir.

Donde le puedo poner -1? Estuve formado por más de 2 horas y noté el mal trato a los empleados por parte de la parrillera, hace caras y no se sabe ni lo que viene en cada crepa del menú.

Pésimo servicio, te ignoran y te dejan ahí esperando, uno por educación entiende que estén ocupados y se espera, pero que de tiro te ignoren y pongan caras, mejor evitense el mal rato.

Hijole......nadie está en contra del crecimiento profesional de las personas y negocios, pero si van a expandirse deberían de capacitar mejor a su personal que dejarán a cargo, cada vez es más lento el servicio 🙄, no hay buena organización del personal a cargo, los clientes ya lo hemos notado y ps también tenemos un límite de paciencia, ojalá puedan mejorar para que su personal sea más movido. Exigirles rapidez no está peleado con la calidad y eso lo vimos con la misma dueña, los clientes nos desesperamos y lamentablemente buscamos otra cosa para no perder tiempo (vaya que es bastante la espera en el local y a domicilio 😮‍💨)
