I loved the food, everything we ordered was delicious, especially the boneless and the hamburger, the staff was very attentive and friendly, although my only complaint was the watermelon enchilada drink, they didn't mix it well and the large grains of salt were left at the bottom and the drink tasted very salty in the end.

It's the first time we come and the truth is that the food is delicious, we ordered wings with garlic and parmesan, they are creamy, small and have a delicious flavor, the boneless ones are large and tangy because we ordered bbq, uff the beef hamburger meat, juicy, well seasoned, delicious, the drinks are also delicious, the only thing that happened to us is that it took a long time to bring the food, and there weren't many people :( the music was good, they really have a good atmosphere, the bathrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. I would come back maybe, just because of the wait time.

The food was good, but the service was bad. They took a long time to bring our orders, they made mistakes or they would ask us 20 minutes later what we had ordered when we were only three tables. The seats were very uncomfortable, not even a mattress to rest well, outdated music was playing all of a sudden, the menu was hard to see (they should put it in a more striking color so you could read it), and in my opinion they should add pizzas and also lemonades.

Es lamentable ver que yo y mi familia asistimos a este lugar desde que se abrió, eramos clientes muy frecuentes, siempre fuimos muy generosos con las propinas por el buen servicio que se ofrecía hasta el día de hoy, pensabamos festejar con ellos este 14 de febrero, desde que se levanto pedido super tardado, nunca nos llego nuestro pedido, decisimos mejor retirarnos del lugar despues de mas de una hora de espera, desde que se cambio al personal actual especialmente las meseras nada empaticas, te tuercen la boca, que lastima ver que por fin se están aclientando y desperdicien un lugar tan bonito con ese personal actual tan nefasto, por nuestra parte nos perdieron como clientes mientras siga ese mismo personal, ojalá mi comentario llegue al dueño del lugar y tome cartas en el asunto, no dejen que este personal actual arruine lo que tanto les costó levantar, los anteriores personales mis respetos! 👏🏻

More than half an hour for drinks, I ordered a mojito and I never tasted the rum, my wife ordered a cantarito, it took more than 40 minutes to arrive and it didn't have any alcohol. The place is nice but the food, snacks, or drinks are terrible.

Terrible service, we made a reservation at 8:30 pm and ordered a mixed appetizer, where they didn't even give us sauce (when the menu said it was included), so they told us they only had a "Tabasco" sauce that tasted horrible like pure vinegar since it was spoiled and also I asked for lemons and they gave me two slices saying "but they do have juice." We waited for the hamburgers we ordered until 12:00 at night and they didn't arrive, we waited MORE THAN THREE HOURS, also the drinks that had shrimp were not served "apparently because the kitchen was very full" the truth is very bad service, I have never had such an unpleasant experience
