Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent :3
The staff is polite and friendly. The food is fine and tasty. The only thing is, I ordered baked rolls, which usually means they're supposed to be warm and freshly made, but they were cold. I think they were pre-prepared and refrigerated. The grated carrots they added to the rolls also didn't look fresh, but rather refrigerated. But overall, it didn't affect the taste of the food. 👍🏼

I highly recommend eating at and visiting the Forum Tlaquepaque branch. The service is a 10/10; they are very friendly and provide excellent service, along with great recommendations. 👌🏼 And the prices are fantastic, very affordable.

Everyone was very attentive. Congratulations on the food. For me, it was missing flavor. I had already tried this soup elsewhere and it didn't taste the same, but everything else was good. Thank you.
I was truly disappointed with the way I was treated. I politely asked the young man a question about sushi, and he answered me in a rude manner and even threw my dish at me as I received it. (If you're going to act like that, you shouldn't work in customer service.)
If I could give it fewer stars than zero, I would. Terrible customer service... The food isn't worth the price, the sushi is very basic. It's no different from the bad stuff they sell downtown.
It took 30 minutes to deliver a dish. If it were freshly prepared, there wouldn't be a problem waiting, but they handed me a crispy yakimeshi that was all cold, and the rice was super greasy. Overall, everything was cold and tasteless.
I ordered a classic breaded chicken and a side dish. The food arrived within 30 minutes, which explains why they're so quiet. The service was terrible. I was served by a tall, older woman, and then a young man took my payment. The woman spoke to me rudely, as if she didn't want to serve me or explain the menu. It's not the first time this has happened, but after this last experience, I definitely won't be buying from this place again. I don't recommend it.
Terrible service, slow and slow. I waited over 25 minutes for the surimi roll, and it had zero surimi in it, just some super thin strips. It wasn't the whole cubed surimi you usually get elsewhere, and the Manchego cheese was practically nonexistent. Plus, it was expensive for something that didn't even have the right amount of protein.
The food is very good, but the wait time and the cashier's attitude leave much to be desired.
We ordered food here because there was no line compared to other places, but we waited 45 minutes for a classic sushi and a water… SERIOUSLY!!! Now I understand why it was empty.
