We ordered a pizza exactly as shown on their outdoor sign: "Jumbo pizza, 3 toppings," but it turns out it's only two and they haven't updated it. I asked the waitress why they didn't update the information, and she responded very indifferently, "It's not my business." The pizza was very good, but the employee Erika from the south-central branch gave me a different pizza than the one I ordered. I accepted it, but I mentioned that I hadn't ordered it, and she replied arrogantly that it wasn't true. This kind of behavior can damage the image of your product.

They have a promotion accepting Edenred Ticket restaurant voucher cards, and they're angry that they don't accept them at any branch. Bad behavior from the 28-year-old brunette woman, as well as the 36-year-old pizza man with glasses. Instead of investigating and verifying information, they say not accepting cards means expanding their clientele, or they don't declare their customers. The pizzas are good, but expensive and very small. Same price as the thin Domino's. So, let's keep eating pizza wherever cards are accepted.

Terrible experience. The guy who served us was rude, constantly on his phone, and even made faces when we politely asked for napkins. Disgusting service and the pizza was awful. They should fire him; he's incredibly rude.

These are the worst pizzas ever. I don't know if it's even pizza or just a wafer, they're so thin and awful. And the attitude of the person serving them is terrible.

The pizza is edible but I didn't know if I was eating a pizza or a toast, it was doughy and tasted raw, it cost 100 pesos but it was very disappointing

Really bad pizza! Expensive, too much dough, very little cheese and few toppings, they barely put any pizza sauce on it... I'd rather get a FUD from Oxxo. Not recommended at all unless you're craving a triangular piece of cooked dough....

The old lady serving us seems to be doing us a favor, reluctantly and unkindly. I felt robbed by the poor ingredients on the pizza. The flavor is acceptable, but I wouldn't recommend it. I also asked for a soda and they gave me another one because they had already finished the other one, so why the hell did they offer it to me?
