As always, excellent. The service is good, although sometimes they get overwhelmed. They need the hostess to be on standby because sometimes there's no one there, and when you sit down, it takes a while to get served until they notice you. Other than that, everything is great. There's Wi-Fi, the food doesn't take long—I go for the biscuits! They're delicious!
They served us as a group and were very kind to us, simple but delicious. I love that they sell Disney stuff there.
As i was expected. Will come back in my next visit .

Great staff, but very expensive.
The place is nice, and the staff was quick at first. However, the food took about an hour to arrive, even though we went on a normal day and it wasn't very busy. In comparison, at another restaurant in the same franchise, there were even more customers, and our food was delivered in about 20 minutes. I think this is an area they could improve to offer a better experience.
We were served very quickly, but the young woman seemed annoyed and rushed, even pressuring us to order something we didn't want. The food was nothing special.
The facility needs proper maintenance immediately
The place is nice and clean, the service is attentive and friendly. My pasta was delicious, but my grandmother's chicken breast dish was awful, tough and flavorless. She almost left them all, and the presentation of her dish left much to be desired, unappetizing. The second time we went, my soup and wings were delicious as always, but the holiday dishes, like the turkey and romeritos, were horrible. I hope Vips improves their food and presentation.
Good service...
Typical VIP with sub par food compare to almost any restaurant around. It's pricey and the flavor is just not great. Tastes mostly like hospital food lol.
