Busy place in the historical side of Toledo. A lot of tourists. You can enjoy the meal on the outside terrace with a view to a mini plaza. In a rainy day like today, there are a lot of souvenir shops nearby and very close is a bus station.

You can depend on Burger King if you want american food, no matter what country. In this case it was most appropriate for a quick snack in an open square, table outdoors, hi-fi available, and restrooms were clean.

Nice food, but the stuff was really forgetful...they didn't give us our full meal.

None of the workers spoke english which was quite difficult for tourist like me to communicate with them

Food was as expected. There was leftover trash from diners on almost every table. I have been to other fast food places in Spain but never seen this much trash. Bathroom floors were also wet and smelled bad, toilet paper scattered around. I ordered food to use the bathroom but would not do it again.

Inattentive staff, pop machine out of most flavors, no napkins, no large cup lids, no toilet paper, men's bathroom locked and not available. Pretty pitiful overall.

traumatic experience, waited 40 mins for fries, there was no water in the bathroom, smells awful.

You need to wait in the queue for years. Only 1 cashier is working even though there are many people waiting. They could have just get the order and then people would wait for their order with their receipt. Servicio horrible!

Super slow service for a fast food place. Stale bread. Could not use bathroom to simply wash my hands after eating as I needed my ticket which I threw in the bin with the rest of my food. Also not a clean seating environment.

They lack people at work , I mean like there are a total of 2 people In their kitchen and idk why they hesitate to appoint more people in the shop

The worse king burger I ever had. Toilets are miserable service poor and the setting inside and outside very dirty. I suggest for burger king to close the shop.

The worst BK i’ve been in. The only thing that was ok, was probably the tea - which of course has no relation to the BK at all.

I have ordered whopper menu, it was including fries but when they prepared i asked them that there should be fries included because i have choosen menu. They said insitingly that there is no fries included and made me make another orde and In addition i needed to wait until they prepare.

Just like any other Burger King except that the girl whose name is Milay Alejandra (9 May, 5:28 pm) did not give me French fries with my combo. And when I noticed the lack of it, she insisted that she gave it to me. Disappointing.

I was bored so much, that I started to count times of the process: ~15s to put on a sticker, ~19s to click a button on the cash register, ~17s to put a meat in a burger... Two guys worked and the third was just waiting to grab it and put on the tray... As a fan of Burger King in Czech, I died inside while watching them...

I was bored so much, that I started to count times of the process: ~15s to put on a sticker, ~19s to click a button on the cash register, ~17s to put a meat in a burger... The worst Burger King i ever been to. I had a whopper and a cheeseburger and both were cold, like really cold, I'm not sure if the patty even saw the grill and I'm afraid of getting salmonella, so i just took a bite and left it. Next to it is a McDonald's, GO THERE!

Ok guys, be real. This is probably the worst possible Burger King I’ve been to. There were only 4 people and they were literally trampling the food. There was no one to clean the table and the upstairs had no breathable air: it smelt like oil. There was only one toilet with no soap or toilet paper. Guys, pls close down, you would do everyone a favour.

This place was FILTHY! There was trash everywhere and there was NO toiletpaper in any of the toilets. The toilets were also overflowing with trash and there was something on the walls. I went and told the employees that there wasn’t any toilet paper and NO one spoke english…Also almost all of the ordering machines were broken so the ordering was slow and there was a big line. The food was cold and the fries were soggy and unsalted. Including the long wait time of 40minutes for some fries. I’m SO dissapointed in this Burger King’s employees and service. NOT coming here again!!

We where staying at the hotel behind burger king and it really seems like they never ever clean up! So much garbage on the floor and everywhere around the tables at their terrace. its so disgusting. Just pi gs working there. A pitty that BK is allowed to be on this square. It degrades it very much

My wife was standing in line to use the bathroom and there was a very rude employee yelling that you had to show your ticket to stand in line. I was placing the order and did not have the ticket yet. When I had the ticket for my purchase she got back in line but there was one toilet working for men and women. When she it was her turn the bathroom was very duty and had no toilet paper.
