I think this cafe is a "safe place," meaning it's the old reliable place to go when you want to go somewhere for breakfast but don't have anything special in mind. The food maintains its flavor, always tasting the same, and that's appreciated since you're never unpleasantly surprised. The food and drinks are good; they offer the quality you pay for. I find their chai tea delicious, as is their salsa for chilaquiles and enchiladas. The only downside is that they should hire more waitstaff; their waitresses are always super busy, and there don't seem to be enough to provide quality service. They should also pay a little more attention to cleaning the place; it always looks unkempt.

The place was crowded and nice. The food was delicious and served hot at very affordable prices. The only thing is that they were out of bread for the tapas, and that's half the breakfast menu. Just be careful with that and make sure your furry four-legged friends really tolerate each other. Otherwise, it's uncomfortable if they fight on one side of your table.

The place is well located, the concept is nice. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful, and the portions are generous. I loved that they have a heater, which is appreciated by those unfamiliar with the climate. I visited with some friends, and we had a great time.

Overall, the place is fine; the price-to-portion ratio is good—not expensive, but not cheap either. The food tastes good, but what I didn't like was that they served my coffee in a "to-go" cup when I ordered it there, and their explanation was that they were short on cups. The girl who served us was very friendly.

This place offers breakfast packages with a decent price-performance ratio. The food is adequate, with no major surprises, but the one thing I find unacceptable is the lack of a refillable Americano coffee. The staff is friendly and attentive, which adds to the experience, and the location is convenient.

I was very disappointed with True Coffee. Before, the food and staff service was good. I ordered the cheesecake to go, which costs $90 or so, and it seems like it was given to me for free. The strawberries were in bad condition. I went back to complain, but the staff didn't even offer an apology. I think the staff should be more qualified and not put this type of product in bad condition. They should take care of the health of us, their customers! I can't imagine what the internal process in the kitchen is like.

Never had a problem before until today, we choose to sit outside and have some coffee, but 20 minutes later no one showed, my husband went to the register and they told him they couldn’t take care of us because they were in the middle of changing turns and we decided to leave and she just said okay have a good afternoon
