Atención, lugar y ambiente 100 recomendable, comida deliciosa productos frescos y bebida exquisita
Excelente lugar! Calidad, servicio y atención magnífico. Recomendable ampliamente!!!
Muy rica y llenadora la comida, todos muy amables desde la entrada hasta la salida.
Nos encanta el lugar! Siempre es muy agradable el ambiente, música tranquila, las bebidas siempre muy ricas!
You arrive at the restaurant that catches your eye in downtown Toluca, but having been disappointed by several others, you enter with some trepidation. But Justo is a gem! No fancy menu, just super delicious food. The service makes you feel comfortable, and the prices are excellent. 1. Velvet Claus (semi-sweet cocoa, delicious milk) 2. We continued fishing and had a very good macadamia nut latte. 3. Casserole of tender eggs, onion base, ham, peppers, topped with Manchego cheese, natural juice, and a very tasty Oaxacan coffee made with beans. It's so nice to find places where flavor, presentation, and excellent service are paramount. Thank you so much for all the attention, especially to the manager. Congratulations!
Super
I liked the place! I found the food very tasty and the price-quality ratio was excellent. I went for breakfast with my family, and they give you coffee, juice, or fruit, and the main course. The portions are well-sized, and the place is very pleasant because it's like a garden. The light craft beer (a Pilsner) is delicious. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the service is quite slow. If you're in a hurry, it's better to go elsewhere. I understand that it takes time to prepare, especially if you have a large table and the place is busy. But if you have plenty of time, I definitely recommend it. The servers are friendly, and there's live music on weekends. The place doesn't have parking, but there are several nearby.
The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. They really need to improve their customer service. The young man who served me took forever. He refused to give me milk or coffee. I paid the bill in cash, including the tip; the guy didn't even notice and followed me outside asking if I wanted to leave a tip—which was incredibly rude. Firstly, because I had already left one, and secondly, because if a customer doesn't leave a tip, you don't chase them. That's harassment.
The soup was very delicious, and the stew (steak tips with pasilla sauce) was more like potatoes with onions and pasilla sauce. The service leaves much to be desired, and perhaps because it's a bar-restaurant, they need to quickly resolve some menu issues when they run out of time. For me, the fish fillet lacked a little cooking and salt. For me, the chicken Milanese was from a previous day and tasted a bit sour. The atmosphere, however, is very pleasant.
It was my first time at the restaurant. I ordered the $95 breakfast, which includes chilaquiles, fruit, coffee, and juice. The portions are very small, but they get you through the day. I understand that they have to do some sales work, but they almost force you to buy sweet bread, which obviously costs extra. The service was good.
I went with my mom for breakfast and we ordered chilaquiles with milanesa, however they were awful. They barely had any salsa and the milanesa was tough. I really don't recommend it ☹️ and the service was just okay, they need to improve...
We went on a Saturday and the place was empty. It looks attractive from the outside. The mixed grill wasn't very good, because the chicken breast was overcooked and tough. The other meats weren't seasoned. The orange juice wasn't good. You could already taste the orange as it was starting to spoil. It's not worth the price. The waiters are friendly. The bathroom is clean.
The atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant thanks to the live music. However, the food leaves much to be desired (I received a stale bread that clearly looked like it had been sitting for days), the wait is over 40 minutes, and the service is slow and inattentive. The staff is quite small, leading to arguments among them due to their disorganization. Similarly, the waiters make unnecessary comments about tips, specifically calling customers "cheap dogs."
Food wasn't that good, and the server charged us more than we asked for and ignored us, we had to call the server many times. She had an attitude. $135 pesos for a very poor quality burger. You can get much better on the street for $45 pesos. Would not recommend this place. It's expensive and poor quality food and service.
The place is very nice, especially because of its location, on a calm day you can sit outside and appreciate the passing of people as the street is small and not too noisy... But the service is ultra slow, they are overwhelmed and there's only one or two waiters. The food is ok but the servings are not that large compared to the price. Finally, there wasn't water in the WC when I was there so they put buckets outside each restroom for the visitors to use. Really not recommended which is a shame
I went yesterday for the first time and what a disappointment! We ordered habanero wings and fries, and they were awful! The wings were boiled and frozen because they had chunks of ice in them, the sauce was super sweet and not spicy at all. The fries were raw. The service was okay, but when it came time to pay, they demanded a tip. It was a huge disappointment. I won't be back.
Terrible service! We arrived and it took them a while to get us in. Upon entering, the waiter didn't tell me the dish I wanted was out until another girl came to take our order. That's why I came in. It took them a while to take our order and almost an hour to bring the food. We figured it would at least be worth the wait. The dishes were super cold, my enchiladas Suizas had no sauce, the tortillas were hard because they weren't properly fried, there was hardly any cheese, and zero flavor! I asked for them to be reheated, but they returned them with the sauce dried out from the microwave. When we complained, they told us they'd give us a discount if we came back, meaning they still wanted us to come back when it was terrible. During our stay, I called the waiters, and they looked away as if they hadn't seen me. What was really delicious was the Cempasuchil latte. For a good meal, I'd definitely go somewhere else.
I decided to go for the first time and I'll never go back. I arrived at the opening and was served my food 1 hour and 40 minutes late. I stopped about 4 times, and first... The girl at the entrance told me I was being a bit late, saying it was 10 to 15 minutes because they were just opening... To which I said yes, but no, almost two hours. Then a waitress replied that my order had come in at 10:30. I told her it was impossible because by the time I got up it was 10:25 and we'd been there since 9:30. She then argued that it was my waiter's fault, to which I stated that I wasn't interested, that I just wanted my food because I had a 1.5-year-old baby with me and she was already fussy. Finally, the food arrived except for my baby's and one other diner's. Already annoyed, we ordered it again. It took another 20 minutes because they hadn't written it down. The fruit and juices didn't arrive until we were about to pay, and the children's menu items arrived last after asking for them like three times... The baby was completely desperate. The waitress was super rude, saying it wasn't her fault. One of the waiters was friendly, the other talked to us about things and told us if we didn't, then we should leave. Everything was terrible... Save yourself the trouble, there are better places that care about their guests.
Terrible service. We ordered chilaquiles without sour cream, and they gave us a bad one. They wouldn't give us any more coffee and changed the flavor of the juice. We ordered chilaquiles with cured meat, and they didn't even bring any cured meat. Another companion was given a red instead of a green one. And the waiter's attitude was very much to be desired. The only thing that stands out was the live music; otherwise, I wouldn't return.
