It's a quiet place, the pizzas are delicious, but the place is a bit dirty. If you're hungry, a couple of slices of Hawaiian and shrimp pizza are great.

The last time we went, the seafood came out all browned and tasteless. The quality of their food has declined. The pizza is still good, but they don't clean often and it's dirty.

This location has definitely lost a lot of quality. I ordered some empanadas and shrimp cocktail, and they weren't entirely clean; you could see a black streak of dirt on the shrimp. The pizza looks like they only threw away the pieces of ham and cheese. Compared to the Plaza las Américas location, this one leaves a lot to be desired this time.

I ordered two shrimp burgers, and they sent one shrimp burger and one beef burger. I went straight to the branch, and they told me they hadn't sent anything and that the beef burger was from yesterday. Terrible service.

The cashier had a terrible attitude. I asked for a phone order for pickup because I was in a hurry, and she refused, saying she could prepare the order when I arrived. Very rude!

I just made a call to order a pizza for delivery. The lady who helped me was super awful, let me explain: I called first to order a large $550 pizza for delivery. The lady asked me for my address and everything. At no point did she deny me delivery. Later, I changed my order from a large pizza to a medium $320 pizza. The lady changed and took my order, but now she told me that they only deliver for orders over $600 pesos. I asked, "So if I order the large $550 pizza, will you deliver that to me?" And she did everything she could to say yes, knowing that she was contradicting herself by having told me that they only deliver for orders over $600 pesos. Finally, and to my annoyance, I told her I didn't want anything anymore and that she's a very bad salesperson. And, not surprisingly, she hung up on me. I hope the Ciros chain sees this, because they have a terrible employee who treats customers badly and, above all, makes them lose money.

The order taker is incredibly rude. She gets angry when you ask for yellow sauce and says the pizza only has ketchup and mustard, and that everything else isn't included. She's then told to charge for the sauces, and she rolls her eyes. Terrible service, always making faces and very rude.
