I had a really good experience here today. This was my first time trying a pizza here. The lady was very nice & helpful when I ordered. Walking in to pick up my pizza brought back fond memories of growing up on the East Coast. She even gave me napkins & plates to go without my asking, great customer service! I would have posted pics but it smelled so good, me & my son ate it in the car lol! It has a really delicious crust, sauce, quality meat & cheese! Please try this place.

Tried this pizza once and I was hooked. My kids will never eat a pizza crust but they love the crunchy edges of a deep dish. Met the owner and he's super down to earth and super friendly. We need more businesses like this. Anyway try the Jet 10. A+

My favorite pizza straight outta my hometown Detroit. I love the small Hawaiian with onions, extra cheese, Detroit style with ranch. It's worth the drive from Katy to Tomball since we still don't have one out this way. Always good customer service. When I went last weekend. The team worked together to get orders and people out quickly utilizing social distancing and requiring masks and only so many customers inside at a time. It is small, so call in order first to avoid a line and enjoy.

This was the first time I have ever had Jets Pizza! It was absolutely fabulous! I got the Detroit style veggie with the turbo crust. It was so good! Their legendary ranch did not disappoint! They even keep it refrigerated until you pick it up. The young man who processed my order when I picked up was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Jets. !

This hidden gem has great crunchy thick crust Detroit style pizza. I loved the crunch in every bite plenty of sauce and toppings. It felt like I was eating a meal instead of just a slice of pizza. They also have other items on the menu, including wings. We tried the cheesy garlic sticks , which were also just as good. The cashier made the ordering and checkout process very smooth. Gave suggestions and very accommodating.

We ordered about $80 worth of pizza. I highly recommend the 4 or 8 corners with sausage and extra cheese. While we were there I was speaking with the owner and we a great gentleman to talk to about his business. The food was hot and fantastic. 5 stars. Then out of the blue the owner gave us a Cookie on the house. I will visit again.

the BEST pizza I've had outside of NEPA! had a client mentioned this pizza and now my husband is hooked. ordered it for a teen dinner at church and everyone loved it so much they ordered it again two nights later for a different event! you won't be disappointed

We passed by there one day to try them and been back every since, now we have a different good pizza place to eat.

Ordered the pizza via UberEats and it was hot and delicious. We loved the Detroit style. 8 corners was more than enough for two people. Looking forward to ordering again.

It was about $34.00 for this pizza, but it is delicious. I recommend trying the Detroit style pizza at least once.

We thought, “maybe a new worker “, not a problem. Today again the sides and corners where without cheese or ingredients. We paid almost $25 for the 8 corners, so we expect cheese and ingredients all over like they used to do. Disappointed today! PS: The manager called me to apologize for the problem. She credited the money to my account and offered to make my next pizza herself! I appreciate her efforts and accepted her apologies. So, I’m changing my reviews to 4 starts instead of two. Happy to see that some companies still respect the costumer!

Jets has been one of my favorite places to get pizza from, but I can only get it rarely since it's usually too far away from me; so once or twice a year at best. On their website and boxes, they advertise freshly sliced veggies in-house, so I thought that I might order pepperoni and mushroom cause you can't beat the basics. Two words - canned. mushrooms. I don't know about y'all, but there's a very different flavor and texture profile with canned mushrooms vs fresh cut ones, and boy did that ruin my pizza. I suppose I've never had anything other than the all-meat pizza at Jets before because let me tell you, canned mushrooms on this type of pizza is.... not great, to say the least. Eugh. Maybe this is a franchise thing, maybe it isnt; but canned mushrooms on pizza is a crime. Their texture and flavor takes away from how good a Jets crust can be and becomes the pinnacle of "ew" instead of "ooooh that's good". The other items I ordered were okay enough, the cookie was a bit overbaked but I suppose that's more of a matter of preference. The delivery driver was helpful and kind though, so at least that's a plus.

Today was my third time ordering from Jet’s. In general, they make a decent pie. I’m generally a fan of their deep dish, but my family prefers thin. Two out of three experiences were good but today’s was pretty bad and they offered no real customer service to mitigate the bad experience. I ordered a large pizza and had to call when it was 30mins later than their expected delivery time and still no pizza. They took a few minutes called the driver and determined that my pizza was a few minutes away. I get the pizza and it’s not even remotely warm. I am disappointed that the restaurant did not even try to correct the issue other than explain that the pizza would be at my house soon. I can only guess how long the pizza was riding in the car for it to be completely cold when delivered. How do you still deliver the pizza with good conscience and you can feel the box has no warmth? I may return and give carry out an opportunity to redeem, but I can’t imagine ordering delivery again knowing that it’s a dice roll for me receiving a hot pizza in a timely manner.

I been to this jets location four times already, they take forever. I wait about 35 minutes for my two item order, and all 4 times i wait at least 30 minutes. Their food is good, the staff is averagely friendly, the wait is very very long. 2/4 times i been there, at least two other customers were upset for waiting a long time for their orders as well. One time, my order was sitting in the warming cabinet for 13 minutes before they handed me my order. I still recommend them, cause I understand people & restaurants have bad days, and I’m open minded & understanding but cmon. Y’all need to fix the wait time before y’all have to shut down this location cause most of the customers stop going to this location because of the wait time.

What I witnessed in the kitchen was utter chaos and there was definitely plenty of staff to handle the orders. This happens almost every time I order from them. This is my last time at this location. I've had enough.

Last Tuesday night, I visited the Jet's pizza place. I ordered a pepperoni 8 corner pizza at the restaurant. The pizza was okay, but lacked any flavor. The Detroit pizza dough tasted mushy and the dough felt chewy in some areas of the pizza. However, this average quality pizza is not the focus of my review. I observed a young man struggle to transport hot pizzas into the pizza thermal bag. He dropped one pizza and slightly burned his fingers. He spilled pizza sauce on the floors. The location has two young ladies working at the location. The on-shift manager has left earlier than her expected shift. The young ladies mopped the floors throughout the night until the store closed. They proceeded to blame the young man for his mistake even though the young man started this week. I have operated a pizza store 10 years ago, and in my view, the manager's lack of supervision is the cause. When I received the pizza, I felt bad for the young man, who left the restaurant after his delivery shift ended. In addition, a pizza restaurant shouldn't have two young ladies acting as the manager. This incident represents a lack of proper supervision. I would not encourage any high school students to work at this location.

I sure hope this isn't the beginning of a slide downhill. Order was 30 minutes late from expected delivery and luke warm, think high school pizza. It looked thrown together. When I called in, person said they only had one driver. Okay? Why didn't you account for that and start a pizza closer to when he could deliver? Why did you not offer to remake a pizza so I could get it fresh and hot. I never had this before, but was sad at not only the food but the lack of quality service. Did they hire Pizza Hut employees???

I am so disappointed with this trip to Jets pizza. The pizza was over cooked and I had ordered extra cheese. When I arrived and paid I was told the pizza was coming out of the oven now. As I watched them removed orders from the oven, I notice a pizza sitting back waiting to be packed up. About 5 minutes later they pulled that pizza up and added jalapeños to the top of that pizza that had been sitting for at least 5 minutes. It was packed up and they called my name, I was so disappointed at that point. I asked the person if this was the pizza that was sitting there and she said no. "Lie" I then asked if it has the extra cheese she said yes you just can't see it. " lie" I have order countless pizzas from this jets in Tomball for my company functions and my home. This pizza was horrible "CCs pizza " quality.

Ordered take out and waited for my pizza. We read great reviews of this location. I sat there 30 minutes when one lady said oh I think this might be yours. No one told me my pizza was ready. I was the only person there! We ordered thin crust with several toppings plus pepperoni & hamburger. Got home & discovered the pizza toppings were sparse with tiny slivers of onion, mushrooms bell pepper. We located 4 pieces of hamburger. Worse, the crush tasted like cardboard. Wasted $26.00

I asked them several times if they delivered to me before I ordered. 2x before paying and once after. And they still said they delivered to my address. I ordered at 6:15, it’s 6:55pm. Instead of making my family dinner, like I was originally going to, I planned on the pizza arriving. All for them to call me, and tell me to either pick it up (which I can’t, I have small children, and it’s been a bitter cold snowstorm the past 2 days) or I could get a refund of $50!!!!! that would take FIVE DAYS! That was my last bit of spending money before getting paid again. So not only did I not get to feed my children , but I’m short money that I needed to keep. Thanks a lot. 👎🏾

The pizza is great, however last night was probably the WORST experience I’ve had with Jets. I typically do wait well over an hour for my pizza to be delivered, however last night I waited over 2 and a half hours for my pizza. We had to call 2-3 times to figure out when it would get to us. The girl told us it was on its way all 3 phone calls. She also charged us for ranch, and on the last phone call I asked if I could have an extra ranch for the inconvenience, which I heard her tell the driver to grab an extra ranch before he finally left about 15 mins before their closing time, didn’t ask for a refund and I wasn’t rude at all. Which I do feel we deserve a full refund for this horrible experience.. When it FINALLY arrived there was only one ranch in the bag. Telling me that if I hadn’t asked for the ranch on the last phone call, I wouldn’t have even received the one I PAID FOR. I am extremely displeased with the lack of customer service, and the location I ordered from is literally 10 mins away from me. This is embarrassing on their part and I will never order from here again.

This review is based on the disgusting imitation of a supreme pizza I ordered and attempted to digest this past Thursday evening, 10/22/2023. First off, they no longer make medium sized pizzas?! Secondly, if I wanted to talk to a "robot", I would call some government office. Thirdly, who is Eugene and why are y'all naming a pizza with the weirdest combo of ingredients on it after said unknown person?!! That supreme pizza was disgusting, the dough was barely cooked(I cooked the pizza another thirty minutes in my home oven)! And why in the heck would y'all fix something that wasn't broken? Did you all get new management at the top? Did anyone do any test marketing to verify that this supposedly supreme pizza was even any good, much less edible? And if you test marketed this particular product in California, well, that says it all! I will NEVER buy another pizza, of any kind from Jet's ever again! I paid forty dollars for two large pizzas, with only one of the two being tasty and digestible. Thanks for letting me vent my frustrations.

Jet’s has lost the spot as my favorite pizza. We used to love to get the 8 corner turbo crust double BOLD cupping pepperoni (they used have the regular boring pepperoni but we liked the bold). Our only lament used to be that there was no place to sit and eat your pizza. We are Cypress and can’t get home with the pizza still hot. But then they got rid of the cupping pepperoni. Or that’s what the person who made the pizza said was the reason for the regular non cupping pepperoni on the pizza. So they either lied or Jet’s got rid of the Detroit style pepperoni. Either way, it’s bad news for the pizza quality.

Served raw wings, the manager argued that there was no way. Once she saw the picture she agreed it was weird and maybe raw but then refused to fix the situation was rude and didn’t take accountability. They also didn’t send the ranch x3 or the 2 Liter Coke that I paid for.

I did try this place for the first time last night and used the online portal to place my order. It was easy to guide through and easy to place. After going to pick up my order, Mrs Bre, assisted me with the pick up. She was really nice and informative. I got the pizza home and started to try their new Ultimate Pepperoni. It was good for the most part however about 45 mins after eating it I started to feel really off. I threw away the pizza and spent the next hour in the bathroom. Then the following morning (12/4/25) I was again in the bathroom. I would definitely have QC check the ingredients as well as the quality and from my side offer caution to eating here as you may end up in the same boat I have. Over all the service was great and the atmosphere was good. However due to the pizza and what took place after I would say eat at another pizza place if youre hungry.
