Per chiunque ami le "ciccionate" è praticamente il paradiso, con possibilità di personalizzazione del ripieno di di ciambelle, brioches, croissants... Carino anche il locale, ovviamente la sera piuttosto affollato. Consigliatissimo!

We tried this place for something different. The products are top-notch, excellent and delicious. The bathroom is also nice and very clean. One downside that makes this place deserve 4 out of 5 stars is the slowness in taking orders and serving them, even when the restaurant isn't packed.

Siamo capitati in questo posto solo una volta e di sera. I prezzi esposti non corrispondono alla realtà nel senso che aggiungono una maggiorazione la sera e non c'è scritto da nessuna parte. Brioches buone....la panna montata a planetaria quindi più "spessa" onestamente non mi ha fatto impazzire. Il locale lascia un po' a desiderare. Quando siamo passati noi c'erano due signori che onestamente a gestire tt non riuscivano molto. Una coppia aveva richiesto un caffè d'orzo...peccato che l'orzo era terminato xó è stato pagato.

Uno dei punti di riferimento a Torino 📍sicuramente se si voglia partecipare a uno sgarro con qualcosa di davvero stravolgente! Inutile elencare le molteplici scelte di tutti i caffè ☕️ 💯 rivisitati con i nomi più fantasiosi legati alla città partenopea. Servizio al tavolo assente in quanto si il segnaposto che vibra quando l’ordine è pronto da poter ritirare il bancone. Ambiente sicuramente migliorabile ☺️😉

mmm... un bar pasticceria. é sempre affollato xché sempre aperto. tavolini fuori sul marciapiede di corso vercelli, ma dentro é un pó tanto malandato. va bene per prendersi un caffe al volo o mangiare qualcosa di dolce a tarda sera, x il resto.....

We usually go in the evening and can't complain, especially since we like desserts. This time we went in the afternoon, and the desserts are always delicious, but the staff makes you want to change places. There were two incompetent girls; you'd ask them something and they wouldn't answer. No one paid attention to you, it seemed like you had to go and make your own. I asked if they could cut my dessert in half, and they took it away. After 10 minutes of not giving it back, I asked them if I could have it, and they told me they don't cut food with gold, so I took it back uncut. A relative of mine asked for pastries. Did you ask him for this? He pointed and said no, but they still gave him what he wanted. The dessert was good, but the afternoon staff was terrible. Next time, I'll go to the place next door, where maybe they'll listen to you and even answer you.

Politica aziendale pessima che porta il cliente ad essere fregato più che accontentato....davvero sconsigliato

La prima volta, latte e menta con latte andato a male, la seconda volta brioche con crema chantilly acida. La terza volta non ci sarà mai. Spero vengano a fare controlli sanitari nel locale, ne hanno bisogno. Per quanto costano poi queste brioche gli dovrebbe ritornare pure tutto indietro Grazie per avermi fatto perdere tempo

Io non so davvero se le recensioni positive siano tutte di clienti diurni (magari il locale di giorno funziona benissimo e io non lo posso sapere). Fatto sta che ci sono andata un paio di volte la sera in quanto l'unico aperto in quel momento, ed entrambe le volte sono rimasta molto delusa. I dolci sono poco appetitosi alla vista, stantii, ti danno tutti l'impressione di essere stati fatti giorni prima, anche al palato l'impressione è la stessa. Solo gli impiattamenti sono carini, questo va detto. Solo un ragazzo che abbiamo beccato una sera era simpatico, del personale, tutte le altre hanno un atteggiamento visibilmente scocciato, quasi come se le disturbassi quando chiedi qualcosa, pur avendo io dei modi sempre molto gentili. Il locale inoltre potrebbe essere decisamente più pulito... Le risposte alle recensioni negative poi fanno capire quanto poco i titolari siano attenti al marketing, perché il cliente ha sempre ragione, e se lo tratti con sufficienza e scazzo lo perdi... Ci va davvero poco a volte. Spero si possano fare un pelo più furbi, perché merita davvero avere un altro tra i pochi locali aperto h24 (in zona però, se la qualità di questo continua a essere tale, preferiremo sempre l'altro altrettanto noto...), ma non per questo si è giustificati dal servire robaccia.

Fine serata con gli amici, aspettative altissime data la nomea, idea e presentazione ottima ma purtroppo risultano molto scadente, frittura della sfogliatella vecchia, panna ingiallita e acida, l’unica cosa decente era il Kinder Maxi sopra. Non mi sono trovato affatto a mio agio.

Lo scarafaggio di 4 cm che ci passeggia intorno purtroppo non è un belvedere. Crema chantilly che non era crema chantilly. Si può migliorare.

I had a terrible experience with the sweets. They were obviously old and low-quality, which made me feel bad for my girlfriend. Really disappointed, I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place.

I asked for a toast without cooked ham and the girl told me no, only cooked ham and cheese three times, so I asked the other girl what it cost her to take away the cooked ham and then she said ok but on the bill I paid 50 cents more for the toast because by taking away the cooked ham they justified themselves by saying that they made this thing exclusively for me that they don't do it and that this gesture costs 50 cents more... Without warning the customer. Not fresh bread that tastes like chemicals, a truly unclassifiable experience.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to give less than one star, otherwise I would have. We ordered lobster tails with Chantilly cream, which turned out to be buttercream, and a cookie with a hair in the batter, which was also in the cream of one of the four lobster tails. And I made a bad impression on my guests. I reported all of this to Glovo, complete with photos.

A disappointing experience in every way. The place is poorly managed: the staff changes constantly and is often rude or completely disinterested in the customers; you sometimes walk in without even being greeted. The environment is neglected and unclean. The prices are high, especially considering the products often appear old or of poor quality. Unfortunately, the place is frequented by people who have more than once caused unpleasant situations or arguments.
