Tipica location siciliana, la consiglio soprattutto per le granite che sono buonissime “ non è una cosa scontata in Sicilia” da provarla con la loro PANNA … una cosa sublime “detto da me che la panna normalmente non piace” Stra consigliato 👍

Granita eccezionale, la brioche è soffice e profumata, perfetta per accompagnarla. Sempre molto affollato, quindi meglio andare in orari meno turistici.

Gita organizzata con altre persone. Fila di mezz'oretta ma ne è valsa la pena. Posso dirlo, la mia prima era granita e per di più nel mio caso ho trovato la brioche senza glutine. Davvero contenta!!

Top del top! Bam Bar grazie Saretto! Granite e brioches superlative! Sapori divini, autentici, genuini, rigorosamente naturali e ben serviti. Consiglio granita alla mandorla e cioccolato con panna TOP! goduria pura per i golosi! Consiglio quelle alla frutta, per i palati più fini e soprattutto se vuoi rinfrescarti dopo una bella passeggiata fra i vicoli di Taormina! Location pittoresco, si respira aria sicula da ogni angolo.

Abbiamo assaggiato la granita più deliziosa di tutta la Sicilia in questo ristorante. Dopo 30 minuti di attesa, possiamo dire senza dubbio che ne è valsa assolutamente la pena. Il locale è molto bello e caratteristico, con un’atmosfera autentica che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Nonostante il ristorante fosse al massimo della sua capacità, la velocità del servizio è stata eccellente, segno di una grande organizzazione e professionalità. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza davvero speciale.

Esattamente un anno fa sono stata al Bam Bar di Fiorello a Taormina con un'amica e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza molto piacevole. Abbiamo ordinato due granite con briosce, che è un classico siciliano, e devo dire che era davvero buona. I prezzi erano un po' più alti rispetto ad altri bar della zona, ma considerando la location e la qualità del servizio, possiamo dire che sono nella media. L'unico inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la fila di circa 10 minuti per poter prendere posto a sedere. Il bar era molto affollato e abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po' prima di poter sederci e godere della nostra granita. Tuttavia, la fila non ci ha infastidito più di tanto, perché l'atmosfera era comunque molto rilassata e piacevole. Quindi se siete a Taormina, non perdete l'occasione di visitare questo famoso bar.

Bar famosissimo per le sue granite con brioche. Per non fare la fila e trovare tutti i gusti vi consiglio di venire o prima delle 11 o per le 17. Granita al pistacchio si è confermata fine del mondo 😅

Se pensavo di aver trovato la granita e la brioche perfette, mi sbagliavo. Al Bam Bar di Taormina ho scoperto cosa significa davvero eccellenza siciliana. La brioche è un capolavoro: soffice, fragrante e profumata. La granita è semplicemente unica: cremosa, corposa e piena di gusto autentico. C’è sempre fila, ma vale ogni minuto di attesa e ripaga tutte le aspettative. Lo staff è cordiale e l’atmosfera di Taormina rende tutto ancora più speciale. Da siciliano lo dico con certezza: questo è il vero tempio della granita. Una tappa obbligatoria e indimenticabile!

Locale piccolo ma molto colorato dove trovare la vera granita siciliana! Il bam bar è ormai un istituzione a Taormina. Bam sono le iniziali del proprietario e Saretto, il suo nome. La persona che merita tutta la nostra benevolenza per aver mantenuto sempre al 🔝 la ricetta della granita siciliana, preparata solamente con frutta di stagione. Troverete sempre gusti diversi in base alla stagione. Si consiglia di prendere anche la panna perché è realizzata alla vecchia maniera ed ha un gusto sublime. Qui potete gustare tante delle sue prelibatezze e a volte farete fila prima di accomodarvi, ma ne vale la pena e…dopo esservi accomodati nessuno vi farà fretta per alzarvi!! Consigliato ❗️

What can I say about Bam Bar that hasn’t already been said? We loved it so much that we came back twice in one day! While the food we had around Sicily was a bit hit or miss, the granita at Bam Bar was a consistent highlight, a refreshing pick me up that will definitely draw us back to the area in the future. The brioche was warm and perfectly soft, and the granita flavors tasted natural and vibrant, not artificial like some of the others we tried elsewhere. I’d recommend sticking with the traditional fruit granitas rather than the milk based ones, which are closer to gelato, but if that’s your thing, go for it!

Our experience at Bam Bar was divine. The service and atmosphere were lovely and beautifully decorated. The granitas were to die, literally I would die for them, and we couldn’t recommend a place more. We really loved how fresh and delectable the kiwi and strawberry flavour tasted. 10/10 recommend visiting!

A must do if you are in Taormina! We were initially unsure after having stood in the queue in the 30-40 degree heat for around 20 minutes, however I would argue that it was definitely worth the wait! Once seated we ordered a granita and warm brioche each which were super refreshing and tasty. Feels like a proper Sicilian experience! Nice atmosphere sitting outside watching the hustle and bustle of Taormina.

Totally worth the hype - if you come here and don’t try the granita you’ve made a big mistake. We tried the persimmon one and the coffee one too. SO delicious - as is the brioche (also a MUST) to have alongside you granita. You will likely have to wait for a table but it’s in a nice spot in the town so it’s not a bad place to stand around waiting… we came in October and only waited 5 mins

I did my research before coming to Taormina and ended up at Bam Bar. The decor was so beautiful and I snagged an outside table. They only had a few ice flavors, as they make more as the day gets going, but I selected lemon and strawberry with cream. I had it the traditional way, with brioche, a must! I also got a cappuccino. It was all so delicious and I will cherish the experience forever!

Simply the best granita in ALL of Italy. Raspberry with cream is my favorite, closely followed by almond with a shot of espresso. Brioche is warm, soft, and the perfect vessel for this fruity creamy treat. We visit here everytime we return to Sicily and it never disappoints!

This bar is the ultimate experience for Taormina and Sicily in general. I feel like you can’t visit this city and not go there. The granites are so delicious, the fruits they make them with are super fresh and we also saw the delivery happen! You do have to wait in line but since the serving is mainly the granite no one sits for more than 20-30 minutes so you will be sat in 15 minutes. I went in the busiest time of August and we expected to wait much longer than that. The service is nothing more that what you need, they show you your table and come after a minute so you can order and nothing more than that. You just get your granites and then pay. The best part is th decoration, it is so pretty inside and outside, full of lemons giving you the full Italian vibe you want for the summer. I 100% recommend!!!!

The best granite in Sicily! The brioche was so delicious, the granites were so many - you have a big choice and they were very fresh with true fruit in it! The espresso was perfect too. The prices are very affordable - granite with brioche is around 6 euro. The biscuits with chocolate was good too. We came at Wednesday at 16:00 there was a queue but we didn’t wait more than 15 minutes. The atmosphere is very authentic. The service was very good too.

Loved this place. It felt very authentic even though Taormina is a tourist haven and often overpriced. This spot felt reasonable and delicious. You really should go when you are in town as it is such a staple and so tasty. The lemon and raspberry were my favourites. You can also get the granita with cream and brioche. I did not, but my partner did and was a big fan. The wait can take a little time but we walked straight in and sat inside. The flavours were so fruity and clearly made from real fruit, you could even see the pips. I highly recommend and absolutely loved it.

BAM BAR is a combination of incredible taste and a beautiful atmosphere. The food was more than phenomenal. It was my first time trying granite, and I think I did it at the right place. There's a lot of interest in this spot, and people wait in line. We were lucky and got in relatively quickly. It's the perfect place to cool off from the heat of Taormina.

This was my second time in this bar, the first time was in the summer of 2020, and I can just say that it's absolutely amazing ! The granita here is hands down the best in all of Sicily, it's incredibly smooth and bursting with authentic flavor. Each fruit granita tastes just like the real thing, with no feeling of artificial flavors. Their "panna"? It's simply unique and perfectly whipped. The service is very good. As a group with some specific nutritional needs, we asked about the ingredients in the brioche, especially whether it contained strutto (lard) or not !! The staff was incredibly kind and took the time and effort to check directly with the source to confirm. The result ? They also offer brioche without strutto for real, differently from other bars that might not, which we greatly appreciated 🤍 I'm beyond satisfied and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true Sicilian experience in Taormina ! 🥰🥰

Ottima granita siciliana! Da Bam Bar si può gustare una delle più buone e iconiche granite di Taormina. Imperdibile la classica granita alla fragola e altrettanto quella alla mandorla!

Il locale è davvero molto bello e caratteristico, ma c’è tantissima confusione dovuta all’affollamento. Necessario fare una fila di almeno 20/30 min per sedersi, che d’estate sotto il sole non è ottimale. Granita buona ma nella media, niente di speciale. Ho assaggiato molto di meglio. Bar molto conosciuto e affollato, consigliato da tutti per assaggiare la famosa granita siciliana e infatti il risultato è stato eccellente. Servita al tavolo la granita costa 4 euro, accompagnata sempre dalla grossa brioches. Il caffè non è male, ma il locale è davvero carino con tutte le sue decorazioni particolari e fatte a mano, persino nei bagni. Trovare un tavolo libero all'esterno adesso che ci sono delle belle giornate di sole è complicato ma bisogna avere pazienza perché ne vale la pena.

Eravamo a Taormina di mattina per assaggiare il cibo del bam bar! Allora, era buonissimo il cibo, ho mangiato una brioche con granita di panna e cioccolato, tanta roba, i camerieri erano cortesi e gentili, la location non mi è piaciuta particolarmente. Ok bello i tavoli e le sedie in ceramica, il dentro in stile siciliano, ma posti troppo limitati. Mi aspettavo molto di più sulla location, però è stato bello venire qui, probabilmente ci ritornerò con la mia famiglia, dato che abito a Messina, complimenti!

I thought it would be another really overhyped place but it was actually worth the wait. We were in line for about twenty minutes (at like 2-3pm) and the place wasnt that overcrowded. The granita was really good and the brioche came hot surprisingly. Genuinely would recommend and come again.

We tried out this well-known granita bar and had to wait about half an hour, which is understandable given how popular the place is right now. The granita itself was delicious, as was the gluten-free brioche bun that came with it. The coffee was also good. The atmosphere, however, felt a bit chaotic, as everything had to move quickly and it seemed like guests were expected to eat and leave fast so more people could be seated. That makes sense with such a big crowd, but a more relaxed vibe would have been nicer. Still, it was a great experience overall – and for fans of the White Lotus series, definitely a spot worth visiting

Dopo un'attesa di mezz'ora, decisamente lunga e con una gestione non ottimale, il personale si è dimostrato poco cordiale e la scelta di gusti di granite era limitata rispetto a quanto indicato nel menù. Nonostante la granita e le brioches fossero buone, non si sono distinte in modo particolare rispetto a quanto si può trovare in una qualsiasi gelateria in Sicilia.

Servizio veloce ed efficiente. Il signore che gestisce i tavoli è un portento. Purtroppo non ho gradito la granita ne come gusto ne come consistenza (anche se in quella zona è così). Sono un'amante delle granite e mi dispiace dire che questa è la peggiore mai mangiata. Ovviamente il gusto è una cosa soggettiva. Lo consiglio però come esperienza per l'ambiente e l'atmosfera, magari per cose che non siano granita 😅

Locale piccolo.. carino e molto colorato abbiamo perso 2 granite..1 mandorla e anguria.. L'altra mandorla e pistacchio.. buona ma né ho mangiato di migliori... Personale un po' infastidito perché già erano le 22:30 e loro dovevano chiudere e ci hanno detto che avevamo 20 minuti di tempo x ordinare e consumare...in pieno mese di giugno un locale che di sabato in una città altamente turistica alle 23 mi butta fuori mi sa che c'è qualcosa che non va.

Sono stata in questo locale su consiglio di alcune amiche, che lo definivano il posto con la miglior granita di tutte. Sulla granita nulla da dire: buona e ben preparata. Tuttavia, la brioche è stata una delusione. Viene riscaldata, e questo fa sì che l’esterno perda morbidezza e diventi croccante, alterandone la consistenza tipica. Inoltre, mancavano alcuni gusti di granita, quindi non è stato possibile provare tutte le varianti che avrei voluto assaggiare. Nel complesso, un’esperienza discreta, ma credo che si possano trovare alternative migliori.

Attirati dalla lunga fila all’ingresso, abbiamo deciso di prendere delle granite qui sognando quali bontà ci stessero aspettando e quali gusti scegliere. Peccato che il sogno è durato giusto il tempo della fila, granite normalissime (direi medio basso livello) ad esempio mandorla realizzata chiaramente con il panetto ma anche gli altri gusti che di “artigianale” hanno ben poco. Brioche buona ma come indicato all’ingresso non è realizzata da loro. In generale va bene solo per i turisti che non conoscono la vera granita artigianale siciliana

Vai a Taormina e che fa te ne privi? SIII LA PROSSIMA VOLTA ME NE PRIVERÒ!, perché questo bar è il risultato di un ottimo marketing non di un buon prodotto. • Tifai 40 minuti di fila sotto il sole, ti fanno accomodare dove dicono loro, sei costretto a consumare all'interno del bar (un loculo un po' più grande) e stai con la fretta di dover consumare, perché quelli della fila fuori ti guardando con uno sguardo accussatorio!! Quindi per chi va a Taormina evitate di avere tutto sto disagio !! la granita dello zio Orazio il martedì al mercato è 100 volte più buona!
