Super clean and informal place, with excellent coffee and food. The owner and his employees are very kind and helpful people. Try Tony's super creamy cappuccino served with pistachio brioche: a work of art! The place is suitable for a quick lunch or an aperitif with friends, also thanks to the large dheor that is located outside. Highly recommended!

Bar Tabacchi storico di Torino situato sul lato fra corso Francia e corso Trapani della piazza Rivoli. Aperto tutti i giorni, ha un modesto dehors, pulito. Ottimi panini, piadine. Ha da poco il bagno interno, segno che ci tengono a rinnovare il servizio. Personale simpatico e vivace. Prezzi nella media comune.

4 stars because it's both a bar and a tobacconist, but it's not possible to review the Jolly Bar right now. In fact, rather than reviewing the bar, I'd rather review the tobacconist, which is open until late. The bar is currently undergoing renovations, so I can't give a proper review. Once the work is finished, I'll be able to! The tobacconist is stocked with all tobacco products; they now also sell high-quality LIGHT CANNABIS and more (the prices are a bit lower than other retailers selling the same product! This is what the owner told me). I haven't tried it, but I'll leave you a photo of the brochures I got.

A volte a causa dei giochi e degli accattoni e tossici appare mal frequentato, anche se ha un bel bar, piccolo, ma con un bel Dehor estivo, con un buon aperitivo al tavolo e bella frequentazione. Tabaccaio storico aperto fino a tardi, ma spesso la sera non rispetta gli orari e pensandolo aperto fai un viaggio a vuoto. Molto sbrigativi e poco disponibili al tabacchi...al bar sembra meglio, ma sono 2 proprietari, o gestioni diverse, nonostante sia unito in unico locale.

A place that in years past was a hangout for night owls looking for cigarettes or breakfast at the crack of dawn. Its great fortune is the fact that it has a tobacconist inside, offering all kinds of services and very flexible hours, even on holidays and weekdays. As for the quality of the food, I can only comment on the breakfast, which I've had a few times, but I haven't found to be entirely exceptional, both in terms of the quality of the food and the coffee, which I haven't found to be excellent. The staff, both at the bar and at the tobacconist, are always courteous and helpful. The only flaws are the fact that it doesn't offer outside service and the lack of a nice outdoor seating area, which would certainly have been appreciated, but I think this is due to its impossibility, as it would be located on a bike path. Lastly, the parking, which is truly non-existent at any time of day or night.

Il barista "Se sei cliente affezionato al tavolo paghi il caffè 1€, se vai una volta ogni tanto lo paghi 1,50€ " Ma se noto la differenza non vorrà dire che ci sono venuto più volte? Risposta che deve esserti esaustiva ma che non ti fa più tornare. Lavorate un pochino di più sulla qualità del cibo per l apericena.

Ho chiesto un trancio di pizza e una spremuta. Il gestore-cameriere la prende dalla vetrinetta, con le mani, senza tovagliolo e senza guanti, e la mette nel fornetto. Poi si mette a discutere con la figlia e una terza cameriera a voce alta, davanti a tutti, circa chi deve caricare il frigo. Si strofina la faccia con le mani, naso e bocca compresi... Ma che schifo! Professionalità è un'altra cosa.

Spritz fatto con finto Aperol,tagliere con cibo non fresco e precotto. Il cameriere,che poi si scopre essere il figlio del proprietario, con modi sgarbati. Chiedo una Ceres e viene presa dal frigo gia stappata! Sarebbe meglio rivedere qualcosa.
