I've known and frequented La Piola on the corner for years. I can only say it's a good thing it's here in this area. The food has a genuine, homely flavor, and the service is quick. Very fair prices for a first course, second course, side dish, and drink of your choice. Add to that the professionalism and liveliness of the staff, and you've got a Piola that, in terms of quality and affordability, has few equals in Turin. Highly recommended, and still highly recommended!
"La Piola" is a historic restaurant located on Via Exilles. Breakfast and lunch are superb! It's been my favorite place for a quiet meal for years. Simple Piola with home-style cooking. Excellent for the type of service it offers. Good value. First course, second course, side dish, wine, coffee, water: €14 Very crowded during peak hours, but in the small dining room, Ste and Yle manage to manage everyone perfectly, always with a smile.

Today's location was the Piola on the corner of Via Valgioie. 32 votes Menu 8 Wine 7 Price 8 Location 7 Small place, but always busy because there aren't any other places in the Parella district with a fixed menu. So if you're in a hurry, arrive early... or late. The menu offers a wide selection and the food is all good. We had lasagna and Valdostana. Only decent wine on tap. The place isn't exactly trendy, and in the winter they use the outdoor tables inside. So it's a bit chaotic. But we're still talking about a 12-euro Piola with a first course, second course, side dish, and wine. On the other hand, the smells from the kitchen don't reach the dining room.
First time at Piola. A real surprise. Despite the considerable number of customers, the wait wasn't exorbitant. The waiters were helpful and friendly. An excellent place for a high-quality yet affordable lunch break. First and second courses of seafood, 1/4 bottle of wine, coffee, and dessert for only €15.

Good value for money for a quick business lunch
I stumbled upon it by chance and it was a lovely surprise. We had the Milanese steak with a side dish, water, and coffee for two. 15 euros. RECOMMENDED.

A good pizzeria. The place is small, so definitely avoid going at 1 pm. You'll find a line or a long wait for tables. I took my parents there and they loved it. The girls were very kind and nice. Now, however, the prices on the menu have gone up, too bad our salaries haven't.
Excellent for a business lunch break. Reasonable prices. Good quality, simple, homey atmosphere, considering the context of a workers' lunch break, perhaps not for inviting important clients. Also ideal for tourists looking for a good, no-frills lunch. I haven't had the chance, but I think it's worth a visit for dinner.
